Dr. Fryer is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only certification recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery. Dr. Fryer attended medical school at the University of Utah and then completed a general surgery residency at the University of Arizona.
Dr. Warnock is a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in a full spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery including pediatric craniofacial and cleft surgery. Dr. Warnock was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and attended college and medical school at the University of Utah. He completed his general surgery training at Harbor-UCLA in Southern California, followed by a plastic surgery fellowship at Summa Health Systems in Akron, Ohio.He then returned to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City where he completed a fellowship in pediatric craniofacial and reconstructive surgery.

I received great customer service from Dr. Fryer and his staff at Premier Plastic Surgery. From scheduling to any questions I had regarding surgery or recovery, the staff was great. Dr Fryer explained everything to me in great detail in regards to my surgery and expectations afterwards down to a tee and I am so happy with my results! He was kind and had such great bedside manner, I felt very comfortable with him as my dr. He was referred to me by my neighbor and I would definitely refer him to my family and friends!

I was not sure what to expect on my first visit. I was greeted by two friendly receptionist who offered me water and snacks and guided me through the paperwork. Dr Watterson's assistant help answer my questions and concerns and to feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Watterson is a gem and made sure I knew exactly what to expect and what the procedure will entail. I am excited for the upcoming surgery and know it will be a success.

We met with several doctors in the area and chose Dr. Howland of Premier Plastic Surgery Group for my daughter's breast reduction surgery. Dr. Howland considered the needs of my daughter along with what would be most safe and effective. This surgery changed my 15 year old daughter's life. After quitting most physical activities due to her chest size, she was able to get back into the sport she loved after she recovered from her breast reduction procedure.
Her confidence returned, and she was happy to go to school, see friends and shop for clothes- things she dreaded before this surgery. Due to her age, our insurance company would not cover the procedure without complications so we chose to move forward without using insurance. Dr. Homeland's pricing was reasonable and we have no regrets. Our daughter went from trying to blend in and hide herself to a confident teenager, happy to stand out and be seen. My experience with Dr. Warnock at premier plastic surgery has been nothing short of wonderful. I truly appreciated my experience every step of the way. Their facility is on top of their work and you can truly see the care they have for those they serve. My consultation was one of the best I've ever had. Dr. Warnock listened to all my concerns and questions with much compassion and knowledge.
I received a breast implant removal and Capsulectomy so I had many questions and concerns. It was wonderful to feel validated and heard when it came to the complications I was experiencing, surprisingly not all doctors are that way. After my surgery I did experience a rare complication, but again him and his staff showed up in a big way and we were able to get it resolved that same day.
They truly put their patients first. If you are looking for top of the line care I recommend Dr. Warnock and his staff to anyone, ESPECIALLY so if you are looking to have your implants removed. I am forever grateful for this wonderful experience on my journey to healing. Thank you!

I highly recommend Premier Plastic Surgery for all of your cosmetic and reconstructive needs. Everyone I've worked with has been so nice, informative, personable, and professional. From the front office ladies, all of the nurses, and Dr Howland, I've felt like a cared for individual every single time I've gone in. Dr Howland called me back at 10pm one evening when I had a concern the evening after I had surgery, and they've been able to get me to see a nurse the couple times I needed to be seen same day.
Everyone provided an ABUNDANCE of patient education and answered all my questions and concerns honestly. I've never felt so well informed before going into surgery, and I felt really confident about the decisions I'd made. I had very little apprehension on surgery day, aside from the general anxiety that comes with any major medical procedure. As for the procedure itself, I couldn't be happier with the results.

At my consultation Dr. Fryer took so much time with me and I never felt like I was being rushed or just another patient he answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. He truly takes the time to listen to his patients and understand their goals, and sets realistic expectations about procedure outcomes. I had a breast augmentation done with Dr. Fryer a month ago, and cannot recommend him or his office more. I had been planning for this procedure for years, and was very excited to finally have it done. Everyone in the office including Dr. Fryer were always very welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Watterson was amazing. I felt so comfortable and supported by him and his staff. Sure, he has the credentials to back him up. But in addition, you can see he has a true appreciation for natural beauty and his ability to enhance that is astounding. I'm a patient of Dr. Watterson and I can NOT STRESS enough what a wonderful experience I had! His staff is so kind and they took their time with me and patiently explained the procedure. Dr. Watterson is SO professional and kind. I felt very confident in choosing him as my doctor. He took his time over and over again pre-surgery to make sure he knew what my expectations were.
My surgery went off without a hitch and he gave me a beautiful result. And his follow up care is the best I could've imagined. 5 stars all around for his staff and even more stars for Dr. Watterson. I went to Dr Howland for a second opinion and was told I needed to re-do my entire tummy tuck. He told me I had a possible hernia and that my prior surgery was not even a full tummy tuck and he didn't think my muscles had even been done. He gave me this info without receiving my surgery information. I signed papers to allow him to get my records and never heard back from him with a follow up.
Come to find out after alot of stress and more research and CT scan none of what he said was accurate. I would have paid 8k to have a new surgery and I didn't need that. But don't worry I still get to pay for my inaccurate consultation. I called the office and explained why I didn't want to pay and the person on the phone could not make that decision. At this point its not worth any more time and interest on what I already owe. SO just be sure you do your research. This is YOUR body!
