Services
The North Florida Center for Otolaryngology's philosophy is to provide our patients with high-quality, cost-effective health care. Our physicians are highly trained, board certified otolaryngologists with expertise in nasal and sinus disorders, voice disorders, snoring, sleep apnea, hearing and facial plastic surgery.
Hearing amplification is a way for many people to significantly improve their lives. When people have certain types of hearing loss, getting a hearing aid is a valid option for helping them to stay socially involved. Our practice is different from an audiology practice designed to sell hearing aids.

The woman who works up at the front desk is absolutely rude. I had come in to make an appointment and she immediately dismisses me and told me it wasn't her job and she would get somebody else to do it for her. she made a few snide remarks under her breath and immediately went and talk to her coworker with the blonde hair that was upfront with her. when I came back up and asked if anybody was coming out to make the appointment with me she explained to me again that it was no longer her job and that she would have somebody call me to make the appointment.
I don't understand why she couldn't of done it. She spent 20 minutes talking to her coworker instead of helping me. I sat in the waiting room for about 20 minutes before I got up and left. I'm hoping the manager will see this and advised the older women that are greeting patients that it's not polite to sit and make comments and to chat while you make someone wait over 20minutes.

Doctor Miller did my ceptoplasty and turbinate reduction surgeries (straighten deviated septum and shrink glands that swell from allergies) so I could breath. I didn't even realize I was supposed to be able to breath or smell or feel air in my head like this, didn't know what I was missing The Doc even personally text me on occasion and if I bugged him with concerns or needed more meds he or his secretary got with me litterally within 30 minutes even at 6 in the evening.
I looked through there reviews and all the negative ones are about the other docs and or there secretaries. Likewise the positive ones are about Doctor Miller who my nurse friend at Flagler Hospital Richard Hanel also recomended. The VA paid for me as well. I can't comment on the other docs in the facility or pricing because I didn't deal with either but Doc Miller and his secretary Jennifer were prefessionalsm, curtisy and efficiency incarnit.
On a side note, all the other patients there Everytime I went were 70 and up on average and there was a full waiting room each time (the limited reviews would make you think it's small or just starting buisne) i imagine most of there clients don't know how to or would right a Google review. Just a rare young client like me or disgruntled patient's.
