Wade Laser Clinic

I was just called by Wade Family to make an appointment. They called me. They them placed me on hold and transferred me to another patient. A patient. This woman and I were equally confused I trying to set an appointment and she trying to make a payment. This is the worst office I've ever been to, the front staff is horrible and rude. They over prescribed my prescription one time till I had enough to kill myself with. The worst doctors office in the world.

I have had so many problems here and with multiple doctor. My first doctor here was very nice but kept our appointments extremely short and didn't try very hard to help me with my condition, she then left without notifying her patients. When I called to make another appointment, the receptionist who answered my call was very rude (I will say most of the receptionists I met when I went to the office were very nice).

I made an appointment to visit another doctor here and met with a great nurse practitioner but she's not able to be a primary provider. I then found out the office was trying to get the doctor that this nurse practitioner worked for (whom I had never met with) as my primary provider, my insurance called me and explained the situation and told me they also weren't getting through to the office.

After trying to get it all sorted out I still tried to make it work and got the doctor to order a test for me, I made my appointment and then got a call from my cardiologist saying they had gotten the wrong authorization from the doctor and had been trying to call the office to figure it out. They haven't been able to get ahold of the doctor. I've also had family friends who've worked here and quit because of the "incompetence" around the office.

I absolutely love this clinic. I've seen most of the doctors here and they're always amazing. I've only had an issue with doctor Freestone.i got the nexplanon bar implant and he put it in the wrong place. Other than that I've had an amazing experience here

Dr Freestone has been my primary care dr for 11 years now. I have followed him in 2 moves he made. He takes time to answer questions and goes out of his way to make sure you are well taken care of. I would never go to any one else, he's amazing.

I had a great visit, and the doctor prescribed me medications that really helped, but when it came time to refill the prescriptions, no one would answer my calls or listen to the messages I left. I called daily and waited for 2 weeks to get the prescriptions refilled (one was for birth control), and finally gave up and went to someone else. So frustrating!

Great Doctors if you can get passed the grumpy receptionists. There are a couple of older women at the front desks that should really learn how to treat their patients. Extremely rude! Makes your experience unpleasant.

I went in with some heavy concerns about my health. Madison Finch, the PA, was the one I was seen by. She was wonderful. Non-judgemental, didn't make me feel like she was in a rush to move on to the next patient, and spent about an hour with me just talking about my concerns. She also let me keep my appt even though I was 30 minutes late. She was thorough and understanding.

One of the best visits I've ever had in a medical setting. She definitely chose the right field to be in. The receptionists and nurse were great too. Oh! The phlebotomist who drew my blood was absolutely incredible too, I didn't even feel it when he poked me. I couldn't have asked for better from any of them. I highly recommend this office.

I adore Dr. Hanna and will miss her! This review is about her PA. I could die, go to the Celestial Kingdom, and receive my own planet in the time it takes him to respond to a voicemail. He dropped the ball on getting an urgent referral faxed and I although I've made numerous attempts to call, I'm left with nothing but frustration. I will not be returning to Wade Family Medicine once this fiasco is sorted out. Peace out!

Every time I have seen either Dr. Ralph Wade or Sandra Waite I have been treated with concern, respect, and ample time to REALLY explain my issues. Shout out to Sandra for putting me on L-Methylfolate! I have done plenty of research since she put me on it and am glad she put me on it! Sandra is so kind patient, and KNOWLEDGEABLE!

I've been to Wade family medicine a couple times and scheduled with Lindsay Martinez. She's the first doctor I've seen in the 10+ years I've been having urine pain that actually gave me relief! She really cared about me as a person and was so personable and professional! She was so amazing I even had my boyfriend go see her to deal with his depression and medication. She had helped him feel better and I will be forever thankful!
