21, F, Im going to try to be as open as possible, getting surgery, much less an operation on my face was a big decision. I was terrified and determined to make the right decision in terms of an operation or not. I have had a deviated septum for years and recently broke my nose. I knew that i needed to get it fixed but that was terrifying. I saw Dr. Holzapfel twice before surgery and didn't hesitate to go under.
She impressed me from start to finish. I took all the vitamins she recommended and barely experienced any swelling/bruising. This is not going to be the same for everyone, however she exceeded my expectations. I had a lot of trust in her vision and it paid off, I'm barely a month into recovery and i'm happy everyday. 10/10, Tell Dr. Holzapfel what you want and she will do it. p.s. had some concerns ab smoking and she handled it personally. highly recommend. cant believe she doesn't have more reviews. edit to before, , if you have concerns, contact your surgeon! I almost canceled my procedure bc all of the what if's. They didn't matter! I'm so happy I got it done. Women like Dr. Holzapfel are the future

Front desk staff was on-the-ball, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dr. Lied's nurse explained important points of procedures and reviewed my ppwk. Dr. Lied came in and was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and took care in asking about my expectations and desired results. I never felt rushed.and I always felt I was in very capable hands. Thank you!

This doctor is not your doctor for you when it comes to the eye area. If you are looking for upper and lower eye lid surgery, research Dr. Nerad at CEI. (Nerad fixed my surgery 97%, read on) Not only did this man mess me up once, but twice after being naive and giving him a second chance to fix his mistake. I had to make him pay another doctor to fix my upper eye lid surgery.
After months and things settling into place, multiple doctors determined he was too aggressive on the lower procedure as well giving a sucked in look. From start to finish, this is absolutely the most awful experience I've ever had. I could show you pics but I am too embarrassed to put those pics on the internet. Mangats excuse word for word was "I don't know how this happened and I don't know how to fix it." That should tell you enough about him being a vet in this business and not knowing what he is doing when it comes to the eye area. I cannot speak about the rest of his practice, only what I experienced with him directly regarding blepharoplasty.
