For cosmetic consultations, $100 is required as a down payment at the time of scheduling the consultation. This payment is taken over the phone when scheduling the appointment and can be used towards your service. We also offer a complimentary skin analysis for our MedSpa services. I love going to th PSCHR, and I haven't even had my procedure yet. But the experience so far has been nothing but comforting and positive. This is a place that you're made to feel so very special. And I can't say enough about my care coordinator Carol, she's phenomenal. She is one caring, gracious lady. No matter what questions I have, she answers with a smile, leaving me feeling reassured.

You have made such an amazing impact on my life these past couple of months and im so greatful for you. The Plastic Surgery Center is very welcoming and their time management skills are above awesome! I've had several "repair services" after Moes surgeries on my face with great results. Dr. Blanchard goes above and beyond to make his repairs unnoticeable. Yesterday I went in after falling in the yard and face planting on a cement garden paver, expecting stitches. Dr. Blanchard thought the wound would heal fine without stitches but said to come back again if I wasn't happy after I healed. It's so refreshing to not be pressured into unnecessary procedures.

Dr. Blanchard's receptionist was happy, smiling, encouraging and helpful. I took a bit longer than usual using the tablet. They were very kind and courteous in waiting for me to finish. His nurse, Kelly was more of the same and very helpful. Dr. Blanchard was awesome! His personality was very engaging and courteous. He answered all my questions! There was NO pressure to do or not do the procedures I wanted.
Then I saw Carol, one of the financial counselors. She was just like everyone else. Upbeat, engaging, explained things well. She & Dr. Blanchard both told me I would save $$ by combining the surgeries. They were NOT money hungry, overly persuasive or upset when I chose to wait a month. My whole experience was welcoming. They also allowed my husband in.
I just cant say enough positive things about Dr. Blanchard and his staff. They were each, individually great with us and Dr. Blanchard was outstanding! I cannot wait to schedule my surgeries. Everything is so well explained. Dont be afraid. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10+++.

A calming, relaxing environment and a truly positive experience. Every member of the staff/team was helpful, respectful, courteous, friendly, and professional. DR Blanchard was great as he communicated what he was doing, what to expect, and all the while reinforcing the overall professionalism and a mutual feeling of respect between patient and doctor. I highly recommend to anyone considering plastic surgery of any kind to go no further than the Plastic Surgery Center of Hampton Roads.

My consultation with Dr. Lofgren and his associates was amazing. His staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I could tell Dr. Lofgren read my chart and was knowledgeable of my situation before coming into the exam room. He took his time in explaining the options I have for reconstructive surgery and answered every question I had. The office setting is very calm and cozy.

I had a Breast Augmentation by Dr. Blanchard in September. Excellent results! Him and his team have been wonderful! From the front desk receptionist to the surgical nurse, Anesthesiologist and Dr. Blanchard are such great people, friendly and caring! As a practice manager myself it's hard finding people who are friendly and care about the patients and their goals! I highly recommend this practice for your cosmetic needs!
