Beginning at a young age, I was always involved in sports. I love being outdoors. However, ever since puberty, my breasts never felt fully developed. Wow! I came to Dr. Mandell- Brown from an hour and a half north of Cincinnati. I knew from my first consultation that this is where I wanted to have my surgery done. Just from the upmost care of the staff and nurses to Dr. Mandell- Brown himself. I was blown away by how much they cared and how much effort was put into my personal procedure by everyone.

We went over exactly what I wanted more than once and when I left after surgery I was extremely ecstatic about how I looked. I was nervous the day of surgery and the staff and nurses took time out to make sure I was 100% comfortable and ready. My post op appointments have been a breeze and my results are amazing. I had a tummy tuck performed about 4 months ago. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, after complaining for 10 years about my belly and looking 3 months pregnant. Very disappointed. Went 3 sizes over what I wanted. During many consultations he stated that he would guarantee I love them or he'd fix them. The thing he didn't mention was that I'd be charged the anesthesia fee of $3,500 to do it. When I complained and stated my point that I didn't get the size that I wanted I was dismissed. Definitely wouldn't recommend! I paid twice the cost than other plastic surgeons and definitely didn't get my money's worth.

I am only 21 and got a much needed breast reduction. I was so nervous because I have never had a surgery let alone been put under anesthesia. The nurses made me feel so comfortable and reassured me I would be okay and so relieved after. Everything went smoothly and the recovery wasn't bad at all. Great doctor! My wife took me to dr Mandell brown with her. My wife told dr Mandell brown how I sweat A LOT because I work outside. I got Botox out in my arm pits for the sweating to stop. I also ended up getting bro-tox (Botox for men) and it looks great. Dr MMB made it look natural and it didn't hurt at all. It lasted about 3 months. I was afraid to have the Botox put in my face but it looks so good. My wife is planning on going to dr MMB for her breast implants and a Tummy tuck. I know she is in good hands with a kind and caring doctor.

There isn't a word strong enough to describe the quality and disappointment in the permanent makeup. The eye liner I had done is horrible and cant be fixed. It was extremely expensive ($650.00). I went to a cosmetic surgeon's office expecting professional quality.

I've been here twice and had an excellent experience both times. Everyone goes over all options and costs up front and with all the other terrible plastic surgeons I've been to that charge a fortune to come in there door it's a relief that they aren't pushing me on something. Dr. Mandell-Brown is a meticulous surgeon, his technique with all procedures is complete perfection, there is not another doctor that I would see and trust like I do Dr. Mandell-Brown, I absolutely recommend everyone I know to see him. We have been to Dr Mandell-Brown twice for reconstructive procedures. The office and staff have been wonderful to us, and they and the Dr have shown great caring and compassion. Follow ups are prompt and friendly, and they always go over everything with us. Dr Mandell-Brown is very professional and always ready to help.

I wanted to have my breast implants removed as I simply did not want them anymore and he told me I would be deformed and was not nice. I ended up going somewhere else and I am happy to report I am not deformed!

My wife and I spent over an hour for a consultation. We have left multiple phone messages for the patient coordinator for questions and to schedule an appointment for a procedure. No return calls. I guess the practice is too busy. What does this suggests about patient care after a procedure? No thanks. We will find another Doc.

He is one of the kindest Drs I have ever met. He genuinely cares about his patients, no matter how busy it gets in the office. The prices are fair- you get what you pay for. He has done my BA & my friends. I'm 5 years post op & still happy. She's 1yr & loves hers. We both are pleased. Not only is he amazing, but his staff is indescribable amazing! They're compassionate and will hold your hand throughout the entire process. ALL of the staff members are that great!

Okay, I bought a groupon for microdermabrasion and a Vpeel for the cost of $65. Great price and I was excited to have the services done here as I haven't been to this spa before and like to experience different skincare salons. I have had these services done many times before and am used to the procedures, no surprises. Well at the end of the peel the esthetician tells me she is sending me home with the aftercare kit which I will use for a week to 10 days. Okay, this ain't my first rodeo.this is typical procedure.

Then she informs me the aftercare kit will be an additional $125. Say what! Aftercare is part of the procedure itself and I have never been charged for the aftercare products anywhere else. Fortunately, I have extra product at home from past Vpeels. I did not purchase this aftercare package which I can only assume included the activating solutions to be used the first 2 nights after the peel. I have been taken and will be calling Groupon later today.won't be back.
