Dr. Fante and his team are all very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, pleasant and very helpful. I most definitely recommend the Fante Eye & Face Centre if you expect top quality experts for your surgery with a natural look as a result. On my follow up appointment I asked Dr. Fante about a growth below my eye. As he was busy he kindly as Dr. Echalier to take a look and remove it if she had time.

She kindly fitted me in between patients and I had it removed within 15 mins rather than having to return as I live quite a distance away. She also did amazing job. This is a top quality practice in every way.

Dr. Fante has excellent patient communication and takes time to listen and explain your procedure. I am thrilled with my results.

This was my first appointment at the centre. The receptionist was great, helped with a few forms, and made me feel welcome. After a brief wait a nurse took me back and did a couple of vision tests. She was very attentive, informative and professional. Dr. Echalier was terrific. Explained my situation and completely answered all my questions. Can't find even a small complaint plus I got a cup of coffee for the road!

I give this office and staff 5 stars but if I could it would be 10 stars! Everything about my visit was great. From the moment I walked in to when I left the office. All the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Lacey Echalier and Bob were the greatest! Thank you.

It is probably too early to be writing a review, however, my experience thus far has been great. So much so that I feel compelled to go ahead. Doctor Fante is clearly knowledgable and skilled. I chose him because of his expertise with the eyes. The morning of my surgery, I was nervous. He was kind and comforting before the procedure. Harvard Park Surgery Center was an excellent facility. My recovery has been almost to the letter of what they described. I am two weeks out and very pleased so far. I would highly recommend Dr. Fante and his team.

Everyone in the office us great. Having surgeries that had gone wrong in the past made me freaked out about having surgery again. This team is kind and gentle. I love my new eyes. Thank you all for a great job well done.

Dr Fante is one of the nicest doctors i have had the pleasure to work with. He did a a great job on my complicated eye surgery. His staff is great. I have been so pleased.

Parking lot attendant is an imperious jerk. The parking lot sign says 20 minutes, so when I've only been there for less than 3 minutes, I don't need you coming over and telling me that I should consider parking in the garage. I'M NOT STUPID. If I had been approaching the 20 minute limit, I could understand. But under 3 minutes? Edit: I have changed my review from one star to 4 because because of the immediate response by management to address the situation.

Dr Fante and all of his staff were very welcoming, comforting and professional. He walked me through all my options and possible outcomes. When it comes to your eyes and face, I only wanted the best. I have been a nurse for 15 years and I am pretty critical of my drs. With Dr Fante and his staff, I feel like I got the best.

An awesome experience. All of the staff from walking in to completion of my appointment with Bob, Lynn and Dr Goecks was so pleasant. Thank you all for making me look 20 years younger. I would highly recommend Fante Eye & Face Centre.

My surgery was to open up my tear ducts using stents. From the beginning, throughout the three months to the end, my experience was horrific. Within the first twenty eight hours, I was being treated in a parking lot rather than the emergency room (which was five blocks away), several similar issues inbetween until my last visit where I had the last stent removed in the office, nothing went right.

The last thing my doctor said to me was, " maybe you'd like to get a second opinion", AFTER THE FACT. WT. Zero compassion! Never again. And, by the way, surgery was completely unsuccessful.

I was referred to Dr. Fante by a dear friend. I have a few scars on my face that have been treated with various treatments. I was never really satisfied with the results. I booked an appointment with Dr. Fante and was so glad I did. He knew exactly what needed to be done to achieve what I wanted. Yes, I still have scars on my face but the technique he used to fill and soften made them hardly visible! I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Dr. Fante!

I waited for 45 minutes for my 10 minute appointment. With a two hour commute, it was challenging for me. I would have appreciated some understanding from the front desk. Or at least letting me know that the Dr. was running late with an apology. Unfortunately there was none. Dr. Fante is wonderful. It's just asking for some sensitivity from the front desk people.

Very nice office and staff, very attentive. I've only had a consultation so I can't comment on their surgeries. I was wary when the quote I was given changed due to the laser they were going to use. As they only do laser surgery but they do not own their own laser, but rent one. So that fee of an extra $500 was added along with another $700 office fee. Seemed excessive compared to other reputable surgeons.

My comments apparently didn't post. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. Competent and friendly staff and Dr. Goecks was a pleasure to deal with. It was also a pleasant surprise that I was able to receive a first treatment the same day. That never happens anymore. I highly recommend the clinic.

Dr Fante and his team are amazing. My ophthalmologist recommended that I see them to treat issues related to my 87 year old drooping eyelids. Responsive to my concerns, Dr Fante performed the necessary procedures and ensured I was more than satisfied with the results. His team members were a pleasure to work with as well. I highly recommend this practice.

What a wonderful and friendly place. The office staff was professional and very welcoming. Megan, Dr. Fante's assistant was a pure delight. She was informative, kind and very friendly; I felt at home immediately. I am so very excited to proceed with my surgery with the Fante eye & Face center, in March. Having dealt with the residual effects of my 2003 Bells Palsey has been difficult for all these years, I so look forward to more symmetry and feeling greater confidence once again!

I met with Dr. Goecke this morning to see if I was eligible for Blepharoplasty surgery. Here's the thing, I saw a different doc that did several tests that found I was eligible for this surgery to where my insurance would pay for it but their surgeon was not under my insurance plan. So my insurance told me that Dr. Goecke was under the plan and that is why I met with her.

She did some of the same tests that were already done by the other doctor but not all of them and determined that her measurements showed the surgery would not be covered by my insurance and would be considered cosmetic and would cost me $4200. $1200 more than my other doc. First, why would a doctor ignore another professional's test results? Second, I now have to pay for two doctor bills for the same exact exam as I have yet to meet my deductible. What a scam.

I'm new to fillers, so I did quite a bit of research before picking a doctor to have my tear troughs done. Dr. Goecks was wonderful. She answered all of my questions (I had a LOT) and I elected to have the procedure done that day. I bruise very easily, so my bruising and swelling was quite extensive even though Dr. Goecks took every precaution to. try and prevent this.

I expected a longer than average recovery time, but what I didn't expect was for these wonderful people to offer me laser treatments to help bring down the bruising and swelling.and boy did it help! Denise was wonderful as well, and I will likely schedule a consult with her in the med spa after my face is fully healed from the fillers. Everyone here is so sweet, patient, and helpful.

This place is amazing! So professional and kind. They really work to find the kind of treatment that's just right. For me it happens to be a very low key level but they offer the full range. Ludmila is especially fantastic. A true professional who has so many tools at her disposal to help me reach my goals. If you are looking for extremely high quality skincare at a pretty reasonable price. This is the place.

A year ago I went to see Dr. Fante for Botox injection I was very happy with outcome that I decided to wait and go back for jaw contouring, lip fillers and Botox $1700 later my lips looked uneven one side looked fuller then another jaw line fillers supposed to contoured jaw line by making your face look more slimmer well my jaw line is uneven face looks more rounded looks like he wasn't trained for it properly, botox was ok I need more but I'm not go back no more went back to fix my jaw line and lips doctor saw no problems everyone who saw me after procedure were commenting about my uneven lips and asked me if I gain weight due to my jaw line injection my face looks more fuller instead slimmer, any how they wouldn't corrected for free I was so desperate to fix at least my lips that I have to pay another $400 for my lips to be completely deformed now my other side look fuller my bottom center lip has a huge bumble he was injecting remaining fillers into my bottom lip. I paid to $2100 to look like a disaster.

Dr. Fante and his team have treated me like family for years. His staff is wonderful and Dr. Fante is honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Treat yourself and go visit Dr. Fante, you won't be disappointed.

I had an eye lift done by Dr. Fante. During my initial appointment I felt very reassured that I had come to the right place. Dr. Fante and his assistant took time to discuss all of my concerns. The procedure itself was a breeze. In and out with no issues or pain. There was no pain during recovery only swelling and bruising. I got my stitches out today. Again, no pain.

The results are remarkable. I think I look much better and my peripheral eye sight is much improved. I would not hesitate to recommend this procedure to anyone considering it.

I have been going to the med spa and i see Denise. O M G i love her. She is so good at her job and i can tell she loves what she does. She is very knowledgable about the skin and i have seen a great difference in my skin. Yay me! I would also like to give a compliment to the ladies at the front desk-they are awesome! And just so sweet! Definately give them 5+ stars.

I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Fante. I received an eyelift on Jan 14 2015. The staff and Dr Fante himself was very helpful. It took me quite a while to recover, much longer then I was advised. I returned for two additional appointments to monitor my recovery. I think my expectations were off, this is my first procedure, and the two thing I took away from the experience is that people recover differently, some much more slowly than others and that there is always a scar however small. Having said that, 10 months later I really love my eyes. I look less tired and prettier overall which is what I had hoped for.

Dr. Fante assessed my "drooping eyelids" in early January 2015, then clearly explained the recommended surgical procedure to correct the situation. The outpatient surgery as well as the recovery period went exactly as he had told me it would. I just had my 2-month follow up appointment with him today and all is well. My daughter was born with a non malignant tumor on her forehead, , she was starting high school when we found Dr Fante. Between the laser treatments from Christian, and the surgery by Dr Fante her life changed for the better. you will all be 5 stars in my book forever! :-

My husband had Dr. Fante do upper lids and under eye surgery. Not only was the surgery exceptional but the bed side manor was great, and the office staff is awesome. It's a 5 star group

Dr Fante is amazing. I had gone to a dermontologist to have my lips enhanced and I did not like the result. Then I found Dr Fante and the result was amazing. He listened to me carefully as I did not want to appear as though I had enhanced lips- just a suttle change was what I needed and it is exactly what I got. His botox is also done perfectly and has a better result and it lasts longer than the many botox injections I had received via other doctors. His bedside manner is amazing and his staff is excellent, caring and professional. He has an great talent for knowing the facial muscles and thus getting excellent results.

If you are like me and use Botox to keep from looking like a Klingon, Dr. Fante is your man. He is a great listener and asks questions about the look you are hoping to achieve to make sure you are on the same page. He can give you the waxy, dead-faced starlet look if you wish, but also can do minor injections that just lessen the severity of worry lines and prevent new ones from occurring.

I am reviewing Christian for a medical facial I had today. While I've had lots and lots of facials, never a medical facial. Didn't know what to expect. He's part of a plastic surgeon's office and there are lots of doctor-y forms to fill out about your skin/history. He has a lovely little space and we chatted for a few minutes about my skin issues before getting started.

Christian is a delight and as sweet as can be. I don't remember if I've ever been to a man for a facial before, but I was in EXCELLENT hands. Oh, and his hands are as soft as butter. Small differences from a "normal facial" but I trusted his experience and think it was one of the better facials I've ever had. During the 2nd half, he turns on the massage chair which was heavenly. Massaged calves, thighs, butt and back and the same time and was better than any massage chair I've ever tried. Free parking, too. I'll be back for sure!
