I was transferred to this practice from a retiring physician whom I had been with for 10 years. At first I was apprehensive about a new physician with a different staff. But after being here for a few years I have to say that not only is Dr. Bartels very knowledgeable, kind and professional but "top of the line" and the staff, nurses and everyone else there are all accommodating and thoughtful. The entire staff make up an experience and this office has it all. Bravo! And thank you.

I've been getting hormone pellets for over 5 years and Debbie is the best. I am not sore afterwards - in fact I can't even tell she did anything besides the band aid on my back side. She's just a lovely person too. I enjoy talking to her. She's one of the best medical providers I've ever dealt with.

Gina Tome is wonderful. The rest of the staff needs some customer relations training. Rude on the phone and not much better in person. You are just a number/cash cow, as far as the staff is concerned.

Hands down the worst front office I have ever seen. They are absolutely incompetent. read these reviews! If you value your time and your health, go to another office! These people are incredibly rude and morons.

Outstanding medical team! Everyone, from reception and labs to MAs and billing to the providers are all professional, accomplished, friendly and efficient. Many thanks to Hannah for facilitating each visit and cutting through all the paperwork and red tape. And many thanks to Gina Tome NP for her expertise, insights and skill to oversee and deliver great care. And, of course, Dr. Bartels, you have always lead by example and your team reflects your vision. I cannot say how pleased and grateful I am to have come to know them all and benefit highly as a result.

The doctors and providers are professional but the billing and front desk need to work on their tasks. The billing and front desk don't communicate well with each other and the patients. It takes them several days to return calls, they charge cancellation fee for an appointment that was cancelled few days before, but since they didn't check the voicemail the pt is responsible!

Money always comes before patient care. They told me I didn't have a balance after 45 min of waiting in the lobby to see why they had charged me for something that failed and caused infection two weeks passed and they call me to collect money. I explained to them that I am not responsible for the bill per our discussion last appt! Two weeks later I get a bill that if I don't pay it will go to collection agency! Pt is not first in this practice all they care about is collecting money considering the lack of responsibility on their part to check their emails, voicemails.

Dr Bartel and his staff and the receptionist area are all very pleasant, professional to visit. They provided exceptional and prompt service and make you feel comfortable during my visit. Always asking and answering question to make sure I clearly understand all lab work results as well as procedural services.

Paula is an amazing NP! Not only is she an excellent clinician but she also has great bedside manner. I would recommend her to any friend or family member of my own.

Quick wait in the waiting room. Very nice people who work there. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the tech who took me to my room couldn't figure out what my dosing of Cipro was, then she didn't even know what Cipro was! I had to spell it for her. This clinic is the one who prescribed to me! She was guessing if I had 1 or 2 per day. Not the brightest.

Debbie Laskar is professional, kind and gives me PAINLESS pellet injections. Love you Debbie! Pellets give me energy and strength., so much so that at 79 I am still dong Crossfit.

As a new patient I was a little nervous but Dr Bartels was truly interested in my medical history and asked questions to determine how best to help me. I so appreciated that he was not in a hurry! I would certainly recommend Dr B to anyone needing help with aging and complex female issues. So glad I found him!

I absolutely love this practice and all the staff! I saw Gina Tome and highly recommended her! When she saw something she questioned she quickly brought in another doctor to evaluate the situation. She is very attentive! I can't wait to go back to see her again!

Dr. Webb and his staff are absolutely exceptional. Dr. Webb is a brilliant and extraordinary doctor. Jordan at the front is beyond sweet and caring. His ultrasound tech Ms. Charlotte is a gem. She even held my hand through my biopsy for comfort. His nurse Ms. Debbie is just phenomenal. She is very compassionate and beyond knowledgeable. Ms. Gina is amazing. She will get to the core of your issues and will make sure that you are at your best. If I could give them 100 stars I would.

By far the worst practice you could ever go to. avoid at all costs. they have no idea what they are doing, the front office and back staff are clueless, the pa's are completely incompetent especially paula mazzacano. the worst provider ever!

Probably the best gyno experience I've ever had. Dr. Webb was very knowledgeable, understanding, listened, asked questions, made me laugh and lightened the situation, just overall very positive and pleasant visit. Megan was the scribe and she was making the situation good too, joining in on the jokes/fun we had going on. For the minor thing I needed, everything went very well. Dr. Webb was very straightforward about what to expect and kept me in the loop. I will 100% be seeing Dr. Webb in the future, and recommend to friends & family.

Last week I had some Cool Sculpting done around my waist with Tamara. She is one of the best providers I've had the pleasure of receiving services from and was a total delight during my procedure. She shared knowledge with me about the procedure, after care, and gave me some tips to follow. All in all, very easy in and out procedure. I highly recommend Tamara and VitalityMDs.

This place is a one-stop-shop for myself, my guy, and my teenagers! My partner and I get our hormone therapy, sexual health treatments, as well as our favorite aesthetics! I feel so much safer knowing I'm at my doctors office getting my injectables and laser, rather than a medspa where you don't really know what experience or proper medical training they have.

My daughters are also patients! They come in for intimate health education and skincare. The entire staff is so inviting and personable. Both doctors will stop to greet you in the halls, which makes me feel completely at ease. Yael is magic with her technique and all her aesthetic devices. The Vitality Laser Facial has turned back the hands of time! It's a must try!

My NP Cheryl, who did my vaginal rejuvenation, is an absolute hero in my life! After 2 kids and hitting 40, sex was just not as desirable as I wanted it to be. I felt like there was no grip, friction or sensation, and that lead to anxiety and avoidance in the bedroom. Cheryl helped unleash my inner goddess! My partner and I are now having the sex our relationship deserves. I have recommended them to all my friends and family who are know enjoying all the many things they offer.

First meeting with Dr. Webb revealed that he's quite a flirt. He's tall and handsome and a doctor, but I'm pretty sure he's married. Compliments. No nurse present. Hand on my leg. Conversation way off medical topics. I was fully dressed and didn't need services beyond a prescription, so the medical care was no issue. The visit was just somewhere between flattering and weird. Lonely, desperate old Scottsdale bottle blondes should make an appointment-- lol.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. if you want a place that will treat you like crap and leave you crying and lie to you go for it. They also have a covid problem. my last appt was moved 4x where each person was mysteriously taking a 2 week vacation and I got moved to 4 people in 3 days yet half of the staff doesn't wear masks.

Good thing they deal with pregnant woman. This place was nice 10 years ago, now they are all snotty pompous jerks that should retire instead of dreading their job. Don't go here, they just told me I was going to need a surgery that was absolutely not needed.

I have seen Ceryl Schaaf NP at this location recently for Botox injections. I must say that a few years ago I had my very first botox injections done by Cheryl and never regret it. I am so excited I found her again. The knowledge, kindness and confidence I found in Cheryl gave me the courage to have injections done in my face. She also injected fillers in my lips. She always took her time and made sure I'm happy with the results. I highly recommend her.

I have been trying to find a good GYNO since moving out to Arizona and I struck gold! I have been coming to Dr. Webb for a year now and it has been such an amazing experience. I am in my early 20's and he makes me feel extremely comfortable and is great about answering any questions I have. I highly recommend VitalityMDs and Dr. Webb!

HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. DONT WEAR MASKS CORRECTLY. Doesn't make clients feel comfortable, listened, or heard. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time especially if it's a drive for you!

Everything a woman needs all in one location! Love Jackie and Dr. Webb. Whatever you need to serve your vanity you can find here. They will also save your life, BTW. Wait times are minimal and the magazines are good if you do wait.

Very happy with my care so far - two visits and each time there has been almost 0 wait. Janet truly listened and the phlebotomists were very friendly and personable and I felt almost nothing while I had blood drawn. The practice is in a nice place with good parking and everyone seems friendly. Very glad to have found it!

I came first came to this practice, because my insurance advocacy center found me a nurse practitioner here who would take my insurance. On different occasions I've had to call multiple times as the phone rang and rang (during normal business hours) with no answer. I left messages with questions twice, no return phone calls. At my first annual visit, it was suggested I have bloodwork done. $$$ At my follow up appointment, it was suggested I start taking meds to up my thyroid function (even though I was at the low end of the normal range) and then come back for more blood work to see how the meds are working and then another follow up appointment. $$$ At my 2nd bloodwork appointment, I was berated by the intake woman for not coming in for my 6 week bloodwork. That's what I was there for!

She continually argued with me that this was my 8 week follow up appointment. She refused to listen to me, treating me as if I'm an idiot until I had to take out my iPhone calendar and show her it had been 6 weeks, not 8- and that's why I was there- bloodwork! It's not my fault your scheduling person marked the wrong type of appointment! I've never been treated like that before, let alone at a doctors office.

To top it off, I got a phone call telling me to discontinue the medicine because my thyroid was now functioning too high (taking half a dose) and to come in yet again $$$ to see what my other options are. Ummmm hi, my options are that my thyroid is within normal range, I don't need medication OR your employee treating me so poorly. Two stars for their nice office (now I know how they're paying for it!) and the nice employees in the blood lab and billing department who were very friendly.

I had horrible experiences here. The NP (Jackie) was not able to answer basic information about hormone functioning, which is their speciality. For example, I asked her if the use of testosterone pellets stops the body from natural production of it. She said she didn't know. I asked her if increased oil production was a side effect of testosterone replacement.

She responded by saying "uh, yah, men are more oily, so yes." Her lack of knowledge made me uncomfortable. Visit 1: 1 hour wait Visit 2: 45 min wait Visit 3: 45 min wait I went in for a visit today. I left work early for the 45min drive. I was stuck in traffic, so I called 5x to see if I should bother coming in. Each of those 5 times I was placed in a phone loop and ultimately hung up on.

I showed up 18min after the appointment time. I was told that the appointment is cancelled after 15 minutes.so I was 3 minutes past that threshold. Jackie refused to see me. The appointment would have lasted 5 minutes. I explained that I called to see if it was worth coming in, but I was hung up on. I explained that I took time off of work and drove 45 minutes.

I explained that I had waited an hour in the past. I explained that the appointment would be 5 minutes. It didn't matter, Jackie refused to see me. I take accountability for being late. However, this office has shown that punctuality is not a priority. In fact, while I was there requesting that she see me, a lady in the waiting room pulled me aside to tell me that she had been sitting 30 min past her appointment time and still had not been called back.

She too thought it was ridiculous that they wouldn't see me for a 5 minute appointment. On top of all of this, there have been billing issues for the first couple appointments.

Dr Webb is extremely knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner! He offers a few options and gave me pros and cons for each which helped me make my final decision. He is open to mixing alternative with traditional therapies which was refreshing.

I've been a patient of Paula's now for almost 2 years now. It's always a pleasant experience the staff here are always warm and welcoming. Paula has really helped me with my thyroid issues and hormone imbalance. I recommend if your sluggish and fatigued and don't know why, go get it checked. It's helped me tremendously

Dr. Webb has been my gynecologist for 21 years. He delivered my twenty year old daughter. He has also performed minor surgeries for me over the years. Dr. Webb has an amazing calm and assuring manner. Even though I moved way to the west valley many years ago I continue to travel to Scottsdale for gynecological care, because of the trust I have in Dr. Webb and all the staff at Scottsdale Center for Women's Health.

I feel confident in all the medical care and services that I receive here from the the nurses, ultrasound technician, and NP Jacqueline Mather, which includes hormone replacement therapy. Scottsdale Center for Women's Health provides a wide range of services and I believe the most progressive treatment options for women.

Big shout out to this office! THANK YOU Just hit BIG 50 this year. Been feeling Sluggish w/absolutely no energy, just not myself. Went in for normal yearly exam, and what not. Sure we are all a little hormone imbalanced. Let me tell you the hormone therapy i was in need of. not sure why I waited so long. I live life more positive every day! I went into Dr. Webb's office for the removal of current IUD and the insertion of a new one. My last experience was awful I didn't think I could do it again, but Dr. Webb, his assistant Stephanie, and his scheduler made the Experience great from the actual procedure to the billing process. I was referred to this practice by a friend I've already referred 3 more and everyone has had an amazing experience.

We can all agree Dr. Webb is an awesome doctor, surgeon, with an amazing heart and great bedside manner! He is gentle, caring, thoughtful, and he is so responsive to your need and questions that you literally feel like you are the only patient in the building all though you know it's not true cause we saw the lobby full of woman also singing him praises.

I'm a huge fan of Scottsdale Center for Women's Health. I was referred to this practice by a friend when I first moved to Arizona back in 2006 or so and I've never looked elsewhere for my gynecological needs. I visited their previous office locations more times than I can count (Yelp tracked 43 official check-ins of mine on their previous biz listing). They've since moved locations, and they no longer do OB, but back in the day when the did, I felt like I was in incredible hands with the entire staff here. Dr. Bartels delivered my son 6 years ago and Dr. Webb delivered my daughter 4.5 years ago. I'll forever be grateful for the care they gave me throughout my pregnancies, labors and deliveries. I'm such a fan of this practice by the way, that I was quoted in an Inc Magazine article in 2009.

I said, "there are not too many people I trust to go 'down there, ' but Dr. Bartels and Dr. Webb are on that list!" They got the quote correct and I still feel the same. The support staff are pleasant, but the doctors, PAs, nurses, ultrasound tech, etc. are wonderful. Ultrasounds are not as exciting without a baby on the way, but it's still comfortable to visit Charlotte periodically, and I've since added some visits to see Yael, the Aesthetician (she is fabulous), and Debbie, the RN that handles aesthetic injections on occasion (ie: Botox but don't tell anyone!). It's rare to find someone like Debbie who has 30+ years of diverse nursing experience and is still super passionate about what she does.

If you're looking for a standard GYN practice with caring doctors and staff, and/or perhaps a little something more (ie: vaginal rejuvenation, aesthetic procedures, hormone therapy), this place has what you're looking for. Thanks to all of you at SCFWH for being a consistent in my life and changing needs over the last 10+ years.

I have seen Paula Mazzacano for years, even before she was at Dr. Webb's office. She is wonderful, honest and cares deeply about her patients. My wife has also seen her for that same amount of time and we've both had nothing but positive and helpful experiences with her. My wife even found out she was diabetic from a visit with Paula, and it definitely saved her life.

My wife had a DNC and polyps removal done by Dr. Webb for heavy menstruation problems. Dr. Webb is a quiet methodical doctor who it VERY knowledgeable. His demeanor is calm and quiet, which perhaps some people might read as indifference. I assure you, he is NOT indifferent to the care and health of his patients. He thinks before he answers and his assistants are thorough in their documentation and assessment of the situation.

So they generally are not very talkative either in appointments. I found this refreshing, but I can see how it could be misinterpreted. For my wife's situation, where most doctors probably would have recommended a hysterectomy, Dr. Webb recommended a DNC instead. My wife has other health concerns and the DNC was the less invasive option. While I questioned this recommendation at first, it did end up being a good option and she feels MUCH better now.

In any case, to review readers, I would take the negative reviews with some scepticism. I've had nothing but great experiences with Paula, Dr. Webb and the entire staff (including the front desk folks). I'd schedule an appointment and make up your own mind.
