Dr. Mittelman is incredibly gifted with his hands. I've had his surgeries multiple times, I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I knew my finished look wouldn't be overdone and would be extremely realistic, tasteful and miraculous. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else. Perfection is what he always achieved, his youthful transformations giving me the most exciting years of my life.

In addition Dr. Mittelman is a warm and gentle soul who truly cares about his patients as human beings. Now 70 years old, I'm so glad I had the good fortune to discover him when I was young. Thank you again, Dr. Mittelman! UPDATE: MAY 17, 2019 I had Dr. Mittelman's associate, Dr. Christopher Kieliszak perform an MMMT, traditional neck lift and horizontal neck lift 10 days ago.

He achieved outstanding results, taking 10 years off my looks.but in a NATURAL way. My recovery has been very easy. I'm so glad I took the plunge. Affordable, terrific investment. Made life so much more wonderful.

Dr. Harry Mittelman is such a wonderful person and a very skilled and experienced surgeon. I had a rhinoplasty performed by him back in November 2021 and the results exceeded my expectations! The recovery took less than a week, I was able to breathe the entire time and obviously since he performed a closed rhinoplasty, I have no scars. I have seen him a few times after the surgery (first week, 1 month and 3 months) and I also have an appointment scheduled in 1 year.

Every visit, he was very polite and respectful and he was patient to answer any questions I had. Also, I would like to mention he has an amazing assistant and overall team. I look forward to every visit. Thank you!

I'm no stranger to reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, so believe me when I say Dr. Harry Mittelman is a very talented facial plastic surgeon. Years ago, he performed reconstructive surgery after I suffered a blast injury which damaged my hand, face and neck. After multiple surgeries, my face and hand appeared as if I suffered no trauma at all.

My neck had a few scars but since then, Dr Mittelman developed an original technique for addressing aging neck issues ("the horizontal neck lift") which restored my neck to the way it looked in my late 30's. I'm 67 yrs of age and 25 days ago Dr. Mittelman performed this surgery on my neck (along with some other procedures to freshen my appearance) and I look and feel fabulous.

I went to many different providers before finding Dr. Mittelman a few years ago. Not only is Dr. Mittelman's care exemplary but his office staff is amazing too and very caring. They actually work with you to find times that work and always follow-up. For me, Dr. Mittelman provides botox and tear trough and he knows exactly what he is doing. He takes the time to understand my face and I always leave the office very happy and natural looking.

After looking at my before and after I also have sent many friends to Dr. Mittelman and they are all equally happy. He is the BEST! I trust him 110% and will never go anywhere else. He is also a very kind person who wants the best for his patients.

Dr. Mittelman is the best plastic surgeon there is, hands down. I speak from almost 30 years experience as his patient.he was originally recommended to me by my mother, who was a practicing physician in Palo Alto for many, many years - and she knew her stuff! He is the only one to see for unbelievable results!

I had blepharoplasty a year ago from another general plastic surgeon which was unsatisfactory even in the surgeon eye. I went through a whole year with uneven eyes, upper eyelid touching my eyelashes, huge fat deposit left on both eyes. When I was getting ready to have my re-do by the same surgeon, my gut was telling me that I would not by happy. I called Dr. Harry Mittleman office, got an appointment right away for my consultation and was lucky to schedule my re-do within a few days.

My eyes look amazing. I no longer have uneven eyes; my eyelids were not touch my eye lashes and all fat deposit were removed. I looked refresh. I was told by many that I look ten years younger. You felt the support and warmth from Dr. Mittleman and his staff. At every moment, I was the most important thing to them, and I felt it. It has been a little over three weeks from my surgery and I could not be happier. For me, the whole experience was magical.considering that I had the procedure done a year early by another plastic surgeon.

Dr. Mittelman did an amazing face and upper neck lift on my 75 yr old mom who had the "worst wrinkles" he's ever worked on. She hated looking at herself, but now she's proud to look in the mirror. The confidence she's gained outweighs the risks and pain. I was afraid the pain and healing would be much tougher than it actually was for a 75 year old. Also, it's amazing that as much work as he did she looks natural.

She still has enough wrinkles to look like she just aged normally. I would like to add that my mom has considered this procedure and spoke with many surgeons over the years. She chose Dr. M because she trusted him.

I went in for a consult and wasn't a candidate for the procedure I requested. I still had to pay the consult fee and was told I could only apply it towards one other specific procedure that I wasn't interested in. I've never seen an office do this before and I feel taken advantage of. Go somewhere else if you are concerned with losing your consultation fee.

Just got my first lip injections. All I can say was it was AMAZING and I'm happy as can be. Harry and his team made me feel so comfortable and safe. From the thorough consultation to the actual process. Not to mention the process was quick and as pain free as possible. I asked for natural and plump and that's exactly what i got. Happy to say I'm now a loyal patient to Harry. 10/10

I got my nose fillers and lip fillers done by Dr. Mittelman and I'm obsessed! Originally I had thought I needed rhinoplasty to correct my nose but Dr. Mittelman insisted all I needed was some fillers and he was right! In regards to my lips, he is an amazing doctor that knows how to give you exactly what you want! He's very careful with not overdoing it, or making you look unnatural. I highly recommend Dr. Mittelman. He has a great eye and great judgment. He does just enough to yield amazing effects. Nothing looks overdone. I had a "dent" in my brow and in my jaw. Both threw off the symmetry of my face. Dr. Mittelman applied just the right amount of filler to both areas, and the results are incredible. I'm very pleased and grateful. Dr. Mittelman gave me a mini facelift at age 53 w/ an eyelid lift and liposuction of the abdomen, changing my life. He gave me the time of my life. Now at age 67 I'm going back for more of his magic. Due to very serious health issues recently I've realized more than ever how short life can be. I want to make the most of what is left.

I have wanted a facelift for years, and I did my homework. I met with at least six cosmetic surgeons in the bay area, and met with Dr. Mittelman at least three different times during the last 10 years. I found his patients to have the most natural looking results, and ultimately chose him to do my surgery. It's important to consider that he specializes only in facial surgery--and not every cosmetic procedure that may be trending.

I am now six weeks post-op and I want to thank Dr. Mittelman and his Fellow, Dr. Kieliszak, for the beautiful result they achieved with the "canvas" that is my face! The artistic reference is fitting and the result is truly remarkable! I felt their warmth, concern, excitement and enthusiasm for my procedure and they made this adventure as easy as possible.

I must also comment on the kindness of Dr. Mittelman's staff. He has an awesome team of delightful, caring, efficient and professional women whom I have so appreciated throughout this experience. Because of Dr. M's advice, professionalism and pure talent, my 60's looks like a very fun place to be. My heartfelt thanks go to Dr. Mittelman (McDreamy), Dr. Kieliszak (McSteamy), and their professional staff (my nicknames for the doc's).

This is for just the consult fee only bs, $85, forces the patient to go ahead with services since money is applied to procedures, after you've spent money for the consult visit, then why would you not go ahead with the procedure no matter what you thought of the place or doctor, you spent the money already, it traps the patient into spending money. No compassion for the patient, just a $.

My first visit was July 2017. I am so glad that I left that foo-foo skin clinic and came here. They are not always upselling on injections here. They do the best Laser Genesis by far. I am old. almost 65 in 4 months. and I have been getting one treatment here and that is all I need! I don't need botox or fillers because the Laser Genesis rocks my world.

I was getting Laser Genesis at another place, and they did not have the setting as high as Dr. Trujillo and Dr. Mittelman. They give you all the laser you need here! The Laser Genesis I get here is better than what I got at other places. I highly recommend Dr. Mittelman's office for whatever you need. I will not leave this office. They are worth every hundred dollar bill I give them.

My face and neck are smooth and glowing because of Dr. Trujillo. He used the highest setting (which is what I paid for and didn't get at other places). Today I got a retinol cream. will write about that later. Please go see this office if you are considering any treatment for your skin. You will never need to go to another doctor or foo-foo skin clinic. The search is over for me.

Dr Mittelman, I have just recently noticed this response from you. I feel the need to respond even though it has been many years now. At the time of my surgery I was concerned about the scaring of my lids which I expressed to you and was actually brushed off by being told that it would get better in time. The years didn't make the scars any better!

Quite honestly I feel as though the scaring has made my lids look even more aged! Honestly to this day the worst eyelid surgery I have ever seen, and being a hair stylist I see a lot of them! Because of the outcome here I truly became afraid of any kind of cosmetic surgery. And as far as the scar revision on my check that was something that you suggested that I do, it wasn't something I brought to your attention.

It was a flop! If you aren't 100% sure you can make an improvement you shouldn't make the recommendation! With all due respect Dr. Mittelman it's easy to come on here and say you would be happy to take care of it, but be real! First of all who goes back to a Cosmetic surgeon that did a horrible job the first time?!And secondly if you truly stood behind your work and were concerned about your patient satisfaction you would have done a follow up the first time I mentioned it to you instead of giving me the brush off!

Also after seeing the review you might've reached out to me to offer my money back. we are talking about thousands of dollars here! Or at the very least see if there was any way to find resolve. We do similar work doctor we are both in the industry of making people look better. I can't imagine somebody telling me they were unhappy with something I did to their hair and me brushing them off with no follow up! It's called INTEGRITY!

I got rhinoplasty done by Dr. Trujillio and Harry Mittleman and I'm so happy with their work. I lived with a disfigured nose for a long time and met with many surgeons who came off like salesmen so I decided to wait until I felt comfortable with a surgeon who actually wanted to help me look my best. All the staff are very kind and welcoming. I was well taken care of at the surgery center right across the street.

At anytime if I were in the slightest discomfort they were right there to help. I highly recommend Harry Mittleman & Dr. Trujillo, they really are the greatest surgeons in the bay area!

Had to give review because I am thrilled with Dr Mittleman's work. I am 9 days post op and I couldn't be happier. Was so worried I wouldn't look natural, but it is exactly as I wished. Now my friends all want to go to him. No one can believe it! I chose him because a friend of a friend went to him and got great results. This is your man!

Dr Mittelman gave me botox for the first time.after a few days my forehead felt heavy and now I look angry all the time. I can't even put makeup on my eyes because of the wrinkles. Will never get it done here again.

I am very happy with the expertise and care I have received from Dr. Mittleman, Terry, and the office staff. After taking very good care of my skin, genetics caught up with me. Getting plastic surgery was something I wanted to do for myself for a very long time. It took me a long time to find a doctor that I liked; someone who did great work and was personable with his patients. When I finally found Dr. Mittelman, my hopes of this face I always dreamed of started to become a reality. I started feeling very anxious about my surgery date, but the whole team made me feel very at ease. Kim and Terry were extremely comforting and provided me with advice and some ideas of what to expect after my surgery.

The whole team was so accommodating for me, they even came in on a Saturday to treat me for a post op appointment. I drove from Dublin to Los Altos to see Dr. Mittelman, and it was 100% worth it. I couldn't be happier with my post op results.

I found Dr Mittelman through the recommendation of a friend and I can see why. The office staff is amazing. Kim always treats me like a friend when I walk in the door, and knowing I have to keep an eye on my finances she helps me manage my Aspire and Galderma points for savings! Terry is THE nicest, I am a nervous patient but she always explains things in detail and has a fantastic bed side manner. Dr Mittelman is the brains of this outfit, he doesn't mince words but at the end of the day he will always advise you wisely and honestly. I'm a loyal patient and I'd recommend.

I had my upper eyelids done by Dr. Mittelman. I was expecting improvement, but I think the results are fabulous. Dr. Mittelman and I talked a lot about what I was hoping to get out of the surgery and what he thought was possible. I had some wrinkles and heavy "hooding" that made me look tired. And I think we were perfectly aligned -- healthy improvement without making me look unnatural.

I had talked to other plastic surgeons in the area, and I chose Dr. Mittelman because of our conversations. The procedure was easy and fairly painless. Dr. Mittelman and his staff were professional and personable -- supportive, reassuring, patient and just really pleasant. Recovery was surprisingly fast. After about 14 days, most of the bruising was gone.

And the scars are minimal -- two very, very faint and fine lines that disappear entirely with my normal makeup routine. I had a really great experience with Dr. Mittelman. And now I can't imagine going to any other plastic surgeon for anything -- not even Botox! In a few years, I'll be in need of lower eyelid work. I'll be going to Dr. Mittelman for that as well.

Today I had an earlobe repair procedure by Dr. Mittelman. I was very nervous and truly appreciated the care Dr. Mittelman took to explain the before, during and after aspects of the procedure, which helped to put me at ease. Dr. Mittelman is a very accessible, highly skilled surgeon. He is also a mentor to post doctoral fellows, which demonstrates his deep commitment to his field and his practice. Terry (Dr. M's nurse) is fantastic, and she talked to me during my procedure today, which was an enormous comfort to me.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Mittelman to anyone who has a plastic surgical need. He and his professional team--from the front desk to those who assist during procedures and everyone else who works there, all provide exceptional, compassionate care to their patients, and make you feel like you personally are their highest concern and priority.

Do not go here. You have been warned. I had a procedure done and it was horrible. He only wants your money. Go elsewhere and good luck. You will thank me
