I went to Dr Tehrani and scheduled a procedure. I left a 3000 deposit with them. Kristen had told me if I had canceled or changed my mind I could use the money towards something else, so due to COVID I had to cancel! I had a appointment for fillers yesterday and the billing dept calls me and tells me basically I'm beat for my money. I can't use that money towards fillers or Botox only surgery!
I told her Kristen told me differently and she said well I'll tell her. That was it, this is outstandingly wrong to me. I m so upset and will get legal help. This is a lot Money for me to lose! Do Not Go There! Not good people

This is the most inept office I have ever encountered. I regret the moment I set a foot in that place and made the big mistake of going through a procedure. Their expertise is in taking your money and making sure you will keep coming back for more procedure to fix the procedure you started with. No wonder they make you sign a whole folder promising not to sue them. Feb. 15 2022 Second chances, Because of the encouragement of my referring doctor, I went back to see Dr. Teherani.
I can appreciate the time Dr. Teherani took to listening to me, and my criticism. He was open and able to discuss my negative experience in his office in a professional and calm manner. We were able to reach an agreement which was acceptable to us both. Mishaps can happen in any profession but as long as there is respect and openness to rectify the problem, that's all I can ask for.

From the moment I entered the office I was greeted with such warmth. My experience was so amazing with The nurses and Dr Pierre Lapaine. His calm demeanor and expertise, patience, and magical hands! I went in for Botox and fillers and he was absolutely amazing. I look 10 years younger. I highly recommend Dr Lapaine and Aristocrat. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!

Dr. Tehrani botched my stomach so badly after liposuction. It's been about a year and a half so my results are final and I'm devastated. I am a young woman who got liposuction from him on stomach and flanks and I STRONGLY advise you to not see this surgeon at all. I don't know what happened but I think he suctioned too much or burnt the inside of my body with the cannula, so I now have all irregular dents, bumps, and red marks all over my stomach.
I am so upset it looks horrible. Went in with insecurities and walked out with so much more and depression because of this awful surgeon. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money. Please do not go to him at all. He is all about the money and it's very clear. If I can give him 0 stars and sue him I would. I am botched.

I am extremely satisfied with the level and quality of service as well as the results from my breast reduction procedure done by Dr. Tehrani and his entire staff. From the patient care coordinator Kristin who was always there to promptly answer any questions I had to the nurses and assistants that assisted from pre-op appointments through post-op follow-ups.
My procedure took place in Mid June 2020 and the team at Aristocrat took every precaution to ensure a safe environment amidst concerns around COVID-19. Dr. Tehrani and his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with.

I had surgery done with Dr. Tehrani at his Manhattan office and I must say that everything about him, his practice and his staff is nothing but Amazing. Everyone was super friendly, the office is absolutely stunning and Dr. Tehrani is incredibly professional as well as a perfectionist when it comes to his work. I'm so happy that I chose him to be my Doctor.

Fantastic highly experienced staff with incredible personalities, professionalism, and expertise. Trish is an incredible PA who does an excellent job. Additionally, she will ensure you're comfortable and informed. Kristin (the patient care coordinator) is incredibly kind, personable and fantastic in general. Dr. Tehrani is also highly active on social media and regularly discusses/educates his following on various procedures in a completely non "sales" fashion.
I find myself highly educated on various facets of reconstructive/plastic surgery as a result- if I were to consider a more invasive procedure in the future, I wouldn't consider going elsewhere.
