The green, natural surroundings make the practice ideal for patients wanting a peaceful, calming location to undergo treatment. Dr. Brian Maloney graduated from Kent State University in Ohio where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1982. At the age of 23, he completed medical school at Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine and received his Doctor of Medicine in 1986. From 1986 to 1987, Dr. Maloney completed an intense graduate internship in surgery at SUNY Health Sciences Center in Syracuse, New York. Following his internship, he completed his residency training in Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery from 1987 to 1991.

Dr Maloney is the best facial plastic surgeon that I could find, He did my rhinoplasty about a year ago, the results are amazing. A year later, him and his team still follow up with me for any questions or concerns I have. I have never left a review for a doctor before, but the way he and his team helped me feel comfortable through out the whole process and with the amazing end results I got, it is the least I could do.

I have seen Dr. Maloney for a couple of years now for my under-eye issues. He is simply wonderful. He listens to your concerns and provide reasonable solutions and options. He is very attentive and cautious to not over do. I really appreciate his patience and desire to get it right, even if it takes multiple visits. He will not push you into treatments you are not ready for. He has wonderful bedside manners and the staff is very warm and welcoming as well. Couldn't recommend this practice enough! I am so happy with my results!

I have been to several highly rated injectors in Atlanta and everyone has managed to drop my eyebrow when I have asked for a Botox brow lift! Dr. Maloney is now the only person I trust to do my Botox. Not only does he have a calm and relaxing bedside manner, but his work and products are top notch. I have also noticed that I don't need Botox as often when he is the injector. I would highly recommend you visit the Maloney Center

Dr. Maloney is extremely knowledgeable about various options regarding facial fillers, and the pros and cons associated with each one. He takes the time to make sure his clients have all their questions answered before the procedure. Additionally he is each to contact in the event of any follow-up questions. Finally, his staff members are exceptionally professional - helpful, organized, and polite.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Maloney and his staff- Lindsey, Avery, Megan and Elissa (all of whom remember my name when I go to the office). Dr. Maloney is an incredibly compassionate physician. I felt like he really listened to me and did his utmost to help me. He frequently has students with him, which showcases his passion for his profession in his desire to volunteer his time in order to pass on his experience. I shared many emails with Lindsey as I was navigating my journey and she really went above and beyond to provide a safe and supportive space. I absolutely love this team!

The most experienced, kind and amazing doctor! His work is truly magical. I have been going Dr. Maloney for years now and at this point I don't have to even tell him what I want anymore. The entire staff is friendly, caring, thorough and professional. The practice is run very efficiently with little to no wait time and I appreciate that very much. Dr. Maloney is a great surgeon and a genuinely caring person. His commitment to natural looking results is what is most appealing to me as a patient. I know that I will still look like myself, just an improved, refreshed version and if that's your goal, Dr. Maloney Center for Facial Plastic Surgery is an excellent choice.
