I just had fillers and chin coolsculpting and so far have had an amazing experience. I think the whole team are great. Very professional, very welcoming and lots of experience in there. I give them thumbs up! I am Getting ready a little surgery on my lips, will keep you posted, but so far, I am more than pleased with everything. I would choose this team over any other in the Atlanta area. I love them!

I met with Dr Kavali for a consultation this morning. WOW, what a great experience right from walking in the door to leaving out. She is so lovely, very easy to talk with and her staff are amazing too. Everything was explained to me in detail, I felt so so comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I've always had a wonderful experiences with Dr. Kavali and her staff. They are so welcoming, and very professional. I have referred several friends and family members to Dr Kavili because I trust her expertise and she takes time to listen to her patients and give desired results.

Dr. Kavali and her complete team are rockstars! They are so professional, informative, prompt, and kind. They really make you feel welcome and comfortable while looking your best!

Dr. Kavali and her staff are incredible! I felt like my concerns were met with with a conservative approach which is definitely my personality. And then a game plan for the treatments and services. I believe you can't go wrong with anyone you see in the office as the are incredible from the front to behind closed doors. Excited to go back! And I should add I drive 3hrs just to have services with them because I believe they are that excellent!

Dr. Kavali Rocks! 12 Nov 2019 Customer service and personal attention are an obvious attribute of Dr. Kavali's office. Jackie is a complete doll and provided me all the answers I needed prior to my consultation. I came to Dr. Kavali after visiting 8 (yes 8!) other Plastic Surgeons. I had a previous operation earlier in the year that left me with a staph infection and a "botched" outcome.

I made a promise to myself that I WOULD NOT settle while in search for a new PS. I was excited to consult with my first female PS. Dr. Kavali, not only listened to my past experience and what I wanted to achieve but, she actually "heard" me. I appreciated Dr. Kavali's compassion, sincerity, and confidence. I knew I was in the right place when my husband nudged me halfway through the appointment (when Dr. K had her back turned) and said schedule the appointment :)! So.

I scheduled surgery and then all the "what if's" came flooding back bc of my past experience. That's when sweet, sweet Stephanie came aboard. Stephanie did my pre-op and would also be in the OR for my surgery. Stephanie was/is amazing, she answered and explained everything (until I completely understood and was comfortable). Dr. Kavali, not only delivered on what she said she would do - she did for me what all 8 other PS said could not be done! I will forever be thankful that Dr. Kavali was able to close the chapter in my life so that I may get back to living! Forever Thankful, S

The staff is very sweet and professional. This was my second time coming here for lip fillers. I was a little nervous since the first time I went to Dr. Kavali to get them done and unfortunately couldn't get in with her. The front desk suggested Ashley and I'm so glad they did. She did a wonderful job. She was professional and did a great consultation before the procedure. I'm so happy with the results! Will absolutely see her again. Thanks!

I initially came to Kavali Plastic Surgery to get a Botox mishap corrected, and was fortunate to meet Stephanie, who did the correction. I am a perfectionist - this is our face and body we are talking about - and Stephanie is as much a perfectionist as I am. She is highly qualified and since the Botox correction, she she has been my go to person for numerous types of fillers and consults about other things I'm interested in, and I've been nothing but satisfied with all results.

Everyone in this office is a pro at what they do. This is an extremely busy office and they do everything they can to get you in for an appointment as soon as possible. Katherine is professional and personable and if she says she will call you back, she will. I feel like Jackie is my best friend. She is the person who signs you out and will give you every discount and reward points available.

She misses nothing and when you see her, you will want to do what she does. Seriously, for your face and body needs and desires, you cannot go wrong with these ladies. They are all exceptional and I hope each and every one of them sticks around because I will be a repeat customer for a long time.

I've seen Dr. Kavali for multiple procedures and have always been more than happy with the results. She's a stellar injector, always enhancing without going too far. Her front desk staff is also top notch by always helping me with every question. I truly trust Dr. K and recommend seeing her!

I said it before, and I'll say it again; I love my lips! Since my first appointment in 2019, I've been back several times for various plans. Each visit is as exquisite as the last. Now, that may sound far-fetched, but I'm speaking my truth. My "pick-me-up, " mood booster, or self-care is a visit to Dr. Kavali's office. I continue to see Stephanie.

She is darling, professional, and I trust her. It is because of her care and expertise that I feel my best self. I adore her! You aren't a client at Dr. Kavali's, but a part of the family. Customer service is top-notch! The staff remembers and welcomes you. They're knowledgeable in what they do and all they offer. Jackie, their client service specialist and the face behind their social media, has been excellent!

She is prompt in responding to my numerous questions and needs. She also checks in after my visits. I love communicating with her. It's a bonus when Jackie reminds me of the savings and great offers available. There are many opportunities in that area and I'm grateful for the friendly reminder. (Do you know of any place that provides that kind of service?!) I hadn't had anything negative to report.

I choose to travel more than two hours to their office rather than going somewhere local. That should speak loudly. I've been recommending Dr. Kavali's office for a couple years. I can't see myself going anywhere else and I want my friends and family to get the best as well. And that best title goes to Dr. Kavali's practice. Thank YOU!

I started going to Kavali almost three years ago when I first moved to Atlanta. Kavali's staff immediately welcomed me in as a client and have always been so professional, friendly and trusting. Over the last three years I have gone to Kavali for botox and lip injections. I've never had a bad experience with my results, and would recommend Kavali to anyone!

I haven't given a review for sometime due to not wanting to publicly announce the fact that I've had surgery, but like another review on here my surgery has left me self conscious and feeling like it wasn't worth it. My surgery was a revision from a previous surgery years prior. I fell for the commercials Kavali used to have on the radio and thought I would be seeing one of the best and also felt safer to have my breast revision done by a woman.

My results aren't what I expected. For starters I have scoliosis which causes one side of my chest to sit out further than the other making one breast appear larger. It seems pretty straightforward that a slightly smaller size should have been used on that side. Secondly I am left with horrible scars. My previous incisions by the 1st doctor were thin and flat like you could draw with a pen and were circular and didn't make my areola too large.

I expected to have similar scarring from this surgery but am left with very thick keloid type scars that aren't even very circular and are hard to hide in certain clothing like a bathing suit. I have to have padding in order for the outline not show through. You can see my previous scar and the new scar on the outside. I had to have a lift due to going smaller and the vertical incision is also thick and nowhere resembling a straight line.

A friend whose opinion i asked for stated it was hard to believe my incision scars were made by a plastic surgeon. This is all fresh in my memories due to I am now having new concerns with my results and my implant may possibly be folded? I did not go back to the office because I felt after surgery her demeanor to be cold and I have no interest in my body being cut again.

I think it's rare that women are unhappy with augmentation but in my case I wish I had never done it in the first place. The PA's and front office were friendly and helpful through my process but ultimately that doesn't make up for my results from the surgeon. I wish I had done more research and asked more people where to go. I hope the people reading this will do that.

Dr. Kavali's office is the best! As a doctor, she (and her staff) is so knowledgeable and on top of the latest in procedures to achieve whatever surgical or non-surgical results anyone could be looking for. I have used them for injectables or Coolsculpting for the last 2 years. I am very careful to not overdo it so that I still look young and fresh and like myself and Dr. Kavali, Stephanie, and Rachel have done a great job.

I have also done Kybella to help with double chin fat or genetic short chin and coolsculpting on problem areas and I love my results! The staff is all very friendly and I always end up talking to them about different skin care products or procedures to help with anti-aging. Love this medical practice and always enjoy my visits with them!

I love Dr. Kavali and her staff! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Kavali is an expert at injections -- keeps it nice and natural without being overdone. My skin is much improved from the peels and microneedling I have received from Justine. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. K and her office staff are absolutely wonderful! I've been a patient for almost a year now and visit about every three months or so. Every time I come into the office, I'm immediately greeted by the staff, and I've never had to wait long for my appointment. I've had the pleasure of meeting both Stephanie and Dr. K for Botox, filler, and skincare.

They are both very knowledgeable and friendly and always address my concerns. Dr. K does the best Botox in Atlanta! If you haven't visited her office, you're missing out! Thank you, Dr. K!

I had gotten juvederm and Botox from from this place and everyone just seems so uptight and rude. I truly believe there Botox is filled with mostly water. I Saw no results. I spend over $600 and I'm just truly disappointed. I wished my results were better. My mother went as well for the same thing and she definitely didn't have results! We paid more here and for more Botox and they kept saying one syringe won't let u see a lot of difference that we need to buy more. That's a lie. Don't go here.

We used to go to one and this doctor only used one syringe and only 20 units of Botox and our faces were amazing! He new what he was doing, sadly he moved to LA. AVOID THIS PLACE BEWARE!

I have a habit of constantly frowning, as I review items on my PC, and it leads to frown lines. Dr. Kavalli was recommended by a friend for Botox and I couldn't be happier. I look so natural and not rigid or plastic- no pun intended-and I am so happy that I found her. She expertly assessed what I needed through consultation and review. The only thing that gave me pause is that I can tell she is a doctor that knows she is an expert in her field so not sure how much of my own opinion she will consider on things.we will see.

I purchased 3 microneedling with PRP sessions, and I have had the first two done at Kavali already. The staff members are wonderful. They accommodated my schedule, answered all of my questions, and were very friendly and warm all around. Tina did a fabulous job performing the microneedling. She pays careful attention to detail and shares her knowledge of skin care products and additional procedures that I am interested in. I give this facility 5 stars all around!

I had a couple of procedures done here and after thousands of dollars later you can barely tell anything was done. I had liposuction of my abdomen done two years ago and had to go back for a redo because Dr Kavali missed an entire area around the middle of my stomach and even after a second procedure there is still a ball of fat there. Unacceptable.

She also performed lipo of my inner thighs and it is so uneven I'm embarrassed to wear a bathing suit. I've consulted with another plastic surgeon who agrees this is unacceptable and suggested I write this review. He also suggested I ask for my money back which I plan to do.

After extensively researching places in Atlanta for lip fillers, I decided to make an appointment with Kavali Plastic Surgery after reading other positive reviews and seeing Dr Kavali on the list of Certified Expert injectors in the Atlanta area. Making an appointment was quick and easy, and Sunny was very helpful in confirming my appointment and making sure I had all the necessary paperwork completed prior to my appointment.

My fillers were performed by Marissa, one of Dr. Kavali's PA's who is also an expert injector. The procedure was quick and easy (and this is coming from someone who hates needles!). They applied numbing cream prior to the fillers, so I literally couldn't feel a thing and was comforted by Marissa explaining what she was doing. Overall, I was VERY impressed with the office, service, and especially Marissa for giving me my dream lips! Will definitely be back again.

I went to see dr. Kavali for the first time. Her office is very nice, clean, everybody is friendly. She seemed to be kind and knowledgeable, she explained everything to me. I thought i would be satisfied, but it wasn't like that. I m pissed because I payed a lot of money for the treatment(750$) and its effect lasted maybe three weeks and was not even a day strong enough everywhere, how it should be.

I had this treatment done before in Europe, the result there lasted over 5 months. and half of the price.do not waste your money here! She is diluting her stuff! As far as i m concerned, this was my first and last visit in this office.ripp off!

I want to wait and see the final outcome of my surgery and then update my experience. I had breast reduction surgery and I am not to happy with Dr. Kavali's bedside manner. I went to her on a referral and she was warm and welcoming for all two of my consultations. So I choose her over two other top rated African American surgeons in Atlanta. However, on my surgery day she seem to have left her bedside manners at her office and since the surgery her bedside manner has been a complete put off for me. Her tone with me is abrasive and I feel rushed. Luckily for me, a member on her team, Layne has been very helpful. I deal her directly and avoid Kavali.

I had never had any sort of cosmetic procedure done before but at 28, my forehead lines were worse than most people's and bothering me on a daily basis, especially if I saw a picture of myself. One of my friends had gotten both Botox and Dysport from Lane at Dr. Kavali's and she looked amazing, so I decided I would try it as well as I had seen the results firsthand. Lane was patient and kind and we ended up deciding on Dysport for my problem areas.

It was so quick, painless, and well priced, I was convinced that I was not going to see any results and would most definitely have to go back for more. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. I feel as though Lane gave me back 10 years of my life. I look so much younger. I went out for a friends birthday 3 days after the injections and everyone could not stop commenting on "how pretty my face looked." But no one could put their finger on what it was!

I feel so much younger and so much more beautiful, my only regret is not doing it sooner. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I also received a follow up call from Lane the next week asking how everything was and if I was happy, which I thought was such a nice touch and so wonderful of them. I will be going back here forever.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kavali's for several years. I would not trust my skin care or surgery needs to anyone else. Her staff is knowledgeable and responsive. I have always gotten amazing results. I have referred many friends who have experienced the same results as I have.

Great experience at Dr. Kavali's office! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products I inquired about as well as the services they offer. I had my first experience with Botox and not only was it painless, but the results are wonderful. I've already made my next appointment for microdermabrasion! If you're looking for a great place to begin a skin care regimen, this is it!
