Dr. MICHAEL CEDAR Is the best plastic surgeon ever. I couldn't be more please he is a genius and did my rhinoplasty great job and very much satisfied besides a face lift neck lift and the eyebrow lift. I have no revealing scars they faded away; and the two chemical peels he performed made my skin so smooth clear and brillant i look alot much younger and beautiful. Dr. Cedars is not only a very skilled artist plastic surgeon.

He knows what's best for you and explains if it should be done or not and every procedure came with amazing beautiful results. I get so many compliments back to back. People can't guess my real age don't believe I'm 55 with 5 kids (only those that knows me know) But rather single with an age of 37-39 age. I just love Dr. Cedars besides being always on time patient kind and filling you with all the details and taking he's time to show you how it all works believe me he is an artist with hands of gold guide by the LORD. I had an appointment scheduled with this office for at least a week. I came in to see the doctor for a procedure that is quite urgent and they turned me away at the door saying that my insurance won't cover it although it has been covered multiple times by my doctors office. No call before hand to let me know. Just complete disregard for my time or the urgent nature of my problem.

Dr. Cedars is skilled, professional, and kind. I was always happy with his Botox services. I like that he does Botox by area with free touch ups, instead of nickel and dimming you per unit. After getting tired of bad Botox at Med spas that was gone quickly, I was very happy with Dr. Cedars work. I am sad that I left the Oakland area, as a truth-worthy provider is hard to find!

The doctor is rude and he put my best friend in the hospital with an infection for three weeks. His medical license should be revoked and I have filed a complaint with the state board. Don't risk your life.

It's taken me a while to write this review but I think I should inform others who are thinking about using this Doctor. I got a breast lift with implants and my nipples are terribly choppy and different sizes when I brought this up to the Dr. he said if someone really loves you it shouldn't be a issue the lady who takes the Before & After pictures also had her boobs done and said her nipples were also different sizes. I'm going to have to get a revision-It was a waste of money

Dr. Cedars and his assistant were excellent. Clearly explained surgery and options. Procedure was easy and follow up was professional.

A had a consultation with Dr. Cedars and his patient coordinator about a surgery I am considering. They were both exceptionally clear and thorough and answered every single question. Dr. Cedars has an amazing bedside manner. I feel that he really took the time to get to know me as a person. He was very honest that he does not do the kind of surgery I am looking for. I would definitely go back if I decide to do a different procedure.

Dr Cedars is simply the best. From start to finish, I felt that he heard my concerns and addressed them with compassion, humor, and professionalism. Kim, his assistant, provides her phone number for prompt responses to any questions, second thoughts, financial issues, etc. When she doesn't know the answer, she takes it to Dr Cedars and responds asap.

She will even make your appointment for a pre-surgery Covid test. Be prepared for quite a few post surgical visits as Dr Cedars keeps a close eye on things and makes sure there are no problems with healing. I found that very reassuring.

Cedars did an awesome job. He was thorough and thoughtful about every step of the process. I have recommended him to several friends.

Dr Michael Cedars performed an abdominoplasty with medial fascia repair for me on December 20, 2019. He is an excellent surgeon and artist. He has an excellent bedside manner, I felt at ease immediately. His office staff is lovely as well. I especially have enjoyed working with Kim, his surgery coordinator. I had extensive stretch marks, an appendectomy scar and loose skin from multiple pregnancies.

The stretch marks below my belly button, my four inch appendectomy scar and the loose skin have completely disappeared. I have a new, youthful navel. My belly is taut and I feel great. I recovered very quickly and am back to full activity. I cannot recommend Dr. Cedars highly enough. If you are thinking about a tummy tuck, look no further. Go to Dr. Michael Cedars. It is worth every penny.

I've seen Dr. Cedars for years for Botox and he's wonderful. When I moved to the East Bay from out of state I searched a long time for a doctor. There are many med spas that provide Botox and injections these days, and I've since visited a few but this doctor remains one of the best. I've not seen him for anything else but I can attest to the quality of his Botox and I've given up on all the overpriced and under performing places in the city of SF and I'll be going back to Dr. Cedars from now on.

His Botox isn't watered down and he knows where to place it. I've never had a misplaced prick, no abnormal swelling, and the product lasts longer than a month or two which is not uncommon with some of the med spas. He's efficient and on time and doesn't try to upsell more than I need or want.

Dr. Cedars is Reed Richards a.k.a. Mister Fantastic. I was referred to him by one of America's Best Plastic surgeons for a neck lift surgery and he exceeded all my expectations. In addition, Dr. Cedars delivered everything he promised and in a professional and timely manner. He is also very ethical because he did not try and sell me on additional procedures that he knew I would not be satisfied with the results, unlike some of his peers that simply look at potential clients as golden nuggets. Furthermore, Dr. Cedars is rated as one of America's Best Doctors and I would have paid 3 times the amount he charged because I constantly get compliments from friends and family. I went to Dr Cedars after reading reviews about tummy tucks. I and 47 and have 2 very big boys who, sadly, ruined my stomach muscles when I was pregnant. Dr Cedars was able to fix my muscle separation and perform a beautifully realistic tummy tuck that I honestly didn't think was possible. He's extremely attentive, honest and an expert surgeon. He even gave me the cutest belly button you've ever seen! If you're thinking of a tummy tuck; go talk to Dr Cedars.

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Cedars about two months ago and I could not have asked for a better result. I came in with back and neck pain that was making it difficult for me to just exist in daily life without pain. I actually went to one of his open house demonstrations first, which I highly recommend. I was impressed by the fact that during his presentation and while answering questions Dr. Cedars wanted to discuss all possible solutions for issues, including non-surgical, and he always seemed to highly value the least invasive and intensive option.

During consultations, Dr. Cedars and Dr. Perez were kind, experiences, and clearly wanted my input and opinion. I never felt as if I was being talked over, or talked down to. They were clear about the surgical risks and about how much this would cost. One thing I especially appreciated was that the price that I was quoted the first time I asked about cost NEVER changed.

No hidden fees, no random up-charges. My recovery was shockingly easy. I know much of that is due to body condition before surgery, but I also really believe that Dr. Cedars skill had a huge part of it as well. I was up and making social calls the day after surgery, and I was off all painkillers, including Tylenol, after four days. I also was able to contact my doctors whenever I wanted by text between appointments, which was really comforting as this was the first major surgery I've ever had.

Seven weeks out and my shape is fantastic and I'm completely pain free for the first time in probably fifteen years. I'm incredibly grateful for the amazing care I got at Dr. Cedars' office and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

If you have any doubts about cosmetic surgery or any other enhancements, ignore them all. With Dr Cedars you're literally in the best hands. Dr Cedars truly cares so much about his clients and takes pride in his craft. He, and his staff really took care of me and made the transformation look very natural. Today, I feel much more confident and comfortable.

From consultation to multiple post-ops, Dr Cedars gives you his full attention and dedication. If you have any concerns he will kill them all. Don't feel intimidated either - He is one of the most caring persons I have come across. He is more than just a surgeon, he really is someone you can put your trust into. I would recommend Dr Cedars without hesitation. He is a cool guy.

Simply put he listens to your concerns and addresses your issues. If your looking to have some work done by a plastic surgeon, you should at least consult with him.

I don't see how anyone, seeking to have any kind of cosmetic surgery, could find anyone better than Dr. Cedars and his staff to perform the procedure. They were so thorough, from the beginning to the end of my surgery (liposuction and male breast reduction.) Any questions I had were answered, questions I didn't know I needed to ask were answered, too.

The attention to detail by Dr. Cedars, J'aime Perez, and everyone else at his clinic is amazing. Any fears I had pre-surgery were well-alleviated. Medications were prescribed and I had them well in advance of needing them: and no more and no less than were needed. Everything was made as safe, sanguine, and worry-free as possible. Of course, any surgery has post-op discomfort, but they made it as smooth for me as it could be. Post-surgery, the care I got was what I would like to call: "pampering." I never felt like they were out of reach: any time of day, if I had a question of problem, either Dr. Cedars himself or J'aime was a phone call away. Also, the fist two weeks after post-op, I got a call almost every day to check on my condition.

I couldn't have been looked after better. If you want a potentially stressful experience to go as smoothly and professionally as possible, I would recommend Dr. Cedars. And if I ever choose to have anything else done, there's no one else I'd rather go to.

Bad job on my eyelids. He did cut both sides but did two different stitching. When I look down they're look bad and people say that. I told Dr Cedar about it he replied When you are on camera call do not look down. He had nothing to say when I said Couldn't you do same type of stitches, why different methods on one persons eyes.

This was my second trip to Dr. Cedars - the first about ten years ago as part of a clinical trial for laser treatments. This time I wanted a refresher for my son's wedding. His recommendation was prudent and exactly what I needed (filler) to rid me of my 67yr old bags under the eyes. As a result, I enjoyed every moment of the wedding and danced up a storm. Great staff, great doctor, I highly recommend him. And he doesn't charge extra for his sense of humor.

Dr. Cedar is one of the finest most intellectual physicians in his field. I've recommended my Girlfriend and mother to Dr. Cedars. I'll never go to another Cosmetic Surgeon.

Dr. Cedars and his assistant, J'aime Potts, are very professional, courteous and thorough. I had a consultation with another doctor prior to my consultation with Dr. Cedars and J'aime and it was like night and day. It's clear that Dr. Cedars cares more about his patients' health than merely the bottom line. I appreciated how much time he (and J'aime) went into explaining the benefits, risks, and when I decided to move forward, then the prep and post to minimize any possible issues and receive maximum benefit. Dr. Cedars is an expert among his peers and that really eased my mind.

Honest Awesome Place! I called to inquire about Restylane Removal. The assistant was nice enough to talk to the doctor. She called me back later to let me know that in my case it probably wasnt necessary. I mean they could have just said "Come on in" and squirted me with some stuff and charged me hundreds of dollars. But they didnt. So, I thought that was pretty cool. Two thumbs up!

Dr. Cedars is the kindest doctor we've ever met. We were sent to him by another doctor for my daughter's mole's second excision because the first test came back with possible future concerns. He talked to us with such a kind tone and great patience. He assured us, especially my then 10-year-old daughter, that everything would just be fine.

I usually have a list of questions to ask whenever I visit doctors. Dr. Cedars listened to me patiently and made sure that all of my questions were answered and explained clearly. When he was talking to us, he made direct eye contact, which made us feel that the doctor really cared. The surgical procedure was scheduled at the following appointment and it was done beautifully.

My daughter came out of the room looking so relaxed. The wound healed as expected within a few weeks. We went back a few months later for a consultation regarding the scar formed at a different mole excision site that was performed by another doctor. Dr. Cedars again answered all of my questions and explained all of the concerns I had. Instead of suggesting any aggressive treatments to flatten the scar like the other doctor "strongly" recommended, he told us that nothing needed to be done.

The scar itself will flatten out and fade over time. Exactly like what he said, the color of the scar has faded and is barely noticeable now. We got such a warm feeling at all the visits with Dr. Cedars, we wish all the doctors were as caring as he is.

After two laser procedures and some healing time, I could not be more thrilled with the results. Dr. C really came through! I have such a clarity in my skin that hasn't been apparent since my 20s. It's amazing, to say the least. Many thanks to Dr. Cedars and his amazing staff (especially his nurse, Karen) for a top notch job. P.S.for those of you not in the know, laser does not mean hair removal! I've been getting questions about that. Lasers have been relatively new on the scene of dermal resurfacing. The MiXTo laser was used on me for two treatments. Fine lines and discolorations are now gone. Take that, Father Time!
