All doctors are super nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Hadi is a champ in the way he handled my entire case, the surgical procedure and the recovery. Highly recommended.

Dr. Paik performed cataract laser surgery on both my eyes. Surgery on the right eye was first, then one month later the left eye. My recovery was quick and painless and for the first time in my life I can actually see without glasses, I couldn't be more pleased and happy with the outcome. I would recommend cataract laser surgery, provided you have an excellent surgeon. Dr. Paik is such a surgeon, she is outstanding and highly recommended. Thank you Dr Paik!

I feel at ease that my eye was all right without ill effect from the virus. Dr. Sullivan is an amazing doctor. He cares about his patients and loves what he does. He is such an expert and is so knowledgable. I love his sense of humor too. Dr. Sullivan is the BEST! His staff is excellent too.

I've been going here for 5+ years, both for routine vision checks and the occasional eye health issue. For the latter, they have gotten me in quickly--a godsend when you're in pain--and for the former, Dr. Deane has consistently done a great job of explaining the options and giving me sample contacts to try out. I was recently reminded of their excellent customer service.

The office ordered new contacts for me but the supplier sent the wrong ones. Even I didn't catch that upon picking them up, they had such similar packaging! After numerous calls with the manufacturer and distributor, Joann Aguilar was able to identify the problem and get them to send the correct ones. She made sure to check up on me and even gave me a box to tide me over until my full shipment came. It's clear she put a lot of work into this.

The only reason it doesn't get five stars is that sometimes the wait times can be longer than you'd expect and the receptionist desk doesn't check in with you. I've gone up to them, after waiting a long time, and asked "how much longer?" and they simply reply "soon". I wish they had a better estimate of wait times. But very impressed how they will go above and beyond for their customers!

Had my appointment on jun 26th. I was told that I'd have my new glasses in 2 weeks. It's now July 30th and I had to call to get an update. This after office staff told me two weeks ago that the lab had screwed up the order and it would be 4 days delayed. So the office staff put me on hold to speak with lab and I will get my glasses on Monday. The team needs to work on how they manage communication and expectations. Seems to be a pattern with bad processes.

I love seeing Dr. Sullivan. He is a terrific doctor. You can tell he cares about his patients and loves what he does. I always have a good time chatting with him when I visit. (I try to keep it short so he can stay on schedule.)

Great office and staff. Dr. Deane is a wizard, very thorough. Make sure your insurance is accepted here because if it is not, it is very expensive to fill prescription and/or get lenses. My only complaint is the wait time. Other than that, my experiences here have been very positive.

I cannot recommend Dr. Deane enough. She is skilled, efficient, and has great attention to detail. She notices things about my eyes that other doctors have either overlooked or just not mentioned. I feel very safe with my vision in her capable hands! The office staff is also excellent, I am always seen at my appointment time and they are always friendly and helpful.

I can also recommend the optical shop; I bought my latest frames from the Eye Medical Clinic, and over a year later they still look great! I would have never picked these frames for myself without their help.

I've been wearing contacts for decades and tried this doctor's office for my annual eye exam. Very little time with Dr. Deane who I was convinced to see by the office in lieu of the ophthalmologist. The office cited my contact prescription as the driver behind seeing Dr. Deane as she alone could write those prescriptions. After the exam, they sold me on a pair of one-month trial contacts and a re-visit for "fitting" the contacts for $136. (Contacts are much less expensive than this from just about anyone) I returned to the office to purchase glasses, and tried to cancel my contact "fitting, " but the office refused to provide the contact lens prescription I had paid for.

The technician, Marisol, tried to convince me it was a California law that I complete the fitting. I pulled up the CA Optometric Association on my phone and indicated that she was misinformed. The manager Heather then proceeded to try and convince me it was a liability to release my prescription. I promptly requested a full refund of the glasses and fitting fees and left to never return. If you enjoy being ripped off and lied to, this is your new eye doctor!

I've been going to Eye Medical practically my whole life. My latest appointment was with Dr. Deane and she was very thorough and patient. She referred me to a cornea specialist in the same office, for which I was grateful. All of their personnel are knowledgeable and professional. Unlike the large medical facilities, this smaller facility is easy and personal.

Dr. Sullivan is an exceptional eye doctor. He did my operation with practically painless and solve my problem first time. He even gave me his personal contact number in case of flair ups during the post surgical procedures.

Starting with the staff, everyone is extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. They were very helpful and diligent in getting my mother to see Dr. Sullivan asap since her condition was serious. Dr. Christina Dean is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person. She saw my mother on short notice and was able to alleviate some of my mother's pain until her official appointment with Dr. Sullivan. Dr. Sullivan is awesome.

He's knowledgeable and very humble. He listened to us and was able to answer all our questions. And when he saw that my mother's condition was out of his scope, he was modest enough to say so and he personally contacted another doctor for a rushed referral. He also asked me to follow up and call him the next day in case I don't hear from the other doctor.

Everyone in that clinic is very professional and awesome. But most importantly they are honest and humane. Traits that are unfortunately very hard to find in today's physicians. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I contacted my last optician and got the prescription from3 years ago and they compared with the one from May 2019 and said makes no sense.in 3 years my eyes according to this new prescription have seriously improved! They are not saying not correct.but very mysterious especially since new glasses are not cutting it and their three year old prescription glasses are working.also these guys are not calling back ever.and should look at old prescription and evaluate.they also d not tell you that according to VSP glasses if pick 80 styles are to be FREE.

I was charged a lot! With out.go elsewhere for glasses.seems to be their money making machine and they should be better about advising folks on their benefits. No response yet!

Terrible customer service! Waited 90 min + unfriendly staff! Unaccomodating! The glasses are way over priced.

My first time seeing an ophthalmologist instead of an optometrist and must say Dr Sullivan was outstanding! He did a very thorough exam and triple checked my script until I was comfortable with the results. In addition to being an extremely knowledgeable doctor, he is also a very patient and kind man with a sense of humor. What more can one ask. Entire staff was warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been attending since 1960 and have received excellent care there with top notch physicians who are very knowledgeable and skillful and up to grade technique. This also includes the optical department where I have also received excellent care bending over backwards to meet my need Excellent care from all the staff who are efficient n caring. Had the worst experience of my life at this Clinic. I arrived on time for my appointment and was waiting for 90 mins for my appointment! I always arrive on-time. Such a long waiting is so disrespectful that words can't describe. In addition, the place is outdated and not welcoming at all. It's 2018. Wake up. The way your clinic looks is aligned with the way you treat your patients. Was that enough?

We are just starting. After showing my Anthem PPO insurance card, their billing forgot to file an insurance claim and sent me the whole bill. a specialist office visit is just $20 copay (I mailed them a check) and the rest should be paid by my insurance. I wish I could give this place zero stars. In 2018 you should know better. Remodeled clinic. Customer service. Efficient billing.

Stay away! We waited an hour and a half for the doctor. After leaving a negative review I got a call to basically convince me to edit my review. Given the doc was good I did that. Now, there are endless mistakes in the billing, taking me hours to try and solve. If you value your time simply stay away from this place!

My husband just had cataract surgery performed by Dr Bagga, a cataract surgeon with incredible expertise (over 10,000 completed surgeries). Cataract surgery has become common place, but as my husband has only one eye, surgery on that eye was scary. We just left Dr Bagga's office a few minutes ago where he was told his vision in his only eye is now 20/20.

Everything he looks at is crystal clear, no more fuzzy vision, no double images, just clarity everywhere. And to top things off, Dr Bagga cares and works for the best outcomes. When she came out after the surgery yesterday she gave me a thumbs up and said everything went wonderfully well. She gave me a big hug and reassured me that my husband would have very good vision. How wonderful she is professionally and personally. Thank you Dr Bagga!

The medical staff is excellent: Professional, caring and highly skilled. Likewise I have had great experiences with the optical department (where they sell glasses and lenses). One caution: Their point of sale system is straight out of the 1970s. Purchase orders are compiled by hand and then total charges are added up using handheld calculators. There are no paper tapes for audit and certainly no computers involved to make sure numbers are added correctly.

On two occasions I order multiple pairs of glasses and presented my credit card at the end of the process to pay the charges. Then about 10 days later I received a bill because I had not paid the total due. After multiple phone calls to their billing company it turned out the charges had been added up incorrectly on one of the purchase orders. It was not a small mistake. The correct amount was more than 40% above what I had been charged.hundreds of dollars. In the future I will check their math myself.

I'll start off with the negative. And this may be a big turn-off for some folks, but for me it didn't matter. You will be waiting a long time. They always seem behind in their appointments. I saw Dr. Sullivan. It may be different for the other doctors there, but I waited "hella" long for Dr. Sullivan both times I saw him. Here's the positive about that. It's because he spends a lot of time with his patients.

He does not rush what he does, and I would rather wait a while and have an un-rushed appointment rather than be rushed during the appointment. Bring a book, or something else to do to pass the time. I had a chalazion treated by Dr. Sullivan, and I have to say that his bedside manner, along with his assistant Cassandra was awesome. It was not a pleasant experience by any means, but their attitudes really helped to make a difficult time easier. I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I'll go back to Dr. Sullivan.
