I can't say enough great things about Dr. Bates and his staff at PVPS. From the moment I made the call for a consult to my 3 week post op (how far along I am now) the entire team and process has been caring, seamless and informative. I have felt very well taken care of. As a former plastics nurse, I have a depth of knowledge and experience and I highly recommend Dr. Bates and PVPS!

I traveled from NYC for a breast augmentation with Dr. Sternberg just about 2 months ago and they look just like the reference photo I provided. Dr. Sternberg and his nurse Lisa are the best! Totally worth the trip- I tell everyone to see him!

I loved Dr. Hickman! Very down to earth, easy to talk to, and after listening to what you were there for, gave you all the information and her opinion on what needed to be done. She didn't run out of the room, she actually sat and chatted with me. This really helps a person to relax. I am going to have my procedure in two weeks and feel very comfortable and reassured that I am in good and very capable hands. Thank you Dr. Hickman!

Dr. Hickman is amazing! This was my 2nd time seeing her for a breast consult (she did my initial surgery 12 years ago). She always provides genuine guidance and advice during consultations to ensure the best for the client, even if it's not to have a procedure done at that time. I love how honest and caring she is - the entire team at PVPS is incredible. I can't say enough.

I'd like to share my experience with scheduling and my consultation with Dr Sternberg in hopes this doesn't happen to someone else. I called to schedule a consultation for a medically necessary procedure which my insurance would cover. I explained that when calling and my appointment was scheduled 5 weeks out with Dr Sternberg. At the same time I was asked to provide my medical testing and insurance referral which I did.

When I was finally able to see Dr. Sternberg for my consultation 5 weeks later he walked in and said it was a mistake for me to be scheduled with him as he does not accept medical insurance for the procedure I was needing. He then proceeded to lecture me about how neither he or any physician would do that procedure at PVPS because they would not be compensated enough to be worth their time and they would be "losing money".

During that time, I also informed him I was looking for the procedure to be done under local anesthesia in office as I have a fear of being put to sleep. He then continued to probe and made me explain all the emergency surgeries I've had and my PTSD as a result. He made it clear he didn't like my explanation and my fear wasn't justified. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I ended up running out of the office.

I later called to make sure my referral wouldn't be used so I could use it somewhere else and spoke to a kind person named Megan. She seemed apologetic and sympathetic and told me that Dr Sternberg is the only physician there that doesn't accept insurance for that procedure and she didn't know why I was scheduled with him. She offered me a free facial but I declined because my experience was so bad and I would never want to go back there.

My only request was that someone inform Dr Sternberg of the incorrect information he gave me. I'm sure he does great work but he clearly doesn't really care about his patients. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

A beautiful facility! So comfortable and inviting where everyone was professional and friendly. Unlike many doctors' offices, there was hardly any wait time. I appreciated that they considered my time as valuable as theirs. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is kind and generous. Every person I talked to was helpful and made me feel at home. I had a great consult and the doctor made time to answer all my questions completely. I really felt good when I left and when I got to my car I thought "I love good people." I feel very good about my surgery decision and I'm glad that I'm having it done here.

I was very impressed with my visit here. Everyone was so welcoming and made me feel at ease. Dr. Sternberg and Liz answered all of my questions and I was very comfortable with his suggestions. Sophia was helpful too. Definitely glad I came here.

The Dr. I saw was great. He explained everything in great detail. The only thing that may have set me back was the price a little. I had a max limit I was willing to spend on the one procedure that went over my budget but 4k. So I have to give my decision more thought. But as far as the staff and Dr. they were great, friendly and explained everything in great detail.

Wow I really can't say enough about the professionalism of this facility. I had pretty major work done FDL tummy tuck from losing 271 lbs. I did have a bleeding complication and they were right in top of it the whole staff there made me feel welcome and well taken care of. All the check up calls on Thanksgiving and check ins from the Surgeon we're amazing. Again I strongly recommend Dr. Rumsey. So happy.

My consult with Dr Rumsey was informative and helpful in making my decisions for surgery. He was delightful and made sure I understood the benefits that would benefit my personal goals.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Great location. Beautiful facility. All the ladies are so sweet and helpful! Glad I stumbled across this place.

My first surgery was a breast augmentation but this second surgery was an implant exchange with lift. After 3 kids and weight fluctuation my girls weren't perky and happy as they once were, they were sad, huge and saggy. I was a 34F and post surgery I am now 34DD. Dr. Bates and his team are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I met Dr. Bates he made me feel comfortable and confident he could give me exactly what I was looking for and he did!

I didn't even know the size of the implants I was getting but through their knowledge and technology Dr. Bates gave me the perfect size and was able to give me the look I desired. I feel great and I'm so very excited with the results. My procedure was done in the PVPS clinic, the staff was very accommodating and I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Do not hesitate to visit Dr. Bates and his PVPS team, he takes so much pride in his work and will take care of you even after your surgery to ensure everything is where it's supposed to be. You will not be disappointed. Best decision ever!

Loved the staff and Doctor. I only gave it 4 starts because the price of my surgery was significantly more then what the website stated as the high side. Prices vary depending on Dr etc. I still opted to pay more for a Dr that I felt comfortable with.

Prompt, courteous and professional. A well run office with a dedicated medical staff.

I received services from Dr. Bates. He performed a breast reduction with nipple graft. My expectations were exceeded from my very first phone call. The entire experience from beginning to end was beyond exceptional. The entire staff is awesome, you won't be disappointed. They will make you feel as if you're their only patient. Special shout out to Lynette and Beth! Dr. B, I truly appreciate you for making me feel and look better overall.

I was a little nervous about having my consultation because I am 61 and a lover of outdoors, so I expected to get fussed at just a little but instead, I was told you have great skin. I was recommended a few minor corrections to help me as I age that is completely affordable. The entire experience was perfect Ashley is so awesome. I am so excited for my next visit.
