This was my first time at Eye Guys. Everyone was very kind and courteous and my being a nervous type person when it comes to seeing new doctors, Dr. Gardner and his staff made me comfortable and eased my anxiousness. I appreciated the time and attention given during the exam and the way Dr. Gardner answered all our questions without hesitation and explaining things to us about the surgery. We liked Dr. Gardner very much and I would feel comfortable recommending him to anyone needing more extensive care for their eyes.

I was treated with special attention. From the time I walked to the reception desk, the atmosphere spoke words like I got you. As you know if you've ever visited the eye center, there are several steps to complete your eye exam. Each tech was very pleasant and patient to prepare you for the doctor. My overall experience was exceptional.

Dr. Fechter did an extraordinary job. It was the best experience I have had in any doctor's office, ever. He was compassionate, extremely intelligent, approachable, unhurried, empathetic, and an amazing listener. I left feeling at ease with a great understanding of what was causing my symptoms and a clear treatment plan. He truly embodies patient-centered care.
I feel very lucky to have seen him. Not to mention the medical assistants there are top tier as well! I was even able to get an appointment the same day. I cannot say enough good things. If you need your eyes checked, go see him!

After I felt a sharp pain in my eye, I went to Urgent Care immediately. They said it was a scratch and sent me home w some saline and eye drops. My eye was very red, and it was difficult to function regularly b/c my eye was constantly burning. I contacted the Eye Guys, and they got me in for an appointment almost immediately. The doctor explained everything he was doing before and during.
He painlessly removed a piece of PLASTIC that was stuck to my inner eyelid. I was instantly relieved! The pain stopped right away, and my eye returned to normal by the next morning. Overall, it was a great experience. All staff members were friendly and professional. The wait time was short. The doctor was attentive and polite. My kind of place!

I have been a patient at the Eye Guys for more than twenty years and certainly would not change. Many procedures and extended exams due to condition of my eyes. Dr. Gardner is through, always considers my overall health and explains the issues to me with both a professional and a personal concern that is very reassuring. I truly see him as My Best Doctor and a good Friend.
The technicians and assistants are warm and friendly, with a willingness and mannerism that is reassuring. And foremost that initial contact. The person who answers the phone either helps you personally or directs you to one that willingly helps. Though I've been using the Eye Guys for many years, I know the appointment can sometimes be long due to the processes involved. I must say my appointment this week was one of the most efficient and enjoyable I've had. no long waits between processes. very engaging staff who took time to talk about my vision & Dr. Smith, as always was professional yet very personable. Overall an enjoyable experience!

Each person I met was considerate, knowledgeable, and interested in my input concerning my eyesight. I greatly appreciate Dr. Smith and his assistants. A pleasant work environment that puts people at ease and allows patients to feel confident of excellent care. I especially appreciate the explanations of procedures.

First time seeing Dr Brown at Eye Guys. I was very impressed with the thorough examination you get. The office runs very smoothly. Dr. Brown is great at explaining everything to you and very nice. Surgery went great with Dr. Brown. Staff very professional from office to surgery facility. Very well run. I would definitely recommend Dr. Brown to everyone. Great group!

Terrible experience first time there. Front desk people unfriendly. Apt was supposed to b at 11am left at 1pm. Dr. Did not do eye exam a tech did. My records were not there. They had 3 months to request them. Did not take Blue Cross High dish in plan. Was a patient of Dr Granthams. Who retired. Place like a meat market. In sand out of waiting rooms. I will not b back. I am a healthcare provider and I know what customer service is

I have never been disappointed when going to the Eye Guys. First as you come in the staff checking you in are polite, friendly and always very efficient and helpful. The nurses are very attentive, friendly and always willing to help with any questions. I can't say enough about Dr Bertram and the Surgical staff at the Eye Guys Surgical Center. I have had 6 surgeries in the past 8 months and every time the nurses at the Surgical Center were wonderful.
They made me feel so comfortable and followed up after surgery to ensure i did not have any issues. Dr Bertram was always very thorough, caring and never made you feel he had to rush off to another patient. I have also seen Dr Morgan at the Eye Guys and he was very friendly, thorough and made me feel like I had known him for years. I recommend this group of professionals, nurses and doctors to anyone who is in need of an excellent eye exam and experience.

I needed an eye exam after a week long trip that seemed to wear out my eyes. I was able to get in same day here and see the doc for a full exam. The doc here was so young looking. but then I figure, I must just be getting old lol. It's easy to get to, clean, organized and was a simple process. I didn't have insurance so I was paying cash.
Imagine my excitement when the bill is 25% less if you pay cash! BAM. out comes the $100 and I'm out the door with change. He gave me some samples for moisture. apparently a bad case of dry eye. :
