I feel so grateful to have had the pleasure of being under Dr. Chong's expert care and her talented surgical skills. My results were much more than I had hoped for, and her compassion and ability to understand the results I was looking for were far better than any previous experience that I have had. Was looking for a plastic surgeon who can do a revision surgery and after a few meetings with other surgeons, I found Dr. Chong. From the moment I e-mailed on their web site requesting a consulting through the follow up visits, Dr. Chong and her office team were nothing short of amazing. Communication was never an issue and was able to speak to someone at the office or Dr. Chong herself, with any questions or concerns through the process.

In addition, Dr. Chong was truthful about expectations and end results - she never up-selled me on anything which was such a relief as in my experience everyone promises the sun and the stars in order to get you as a client. Would highly recommend Dr. Chong and her team if you are looking for a skilled plastic surgeon - I couldn't be happier with the end results of my procedure!

I am so impressed with Dr. Chong. She is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I went in to have a previous procedure removed and she was so comforting and reassuring. They got me in very quick after my first consultation and the staff was all amazing. I highly recommend anyone to go to her.

There is an arrogance within the entire staff, I can't speak for the doctor as I have tried on numerous occasions to contact her over a pretty serious filler problem and have yet to speak to her. I have now been officially dismissed by the staff and am left with two big lumps under my eyes where the filler settled and it looks terrible. I was not even welcome to come in and have the filler dissolved. Very, very disappointing and $1800 down the drain. They have deemed me a problem child and no one sets out to be a problem until there is a problem and it's not addressed.

Many have written about the wonderful, compassionate person who Dr. Lavinia Chong is to her very core. She is a yoga master who exudes kindness and caring. In addition, other patients' comments such as "she spends considerable time" and "she only recommends procedures that are in your best interest" are 100% true. Thank you, Dr. Chong, for helping me to look my very best and to realize my potential these past 15 years.

Another benefit of getting a reduction is that I can play on an adult softball team and not have my breasts be in the way when I bat or run! I'm so happy!

Dr. Chong is by far the most compassionate cosmetic surgeon that I have ever worked with. She continually over-delivers and is backed by an enthusiastic team who makes each encounter delightful. I highly recommend to anyone looking to work with a female surgeon!

I was referred to Dr. Chong by a friend of mine. Due to medical issues I needed to have my breast implants removed. Dr. Chong was very nice listened to my reasons why and concerns that I had. The office staff was very professional and kind as well. I had breast implant removal, capsulectomy and mastopexy (breast lift) done all at once. I am now 6 weeks post op and I am so happy with my results. I could not have picked a better surgeon. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Chong was friendly and accommodating until she realized the second surgery, intended to correct the first, was not successful. Then she was dismissive and condescending. When I expressed dissatisfaction, her response was, "What do you want? I'm giving you my time." Presently, I am looking for a reputable dr. to correct the botched mess she left me with.

I am HORRIFIED at the way this office talks to clients. Horrible customer service. I have never had plastic surgery in my life. I went to have a rhinoplasty with Dr. Chong about 5 years ago. The bottom of my nose is completely detached. I went in to have her "fix" it locally by trying to remove skin and numbing it. That sure didn't work as this is the after picture.

I went in for a second consultation, and doctor Chong advises I go in for a full revision. It took me about 8 months after that appointment to save up for the revision. I called to make an appointment and received a letter back that Dr. Chong will not see me as a patient anymore. I am a teacher and one of my students today said what the. why is your nose detached?

It hangs like a crow! Not to mention the dorsal hump. She won't even fix it nor see me as a patient anymore. I'm really disgusted by this, how people can treat others thIs way. This is her work on my face. Has anyone had a similar problem. It is prone to infection where it is detached and I really need to get this fixed. Does anyone know if insurance will cover or can anyone recommend a better doctor who specializes in rhinoplasty.

This is a warning for anyone going to this doctor for rhinoplasty. Don't do it. Anyone h e advice on what I should do or where I can go. I've also attached the letter they sent me totally dropping me out of nowhere with no explanation, leaving me with this huge detachment. This should have never happened. I have also included where I disputed this and Nancy never even responded to my email.

Love everything they do, Dr Chong truly practices medicine and cares for your needs. I'm very happy I found this place.

Dr. Chong and her entire staff are one of the most professional groups and I've ever experienced. Their attention to patient care and comfort is exceptional. Dr. Chong made me feel like I was the most important patient ever. She spent a lot of time walking me through the procedure making me feel completely comfortable and excited for the outcome.

Dr. Chong is a gifted surgeon. I recently had implant removal (explant) because of capsular contracture. Dr. Chong was able to remove the implants and scar tissue, and return me to a natural (no implants) size "B" cup. The results are amazing-I should have done this years ago! She is a highly-skilled surgeon (and I interviewed many surgeons for this procedure before deciding on Dr. Chong). Dr. Chong is very engaged when speaking with you and is dedicated in providing an excellent outcome for her patients. Her skills are incredible, but she is also an extremely nice and caring person.

I am so thankful that I found Dr. Chong for my breast explanation surgery. Every other Dr. I consulted with told me I would hate my results, and have sacks of saggy skin left over. Dr. Chong was the first person to make me feel supported with my decision. I ended up explanting under local anesthesia. The whole team was so sweet, patient, and made me feel so comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Turns out my breasts were perky, beautiful and nothing like "sacks of skin". Thank you Dr. Chong and your wonderful team for giving me back my natural body!

Best surgeon ever she was friendly made sure I was comfortable always honest with me I had so many check ups she called me before my surgery to check up on me my surgery was like I fell asleep and 2 seconds later it was over I was never really in pain she had so many lost check Ups and gave me free laser scar removal and this awesome cream for my scars and she's affordable

Dr. Chong and her staff are absolutely the best each and every time I visit the office. Could not ask for a more professional and caring office overall.

Dr. Chong is by far one of the best Plastic Surgeons I have had the pleasure of working with. She is very sweet, cares about her patients, and goes above & beyond when it comes to quality.
