This office used to be a pleasure to come into. However, he has a LOT of staff changes. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect from Rene, his MA. I walked out of my last procedure, thoroughly disgusted. After all the visits and consultaions, with Dr. Ptak encouraging me telling me how it will look very nice. Then, this morning, while I'm waiting to go for surgery, Dr. Ptak comes and says, "You're probably not going to be happy with the results anyway." SERIOUSLY?

I got up and walked out. I got home, sent Dr. Ptak a lengthy text, explaining why I wouldn't be back. THEN! Right after I sent it, I got a text, from Rene, confirming my 1 week follow-up. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? PLEASE, PLEASE do your research. Although, each procedure I had done, had to be done again, or revised, the office atmosphere was a pleasant one, with helpful staff. Now, with the doctor busy running 2 offices, one here and one in Telluride, CO. He just doesn't care anymore about patient satisfaction; Pity.

I had gynecomastia surgery performed by Dr. Ptak and he did a phenomenal job. I can finally take my shirt off with confidence. Staff here is super friendly and know what they're doing. The man is a surgical genius and I'm happy I found him.

I have been a client of Dr. P since 2013 and I would not trust any other Dr. with my body. He and his staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a breast augmentation and lift, CO2 laser resurfacing, rhinoplasty, and fat grafting with Dr. P. In fact, there was some fat of mine left over, and he put it in my earlobes during surgery.

As we age, our earlobes get thin. Well, not mine! They look great! His pricing for procedures are very reasonable as well. I feel that those who have written negative reviews are those who will never be happy, regardless of who does the procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. P. He has improved my body, my mindset, and my life!

Full Disclosure. I am both a patient and an employee. I have worked for Dr. Ptak on and off for 18 years. In that time he has always been extremely professional and kind and generous. As a doctor I appreciate his eye for the female body in making it look natural and feminine. I also appreciate how conservative he is. I have had 3 surgeries with him and I could not be more pleased! I refer all of my family and friends!

Dr Ptak and team were wonderful! Recently had 25 year old breast implants replaced and a breast lift. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Very pleased with my new lighter breasts. I was well informed of the entire process and would not hesitate to see Dr Ptak again!

Dr. Ptak and Lindsey are the best duo. From the beginning I felt I was in the best hands. After having a breast reduction and lift about 8 weeks ago I am so happy with the results. Size is perfect and exactly what we discussed. If anyone is considering the procedure Dr. Ptak should definitely be on the radar. Professional and very informative!

I had a breast lift with augmentation, a tummy tuck and butt lift. One breast and the tummy tuck were fantastic! My other breast had a hole in it for four months and a second surgery, I didn't go back for another attempt to make this breast pretty because the doctor and his staff are very rude. The butt lift was a waste of money and the scar is high enough on my back to show over jeans with a weird bump he designed to add to the butt but it's above my booty--horrible!

They never took after photos. due to the bad results I imagine! I wish I had shopped around more. I could have had more "corrections" but didn't want to deal with this office ever again! Everything changed as soon as they had my money. IMHO

Awful. He charged me $5000 for facial fat graft, mostly to fill the hallow under the eyes and add volume to my cheeks. I understand that the results can never be guaranteed, but I am sure a 30% improvement should be the least I should expect. In my case, there is no improvement what so ever. In fact, I now have dark patches under my eyes, which I didn't have before.

I even asked if he would be willing to correct the problem, but he said flat out No. A good, decent Doctor would at least try to provide an alternative option or would be willing to correct the problem and keep a happy client.

I recently had a procedure at Dr Ptak's office. From beginning to end, it was a simple and pleasant experience. I was given a quote over the phone for gynecomastia surgery and given a breif rundown of the procedure. I went in for a consult and got set for an in office procedure. The staff was very kind and Dr Ptak talked to me like a normal person.

I very much appreciated that he didn't talk down to me, or try to talk over my head. The procedure was done under conscious sedation and, over all, the pain was minimal and the procedure was done before I knew it. A month later, I am very very pleased with the results. They were very accommodating with my schedule and worked hard to fit my time limitations. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I had minor gynocomastia and it was fully eliminated by Dr Ptak and his amazing team. They are professional and carful. If you want a perfectly done surgical procedure I highly recommend Dr Ptak. I was fully awake Under local anesthetic. He used Vaser lypo with a small Semi circle on the edge of the areola and skin and removed the fat first. Then cut the gland and that embarrassing tissue out. Stitched me up and I looked down after it was done and could already see it was gone and the contour of the chest was now present.

I headed home after and was fine. I have had absolutely no pain During or since this procedure. It basically feels like I had a extreme 2 hour chest day at the gym and some soreness but no actual pain. No bruising as well. It is the day after and I feel great. Minor swelling which is normal and draining. From the time I had a consultation to the day Dr Ptak removed the gyno, him and his team were amazing and answered all my questions. Thank you again! -JN

Aren't you sick and tired of paying for fillers and have them only last a few months! I certainly was! That's when I found Dr. Jeffrey Ptak and he enlightened me on Fat Grafting. I am normally very OCD, but when I decided to have work done on my face, I went into overdrive. The amount of research I did on Dr. Jeff Ptak could have qualified me for a position at the NSA.

Besides all the glowing reviews from his patients, I discovered that he is the Go To guy for plastic surgeons in the Phoenix area and, if your peers view you as the Main Man, that's about the best recommendation anyone could desire. Not knowing a single thing about Fat Grafting, I appreciated how carefully and succinctly he explained it to me and went to great lengths to ensure that all my questions were answered and my concerns addressed.

Besides his technical skills, Dr. Ptak exudes a great bedside manner. It is such a terrific procedure for just about anything you want "fixed" and Dr. Ptak has been performing it for many years. I highly recommend Dr. Ptak and his entire staff for this procedure and any others you may be considering.

9 reviews 5.0 star rating 9/28/2016 Dr. Ptak is my father, but he's performed a gynecomastia procedure on both ariolas. I had hard pieces of male breast tissue under both ariolas, and he did a phenomenal job carefully extracting the pieces, and leaving no scaring. He's also done botox for my underarms as a way to prevent excessive armpit sweating.

The procedure was simple and pretty quick, and I experienced 95% armpit sweat reduction for the intended time the procedure works for 6-7 months at time. Board certified plastic surgeon there's no question if you want someone who is the best, you go here. I'm biased but I've experienced his expertise first hand twice, and he's the real deal.

This Dr.is dishonest and heartless. He scammed me out of alot of money and refused to do the surgery I paid for him to do. He sold me on being a good man that wanted to help me as a single mom be able to get some damage fixed and then kicked me to the curb, refusing to return my phone calls at all. His assistant Michelle took weeks to return calls and then made it out like it was all Dr. Ptack's fault for his inability to get her any answers. For all I know, maybe it was. Dr Ptack must really need the money badly to treat a single mom with 3 kids so poorly!

Dr Ptak is clearly at the top of his game. I've had 2 procedures with him in the past year, and I've been so pleased with the results. First, I had fat grafting done, which was so subtle but still made a huge difference in how I look and feel. There was some bruising, however, those expectations were set and there were no surprises. Second, I had a small revision done to my nose. Again, very happy with the results.

The surprising thing to me is that he was able to do both of these procedures in his office. No general means shorter recovery times. On top of all that, Dr Ptak is thoughtful and smart. Wish I'd met him years ago!

Hi, I had a Tummy Tuck with liposuction with dr. Jeff Ptak about 3 months ago, I have to say he is the best plastic surgeon in Scottsdale Az. I am very happy with my new flat stomach and very small and natural belly button. Thank you so much dr. Ptak, you are the best. Also I want to say thank you to his staff too. They are so friendly and always welcoming. I recommend him highly.

18 years ago Dr Jeffrey Ptak enabled me to truly love my body! Having 2 children and nursing both (I loved my "milk boobies", so pretty!), made me see how much more balanced my 5'9, 123lb frame would be with a bit more "on top". I'd never been happy being so completely angular.my partner thought I was beautiful, actually tried to talk me out of augmentation. Silly rabbit!

This was about my happiness, how I felt when looking at & feeling my own body! Mine.;-) I was so fortunate to have an amazing ob/gyn (thanks for the complication-free VBAC, Dr Nina Wilkey!), who'd gone to Dr Ptak for her augmentation. she's also a relation, so I was able to really see the improvement to her physique, almost "in the flesh", so to speak. Nina rules the water, beautifully fearless tearing it up while skiing in her bikini!

After making my decision to have the body I felt I deserved, I made it happen (with Dr Ptak's minor assistance;-))! I told him exactly what size & appearance I wanted-34c, uber natural. Dr Ptak made my vision a reality. Best part? My daughter, who's now 25, never realized I'd had anything done till I told her last year! Oh, and my partner admitted I was right! I first met Dr Ptak in 1997 when he gave me (a mom who'd breast-fed 2 li'l angels) the priceless gift of body confidence! I'd been 34a, never happy with the lack of.softness on my 5'10, 120lb frame. He listened to my concerns about looking natural, gave me perfect (no scars/nat'l feel/appearance) 34c's! After almost 20yrs & another(breast-fed) child.they still look amazing!

Two of my close friends have had breast augmentation done by him-one fairly recently-they both look amazing as well. Just went in today for my first botox treatment for my laugh wrinkles/crows feet-couldn't believe how inexpensive for a doctor of his caliber. IMHO, Dr Ptak is a cosmetic genius who will never push unnecessary procedures or make you feel.old/ugly (unlike several others who shall remain.nameless!).

Dr. Ptak is an intelligent, kind, professional and personable human being. He is gifted and his work reflects many years of hard work and education in his field. I recently had a facial procedure done by Dr. Ptak with very positive results. He is a professional that you can trust to execute his work diligently and to deliver wonderful results. He has enhanced and brightened up my life, and I am very thankful.

I normally don't write reviews but thought my time would be well spent apprizing people that are considering plastic surgery to consider an outstanding team of professionals lead by Dr. Ptak.

Fat Graft didn't work, I paid a lot of money and went through a lot of pain for nothing. Don't do fat graft, it doesn't work.
