Dr. Gregory is excellent and the office staff is friendly. I took my teenage daughter to get a cosmetic work done in the face area. We were very careful selecting a doctor as we didn't want to regret it. After talking to other doctors we decided for Dr. Gregory. He evaluates his patients like an art master piece. He is very detailed, knowledgeable, positive and passionate about his work and end result.

The feeling of been treated like an art master piece gave us a peace of mind. Finding a doctor that it is not a pig slaughter & really cares about the end result is very important on cosmetic surgeries and Dr. Gregory met all the qualifications to put my beautiful teenage daughter on his hands. We are very satisfied with end result and the office customer service.

Dr Dick's advantage over others is that he's able to listen to every patient carefully and in detail. His consultations are the most "bang for your buck" experience you will have. Surgery with Dr. Dick goes really smooth and transitions into an easy and fast recovery. Amazing Results, great staff, and reasonable pricing are also among the most outstanding traits about his practice.

I had three laser treatments on my face a year ago from Dr Olsen, to reduce wrinkles and dark spots. I am now beginning another round of treatments and already see another big improvement in lines and wrinkles. And I'm 79, so this is really impressive! Dr Olsen is not only highly competent, but also extremely nice and very candid (eg about things like pain, what results to expect -- or not -- and need to get follow-up treatments). I recommend her without hesitation.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. Dr. Dick did not do a good job and caused my stomach incision (that he was supposed to be correcting) to have a large dent! I went for a follow up with him and expressed my concern and instead of offering to fix it he suggested that I just have more surgery to correct other areas of a scar I still had. "If I was your brother I'd tell you you should be more concerned with that scar" which I felt was MUCH less noticeable and doesn't bother me at all.

I also had Botox done with him, I feel he just rushed through it and drouped my whole forehead vs allowing my eyebrows to still arch like I said I wanted and like they do it everywhere else Iv ever been.

Dr. Dick and Dr. Olsen are exceptional team. I was referred to them for lesions from cystic acne. They are not only highly knowledgeable and experienced, they genuinely care about their patients. Their staff is attentive, polite and professional. I give them my highest recommendation.

Dr. Dick and Dr. Olsen are engaging, kind and make you feel instantly comfortable. They explain everything thoroughly, have terrific ideas, and are patient with questions. The staff is friendly, pleasant and efficient. I've been very happy so far with my treatments and highly recommend the practice!

We were so grateful that Dr. Dick fit us in on an emergency basis after my daughter was injured at school. he fit us in within one hour and it was infinitely better than having to go to the ER since we knew she needed stitches. Since the cut was on her face it was a huge relief to know she was being treated by a plastic surgeon. The warm and welcoming manner of both Dr. Dick, his nurse and the office staff helped ease her anxiety. Medically, he did a wonderful job on her stitches and overall we had a wonderful experience. Further, I appreciated that he said he is available to help our friends and family members in any emergency whenever he is in town. True customer service and personal attention that is rarely found these days.

Dr. Dick is an extremely experience surgeon. He performed the breast reconstruction for me. He knows exactly what is needed for me to have the best results. Sometimes, he doesn't elaborate much. So, I ask a lot of questions on other options or treatment details. I have learned to just trust his judgement. His office is very accommodating with scheduling appointments, especially if you have any concerns.

He has a group of outstanding, friendly, and highly competent staff. I love talking to Caroline and Ellie. Caroline is always very helpful and provides me with lots information about my surgerical procedures. Ellie, the nurse, is very experienced and skillful in assisting Dr. Dick. Overall, I had a very positive experience throughout the process.

This is an excellent practice. Drs. Dick and Olsen are very knowledgeable, talented, and really care about their patients. They explain all procedures in advance and appropriately manage expectations. The office is well run and the nurses and staff are excellent. I recommend this practice to anyone seeking plastic surgery or skin treatments.

I was originally referred to a different plastic surgery practice to have a very minor procedure on the inside of my hand to remove a "cherry angioma" (a small, surfaced bundle of blood vessels creating a bubble that looked like a blood blister). Long story short, they wouldn't see me because of my insurance coverage, and I was frustrated that I had driven all the way to the office on my one day off for ONLY the consult (an additional copay!), and then couldn't be seen anyway!

I called Dr. Dick's office as I was angrily walking out to my car to get a consult scheduled ASAP and they were so helpful and kind. Their receptionist, Shelly, had me walk over (their office was the nextdoor building) right then, and they were able fit me in to be seen right then! At this point I was so grateful to have just my consult so quickly, but then Dr. Dick came in and offered to remove my tiny angioma right then as well!

As a cherry on top (no pun intended!), the nurse who helped Dr. Dick with the procedure and with my suture removal the next week (I believe her name was "Ellie"?), was such a joy to talk to. She is very experienced with many years of healthcare under her belt and made my time in the office pleasant and fun with all her stories! While this probably isn't standard practice for most offices, and obviously couldn't be done for all procedures, the point is that their office is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Dick is very calm and reassuring, and his work is immaculate and exceptionally detail-oriented.

I had a refreshingly positive experience with their office when I was expecting the normal "doctor's office shenanigans" with scheduling etc. I would highly recommend their office for any plastic surgery needs you might have. They're wonderful!

I am very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Dick and his team. Everyone was friendly, professional and they all seemed happy working there which is a great sign and reflects well on their practice. Dr. Dick immediately put me at ease and I appreciated his straight-forward yet gentle nature. I've never had a doctor who encouraged me to call or text him off-hours if I had any questions or concerns after my surgery.

It was very apparent that he genuinely cares about the well-being and healing of his patients. My visit was for a minor medical/non-cosmetic procedure but if I ever need a plastic surgeon again for anything else I would absolutely want to see him again. I highly recommend him!

Drs. Dick and Shirley are a great team! I've been going there for almost 10 years for IPL to treat rosacea. Appointments are on time and the office staff is super friendly.

Needed stitches for a cut on the forehead. They were able to schedule me right away, procedure was quick and painless. Healing up perfectly!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dick for over 15 years. Have had surgery and later Botox/facial fillers. When my primary care physician and also my dermatologist originally recommended him they said 'He is an artist.' His results are always natural looking. I have referred several people that him and they too have been thrilled with the results.

When I signed up for a 19K face lift and a 7.5K breast reduction/life, I expected good results. Not only do I now need a follow up surgery to both of these original surgeries, but I was charged an additional $500 for EACH surgery from the surgery center because he didn't calculate the time correctly. Would NOT recommend. Ever.

I am over 60 and recently lost 20 pounds. I love the new look I have now in my body but not in my face. With the weight loss in my face, I felt that I looked 10 years older in just a few months of losing weight. In addition, I work with a lot of younger people so the "even older" look was not going over very with me.
