You couldn't be in better hands than Grossman Capraro! The surgeons, nurses, and staff are top notch. I recently required implant replacement from a bilateral mastectomy 10 years ago. Dr. Capraro did the initial mastectomy reconstruction, and he and many members of the original staff were there for me again. The care has been excellent; the results superlative.

The new office in DTC is quite handy for me, so all of my visits have been at that location. The staff is professional and personable. Questions are fielded with competency and efficiency. The nurses either answer or call back immediately, and go the extra mile making sure the details are handled to perfection. I am grateful beyond measure for the wonderful people and service at Grossman Capraro and recommend them with my highest regard.

Dr. Baker at Grossman Capraro is an absolute GEM. I was very unexpectedly diagnosed with breast cancer and had just a couple weeks to interview surgeons before my bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction surgery. I had met with a couple other surgeons, one of whom told me she couldn't save all of my skin, and I was really feeling apprehensive and depressed about the whole situation.

When Dr. Baker told me he had a proprietary technique that could save everything AND give me a little lift in the process, I thought it was too good to be true! Not only did he save ALL of my skin, he also recommended and got me a last min appt with the BEST breast surgeon who I also love. On top of that, he's kind, patient, and down to earth to boot.

He listened to all of my concerns and answered my many questions. He not only saved my skin, he saved my outlook on the entire situation. And my results are looking fabulous! Nobody wants to find out they have cancer, but thanks to Dr. Baker I have the best possible outcome; I am so very grateful for him. The nurses in the office were also wonderful for my expander fills and other follow up appointments.

As some reviewers have noted, insurance doesn't always cover the surgical assistant. The office warns you about this ahead of time, so you know there may be an additional cost. You can also appeal through insurance - Dr. Baker was kind enough to provide a letter of necessity for my insurance company, along with the required surgical notes. I highly recommend Grossman Capraro and especially Dr. Baker. If I ever need another surgery I will definitely return.

I have to say, my life is changed after my breast reduction. They all were so kind through the whole process from consultation to recovery. My confidence is better, my body feels lighter. Dr. Cunningham listens and makes sure you get the outcome you are looking for.

I had a great experience. I had a limited timeline to get the procedure done and Dr. Capraro was able to perform my reduction within 2 months. The staff is extremely communicative and attentive and walked me through every single step of both risks and insurance. The surgery went smoothly and the nurses were available to call any time I had any concerns and always called me back pretty quickly. From the first phone call to the post op visits, both Dr. Capraro and his staff were exceptional. I am so happy I made the decision to see him. He is patient, kind hearted and an experienced surgeon. His staff were all very patient with me and my sometimes daily questions. I traveled from AZ to CO. to see him and I couldn't be happier.

Dr Matthew Baker is an incredible artist. He did reconstruction following breast cancer and mastectomy and I cannot say anything negative about my experience with him as my plastic surgeon. I have heard many, many recommendations for him from other doctors as well.

Dr. Baker did a revision for me on a surgery I got less than a year ago. I was unhappy with my previous surgery and was very apprehensive to try it again. I found Dr. Baker and knew immediately if anyone could fix it he could. You could tell he was "ready to go" the day of surgery, and his confidence was extra reassuring. Dr. Baker did an incredible job and the results are better than I could have hoped for. He is a professional who I would trust again. His staff were kind, easy to talk to, and empathetic.

I have to say I was in complete shock when i first met the doctor so i didn't really remember the first visit. Second visit was amazing. Thorough, personable, informative and i felt comfortable right away. Then the entire process was seamless. Kendra was amazing with all my visits with her and Dr. Cunningham is an amazing surgeon as far as her work goes and just the type of person she is.

Down to earth, smart, caring and takes the time to explain whatever you need to know. I am very grateful for her team work with my general surgeon Dr. Griffith, who also is an incredibly talented and amazing surgeon and human being. Would recommend them both in a heart beat.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I shouldn't have been impressed by the celebrity pics, and should have asked more questions, and that's on me. Everything went smoothly before my surgery, perhaps because I paid upfront and I didn't ask too many questions and just wanted to get it done and over with, but it was terribly disheartening the way that I was treated once I had questions a few months after surgery.

I wasn't even able to finish my sentence when Dr. Grossman scurried out of the room and refused to address my concerns with regard to collapse of my nostril after he removed too much cartilage. From my understanding, there's no way to know this has happened until after you've healed. My issue is not necessarily with the outcome of the surgery, but more so with how it was handled.

Before my surgery, my calls were always returned promptly by the office staff. After, not so much. After many attempts to express my concerns on the outcome of the surgery, I was given the opportunity to meet with Dr. Capraro, as I was not comfortable returning to Dr. Grossman. During this visit, Dr. Capraro acknowledged the collapse, and indicated that a revision surgery would be the best course of action, and quickly referred me back to Dr. Grossman. If you are looking for integrity, knowledge, experience, skill and compassion in a cosmetic surgeon, keep on looking because you won't find one here! BUYER BEWARE!

I had the best experience with Dr. Capraro before, during, and after surgery. Prior to having my procedure, himself and his staff made me feel so comfortable, informed, and relaxed. There was absolutely no pressure and they helped me in every step of the process. The procedure itself went more smooth than I could have ever imagined. Leading up to it, they made sure I was feeling good and knew exactly what to expect.

After the procedure, they regularly checked in on me and were genuinely interested in my recovery process. I experienced no complications and I think this is due to the fantastic work by Dr. Capraro and the fantastic care of his team. I would recommend to anyone and everyone to visit Dr. Capraro. One consultation is all it takes to know that he is the best. I promise you will not regret it!
