If I could post no stars, I would. I went in to find a way to tighten the skin on my thighs. After sharing my concerns in person, I trusted the staff to suggest the best course of action. The technician suggested velashape and cool tone. Velashape is meant to reduce cellulite and cool tone is for muscle contouring. I am an ultra runner and have plenty of muscle but trusted that the staff would know best.

I left there feeling that neither procedure did a thing for me but was told to give it time. A few weeks later I went back asking they felt there was anything else that would work. I had tried coolsculpting once before on my abdomen and hadn't seen any results but after some convincing, I once again, trusted the person involved and allowed it.

I wound up going to my doctor and a cosmetic surgeon last week. I now have skin damage, nerve damage and my legs look 10x worse. My doctor said that even if the coolsculpt works, it is only eliminating fat, therefore leaving excess skin behind, which was the issue I went in for in the first place. So, after spending over $3000 on procedures and skin creams they suggested would make a difference, all I have to show for it is more damaged, baggy, crepey skin on my thighs.

I have called and sent texts but my messages are not being answered. I am being completely ignored. Buyer Beware! They just want your money. They obviously don't care what your needs and concerns are.

I had a consultation, had a couple of treatment options quoted to address aging skin. Purchased the "prep" skin care products. Those products are irritating and "burn" my skin. Also, one of the tubes of prescription product (wrapped in tape and spa's info) was dirty, had hair stuck to it, and wasn't sealed so I don't know if it was returned by a different customer. Skin care expectations/outcomes not explained, just buy products. Looking elsewhere where patient care matters.

If you want your face messed up go here! They should have their business shut down. Absolutely criminal what they do. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BOTCH JOB! Dangerous Go check it out and you will see! I promise.

I recently found Sensational Skin and Dr. Kent and have had nothing but the most experience here! After struggling with ance and scarring Dr. Kent introduced me to ZO Medical skincare and it has completely changed my skin; with the help of their guidance and their amazing work conducting microneedeling treatments and a 3 step peel my skin has never looked better.

My cystic acne is almost nonexistent and my scarring is barely noticeable and has been improving after every session! The staff has always been friendly and welcoming; I worked with Gabi and she was absolutely incredible while listening to all my concerns and answering any questions I brought to her.

My experience with Dr. Brown was amazing! He is so easy-going and has great taste in music. Made me feel so comfortable doing the procedure. He really knows what he is doing and his staff is beyond helpful. Jennifer was amazing from the start, from the phone call to the consultation via text, to the actual appointment. My apologies, there was another helpful staff but I forgot her name.

Will definitely be coming back and this will be my new place for my Botox and procedures. The office is so nice, clean and beautiful. There's also a walking distance Starbucks right across which is a bonus for me.

The topical skin care regimen is horrible! If I could leave a zero I would. I was told I would only need to use the product for 3-6 wks and after over 3 months I had minimal improvement, spent over $1200 dollars on products and ended up in urgent care for what was thought to be shingles but actually was a severe atopic dermatitis reaction. Even after that resolved Susan continued to tell me to follow her regimen which was causing a severe perioribital reaction, essentially the skin was burning off and peeling around my mouth.

I went to a dermatologist for a second opinion who said STOP using the product, the combination, strength and duration of their regimen was causing extreme adverse reactions in my skin. He gave me a mild steroid cream to calm the skin, and sunscreen. ALL the while the office knew the challenges I was having and never called to check on me! Susan only knows one size fits all approach, she doesn't understand unique customizable treatment.

Once I stopped treatment I was finally comfortable and I started to feel normal again, it was an absolute nightmare! When I fully healed I received 3 microdermabrasion treatments over 3 months at Massage Envy and used a little PCA serum for hydration and pigment control and 85% of my hyperpigmentation is gone at a fraction of the cost and pain free! Sensational Skin needs to ensure a doctor is involved, Susan is not a doctor and should be supervised.

I am 40 years old, and I have had 5 children, 4 of which were by cesarean. I have been able to maintain my weight with diet and exercise (not my ideal weight either) and even tone up my arms and legs but my stomach never changed. Minimal weight loss also left me with a skinnier face and an extra turkey chin. This led me to look into cool sculpting to help rid of the excess fat while I continue the journey of what diet and exercise mean in the context of aging.

With a little research online and complete trust, I did my first treatment in Tucson Arizona. It was ok (or so I thought) and I did see some volume reduction after approximately 6 weeks. I had no idea an aspect of personal artistry was involved until I went to Susan and Dr. Stanley Kent Brown at Sensational Skin in Scottsdale, Arizona. Susan began by making me comfortable.

When we seek out help with our bodies we are already in a state of vulnerability and Susan was very kind. I undressed and got cozy in a soft robe and disposable undergarments. Susan took pictures of various angles of my body from head toe. During the consultation and before the procedures we talked about me. My life, my current lifestyle, and the bigger picture. Susan made me feel like an individual and she took everything into consideration before treating me.

The bigger picture is how cool sculpting ultimately helps us on this journey but is not the end all be all. These can be hard conversations to have, and Susan was very genuine. The facility is pristine with everything you need. Various forms of art and murals decorate the walls and even the lighting is thoughtful. Each room has a television with streaming options. Susan was meticulous with my treatment all while making sure I was comfortable.

They do not let you experience pain here. There is a doctor on sight which made me very comfortable knowing that if I needed anything medical advice and treatment was available. I received immediate attention at the slightest amount of pain. (Being frozen can kind of hurt) I received my treatments on Friday afternoon and had dinner plans after. They left me in such good condition that I was able to freshen up and get ready for my dinner date.

This is the definition of no down time. I have also received after care supplies and instruction. Again, they do not want you to be in pain here and they make sure you are not. If you are thinking about getting cool sculpting and receiving treatment that is anything less than what I have explained above, you're not going to the right place.

Dr Kent Brown is a magician with filler and with Botox/Jeuveau. I'm a huge Jeuveau (neurotoxin) fan. Dr Brown is an anesthesiologist so literally there is little to no pain during/after injection. I like to call him "Edward Injector Hands" because he's such an artist lol. I have been to plastic surgeons before that aren't able to do what he does.

The entire office is great. Susan Brown runs the office and is undoubtedly up to date on the most current fillers, neurotoxins, and beauty trends. I recommend them to anyone interested in injectables and skin care treatments. Susan is an artist with the Obaji Blue Peel. They are also the most knowledgeable office in Coolsculpting, Lasers and Profound. I really love my result! Thank you Dr. Kent Brown, Susan Brown, Gabi Tobeck, Tina and Shannon!

I am beyond pleased with my results from procedures at Sensational Skin! Gabby is amazing and committed to customer satisfaction. I would give her ten stars if it were an option : I've been a patient for just over a year and have received a variety of skin tightening treatments that have collectively produced significant improvement!

It's taken me almost 7 years to write this review. I was influenced to spend over 3k on an Obagi blue peel where I had to be put under twilight sedation by Dr Brown as well as another $500 on products. I don't know what happened during the sedation, but I remember tumbling through clouds and wondering if that is what death felt like. I couldn't have been pushed out of the door any faster after "waking" up.

I was vomiting and could barely open my eyes let alone walk. The one thing I do remember is Susan being frantic. I'll be really honest and say I don't know what happened during the twilight sedation, but I was under twilight before and since had a couple of more surgeries under general anesthesia and have never had the experience where I was aware and floating in clouds asking myself if I had died.

It was very scary. Worst part is the fact that I felt that they were just out to get as much money out of me as possible. I stopped going after a while. Nowadays. I would not allow myself be taken advantage of again. This is an honest review.

DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE! first off i gave this place the benefit of the doubt upon reading the reviews just because i like to see stuff for myself and went in for a FREE constellation. i spoke to Susan atleast 2 weeks prior and on the phone she seems like a decent person. but tell me why upon arriving to the office this girl was all over the place, rude, and extremely unprofessional. all this place does/ wants is MONEY. all they do is sell you stuff without even listening to a single concern or thing you have to say. i left very angry and very upset because upon leaving she made me feel like SHIT and acted like she was better than me. there's so much i could say about her and how unprofessional this entire place is but honestly it's not worth it. if i were you i would save my money and invest it elsewhere. sensational skin is absolutely trash and i feel like the place would do better if they just fired that big girl. super disappointed with this place and how they don't care about their clients and only want your money. seriously DO NOT GO HERE!

Don't let the bad reviews deter you. I had AMAZING service and treatment today. Susan is awesome and so Is Dr. Kent. I had Ultherapy treatment. It's no joke, and it does hurt. However, Dr. Kent and Susan did their best to make sure that I was comfortable as best they could. Susan did a consult with me before the procedure so I knew what to expect. I am going back for some Coolsculpting soon.

I left their crying, I was so disappointed in how I was treated their. I only wanted to go in for a consultation to ask questions and get answers on C02 Laser treatments, but instead I was thrown into a chair where she applied all this makeup on me, then I was sent up to the front desk where she had her receptionist hand me this bag with all these skincare products for me to purchase over $400.00 worth!

She did not ask me any questions, she didn't even talk to me other than to try to sell me the products. I did NOT go in their to buy skincare or get make up put on me, I only wanted to find out the cost and recovery time for this procedure, and I had questions about what laser treatment would work best for me. None of that was even discussed, I didn't even go into the consultation room, I went straight from the make up chair to the front desk to have me buy their products!

Talk about unprofessional service and completely feeling rushed. I told them I could not buy the products that day I needed time to think about it and that is when I really got pressured! The lady at the front desk even told me that I should buy their products but I could always get a refund after! They really wanted my money that bad! I didn't realize how bad a consultation it was until I actually started going to more places and I have been treated so much better where I get to actually talk to the Board Certified Doctors who are going to do the procedures, they take their time with me, they give me the honest cost and don't act bothered by me asking the price, they test my skin and use amazing equipment on it to tell me the volume loss, the texture, tone & tightness of it, so they can provide the exact treatment that it needs.

They do not charge me for the consultation and they do NOT try to get me to buy their skincare products! I will never go back to Sensational Skin ever again, and I am so glad I found other businesses to meet my needs! Oh and by the way when I got home from this bad consultation at Sensational Skin my husband told me the make up they put on me looked awful!

I came here to get some filler done under my eyes and in my cheeks to give me some more definition. Let me say. VERY IMPRESSED! i had the biggest dark circles under my eyes and im only 20 so this bothered me A LOT. Dr brown told me he could fix that easily with some filler so we went ahead. I was nervous about it hurting so i expressed that to Dr Brown and he told me he would inject me with blocks first to numb me so i didnt feel a single injection! My results are amazing and i will definitely be coming here for all of my skin needs. Thanks to Dr brown and his amazing team!

So first and foremost, this procedure does NOT work! My husband looks worse after Coolsculpting than before! Plus he was in pain for 4+ weeks. Not to mention SUSAN telling someone that weighs 100 lbs and has a history of body dysmorphia that they need coolsculpting. You better take a look in the mirror. How dare you think you can or should offer advice to people half your size. Stop trying to sell medical procedures to those that don't need them. You should be shut down.

5 STARS ALL AROUND! I had the most amazing experience in this office. All of the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, i felt so comfortable. When I came in for my Coolsculpting consultation and they made sure to go over absolutely everything with me about the process. Susan and Gabrielle made sure i did not feel pressured into doing the treatment and they gave me the best deal i had come across - and i had been to multiple consultations.

When it came time for my treatment Susan and Gabrielle took great care of me, giving me time and explaining everything to me as they were doing it. I had 8 spots treated and they had 4 machines in the office to get it all done in 1 day instead of multiple different visits. When my Coolsculpting was done they ensured i knew the aftercare and what to expect. Jennifer at the front desk made sure to get me scheduled for my follow up appt 8 weeks later - she was the sweetest.

Here i am now - down 35lbs looking and feeling the best i ever have thanks to the team at Sensational Skin. I am SO happy i decided to go here for my Coolsculpting. Thank you thank you thank you!

Sensational skin or should I say Susan, was so overpowering and rushed me here and rushed me there and did cool sculpting on my upper back where it should never have been done. And I didn't know that at the time but later on about a month I started getting pain back there and it's where she did cool sculpting and I developed a lipoma that was the size of a grapefruit.

I had to surgically have it removed which I almost died on the table. Then I had to have blood transfusions, this company almost killed me. Please do not go to Sensational Skin. Susan is just after your money and nothing else she does not care about you. By the time I left there being from pillar to post in that office, They said I old them $12,000.

And when I went back and show them where I had to have the surgery for the lipoma they refused to do anything and it was the one place that cool sculpting is never supposed to be done right under the neck in the back. Because I talk to the company. I am still having severe nerve damage pain in my upper back because of them. It will always be there.

I see a pain specialist for it. She is the worst person in the world she is evil. Please do not go there. My experience could've been a death sentence. Ashley Brooke For some reason I'm having a hard time posting this.

I would like to say this place is amazing! Beginning with the service that is superior and everyone is always super nice and cheerful! I have been in a few times this past 2 months for different things and always been very pleased with my results. I would recommend to anyone for any of their services offered! Not impressed. The only reason I am giving this review 2 stars is because the front staff lady was very polite. I had a CoolSculpting consult with Susan and all I can say is that while she is extremely enthusiastic about CoolSculpting that the consult was unprofessional. She was clearly trying to up-sell me (I came in for two areas that bother me) and she made the point that most people need several areas of CoolSculpting done (like 8!) to be satisfied.

She said the company recommends doing more than one or two spots to get a better all over result. This may make sense for some people but it absolutely does not for me. When I told her I just had one uneven side I wanted to address she tried to convince me to do the other side, although I clearly stated I was happy with it and did not want to touch it.

When I asked her if there may be nerve pain and numbness after the procedure she literally said word for word "who cares?". I told her "I do", and she said to expect it. Hmm. a little professionalism may go a long way here. Although she was nice enough she was unrefined and I felt I was dealing with a used car salesman. I have had two other consults this week, both of which were extremely professional, without any attempts at unnecessary up-selling happening. Both other providers agreed without my prompting that I would only need to treat the one area, they didn't recommend anything else. Buyer beware.

I completed a series of coolsculpting treatments with sensational skin and I had fantastic results! Coolsculpting really works. The staff was knowledge and very friendly. I'd recommend to everyone.

I have visited this place after a long search for a better skin care solution. So far I'm glad about the professionalism of the people who work there. I wanted to do a laser treatment for my acne scar and they have suggested some pre treatment for few weeks to get rid of active acne I have and the products they gave me ($350 worth) is really effective and I can feel my skin getting soft day by day.

They suggested me to do a 6 round of micro needing as I don't have much scars. I'm happy about their experience of skin care. I will update this review again after my 6 round of micro needling treatment. I have attached a picture of current skin I have and I will upload another picture after the complete treatment. Will see what I can get for $1350 I'm spending update - after few month of the treatment I can say that just 20% improvement I got from the treatment. still I have visible scars in my face. little disappointed

I'd highly recommend cool sculpting here. I found the staff to be professional, kind, and friendly and helped to guide me thru the process. Very discrete and conscientious with the treatments I received. Updated media systems with access to various streaming options to keep you entertained while getting a treat

On 8/6/16 I spent the entire day and had Cool Sculpting done on several areas and Paid $7,245.00 with no results. After the treatments the areas treated blew up as they indicated they would. I continued to anticipate these areas to shrink as they broke down the fat cells. Unfortunately, that is not the case and every area I had treated never went back to pre cool sculpting size and has become a trouble area where I am unable to shed any weight and look excessively bloated.

When I went in to get additional medicated pads after the procedure for pain, I was advised it will take time and make sure to exercise as well. It has been over a year and I have been completely unhappy with NO positive results from this procedure and it is causing problems I did not have prior. Think twice before getting this procedure done. After researching this again I understand this is not an uncommon complaint.

I would not recommend this procedure to anyone and would steer anyone I know away from it. I am now out another 10k to correct the cool sculpting procedure done by Sensational Skin Clinques. Effective Marketing. Not the direction to go for results. DD

Susan, did not treat me very well. She acted as if I was obese and after I insinuated I had a previous eating disorder she didn't even speak a word and continued to act like I "looked bad." Funny, you're supposed to go somewhere because of your insecurities and she made it worse. I was excited to try Cool Sculpting and instead my experience was terrible because she was so rude. After I was hysterically crying she asked me if the doctor could give me a shot to "calm me down." Awful!

I shopped around a bit before going through with Coolsculpting, this being my last stop. I was nervous of this location because of previous reviews, but Susan was awesome. Very informative, and a pleasure the entire time. I came in with my sister and she had the same great expirence. Everyone was attentive and accomidatomg. The office was clean and bright.

The procedure room had a giant tv, and tons of options for things to watch, with a Bose sound system! It was an amazing experience and I am recommending this location to everyone.

This is probably one of the worst places to get professional services done. I think you need to listen carefully to the hard sell of what you really don't need! Susan likes MONEY! And to sell services that you don't need or want. If your considering being her patient go home and sleep on your decision.

Dr. Brown is a phony! Everything they told me to expect was a lie. I spent a huge sum of money for ultherapy on my entire face and cool-sculpting on my neck and chin. I now have a divot in my chin from the nerve block needle. I also had a small amount of botox and restylane injected. First, my right eyebrow was pointing directly up. He injected more to drop it and the effects were completely gone in less than 3 months.

They have been so rude and unacommodating, have delayed my request for my medical records and refuse to attempt to make things right. The photo attached is blood underneath my skin as a result of a small amount of restylane in each corner of my mouth. I think Dr. Brown was under the influence of something when he put needles into my face. I'm shocked! Please notice there are only two CURRENT reviews and mine is one of them. The rest are old, which means the rating is falsified.

Horrible experience. They lied to me. The Dr. didn't do what I requested, but what he thought was best because he's been doing it for so long he knows everything. I am no where near pleased. They refuse to do anything to try to make it right. I also believe Dr. Brown was under the influence of something when he treated me. He was very scattered.

Please DO NOT go to this place. They will mislead you and refuse to back up their claims. I am currently filing a claim with the medical board, the BBB and reporting it to news stations. I spent $6k with these people with NO improvement at all! I have the pictures to prove it. They would not stand behind their promises. "Everyone doesn't get the same results" is all they could say and of course, "you signed the consent forms." These people position themselves as having a clientele that is very affluent and spend huge dollars on treatments.

I believe that unless you're spending double digits with them, they do not give you the proper service at all. I have nothing nice to say about these people. I caution you. For those that review them highly, I can only say, you got lucky!

I am so pleased with the results of my Vela Shape treatment. I had a living social deal and paid for 3 sessions. Jamie was the technician that conducted the vela shape treatment. She was awesome and works hard to get results. She was very informative and explained everything that she was doing. I did get some bruising but was worth it to get rid of my bumpy fat. 3 more sessions were recommended but I was honest and let them know that I couldn't afford the additional sessions.

No problem. They were understanding and did not make me feel guilty. They do offer financing but who wants to get into more debt?! They gave me a gift card to use in the future for another treatment for my belly pouch that freezes your fat off. Making my appointment was also very easy. Appointments are scheduled weekly because it is recommended to wait a week in between treatments.

I let the receptionist know that I had a groupon certificate and she was very helpful in scheduling all 3 of my appointments ahead of time. I was so impressed by the staff that I would return, if I could afford to. This facility is elegant with the latest and greatest, and the staff are all very kind and friendly. The results are amazing. I saw a difference after the first visit!

I decided to have coolscupting done because I have stubborn fat areas that unless I was able to spend two hours a day at the gym, which my work schedule does not allow, this was a much better alternative for me. Coolscupting being non-invasive I was finally able to get rid of my stubborn fat, and now I look much better. My cloths fit better and I am wearing more form fitting cloths. The technicians at sensational skin new exactly how to treat to get me maximum results. I hope to get my inner thighs done next month. True experts in coolsculpting.

I have been to numerous Estheticians over the years, including Pittsburgh Pa, and Arizona. I am compelled to rave about Lynn Rhodes. She is outstanding. Her microdermabrasions are so outstanding; my skin remains flawless for weeks. She also has recommended products and introduced me to products that have given my skin a major turn-around. I no longer live in Scottsdale Az.

But she is the only skin care specialist I trust or care to see. I am so relaxed and trust in her knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend Lynn Rhodes.she really can make a major difference for you. Awesome treatments. BEST AROUND!
