Dr. Jacono is an amazingly gifted plastic surgeon. He performed a face lift on me a little over a year ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. Every day my face is getting better and better and no one even realizes I had a face lift; just I keep getting compliments that I look so fresh and younger. I had consulted many doctors before going with Dr. Jacono.
My first consultation was virtual but even so, I was so impressed by him that I decided immediately to have my procedure done with him. Phenominal! Dr. Jacono was as excited for me as I was to finally turn back the clock and feel young again! Mission accomplished as I was in the hands of a supremely knowledgable, skilled facial plastic surgeon with an exacting eye and a passion for artistic beauty. (he takes drawing classes). Dr. Jacono is an exceptional surgeon in every aspect. I am a cleft and palate patient whose had 7 corrective surgeries (including a rhinoplasty) before finding Dr. Jacono. It is well known that a secondary revision rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult facial procedures. However, ever since meeting Dr. Jacono at my consultation, I had complete trust in his ability and had no anxiety prior to surgery.
I am about two months post-op from my secondary rhinoplasty and I am extremely pleased! It surpassed all expectations and I am thankful for him and his work every day. Dr. Jacono is truly an artist and a wonderful human being. Aside from his skill, he and his office staff were very friendly and accommodating. Speaking from experience, he is the most gentle and understanding surgeon.
He takes his time to explain all processes and is very involved with recovery. I cannot fully express my respect and gratefulness for Dr. Jacono. I will never go to another surgeon!

I would not have opted for rhinoplasty if I hadn't found Dr. Jacono, who pioneered the closed technique. Dr. J is an exceptional surgeon in every respect. He genuinely cares about his work and patients. The office is a model for how a practice of this type should be run. The staff is caring and attentive. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and my experience.

Dr. Jacono is an excellent plastic surgeon. He listens to you.and explains his goal is to provide a natural looking result.no tightly pulled-back skin as you see so often with other plastic surgeon's work. He has a unique technique which provides a much younger look without evidence of having had work done. This is why I felt it was worth the money and travel.after all, it is your face!
