Worst experience of my life. I had custom cheek implants. They were placed approx. 4 cm wide, one too high, one too low. Both are so far away from their design making electing for custom implants completely redundant and need to be replaced. One corner is visibly causing a large bump under my eye and poking over the orbital rim into my eye socket causing it to twitch and irritate. Had a CT scan after to determine placement and he actively tried not to show it to me.

He then lost his temper when I asked to see the full CT scan. He was in denial the whole time about how far off the placement was, exactly like previous reviewers suggest. Do your research there is no doubt in my mind that this surgeon is buying fake positive reviews. I have seen two surgeons in follow up consulations and they all cannot explain why the implants were placed so far away from their design.

They discussed a cash settlement with me then decided to pretend in writing the discussion did not take place. This Doctor is unethical, uses his temper to manipulate you, and lacks skill. His aesthetic taste is nonexistent. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The old adage is completely true with this person - those who teach; can't do. Look elsewhere if you value your time, face, and happiness.

Thirty years ago, I got my nose broken in a fight and trusted Dr. Binder to rectify it and make it a little better. He made it too small. Not only that, I hemorrhaged the night after surgery from a spider angioma bleeder that he admitted he "should have cauterized during surgery." I had to be rushed into emergency surgery and he re did it all and fixed it but there is some bad scarring inside that looks like a small pimple and I've had to live with a weaker button nose into adulthood.

When I think of all the lovely women I used to attract and how I've missed out on so many from having a decidedly less attractive face due to his scalpel moves and bad artistic sensibilities, I cringe and get depressed. 30 years later and it still depresses me. Just look at the work he posts of patients on his website: pretty awful looking work there and that is supposed to be him showing off his best results!?!

So many better options can be had with plastic surgeons in LA and Beverly Hills by going to doctors who have a better artistic sensibility. Find a better option, I say. Just look at Dr. Rawnsley, for example. That is all.

When Dr. Binder was supposed to surgically insert submalar inplants, he damaged a nerve in my right cheek leaving me with a permanent crooked smile. When people saw me after I had the procedure, they thought I had a stroke. When I saw other doctors they told me that the damage was irreversible. Eventually I had the implant replaced and the surgeon who performed that procedure told me that the original implant that Dr. Binder inserted was NOT submalar. I paid Dr. Binder to improve my appearance and instead ruined a once beautiful smile.

I've been seeing Dr. Binder for years. He has a wonderful bedside manner, aesthetic eye and a natural touch. In my opinion, he is the very best! His staff is beyond amazing and supportive. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Binder is in a class of his own, he simply is the very best. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his patient care and achieves the type of results that only decades of experience and artistry can create. His work is outstanding and he is a kind and patient professional. He lectures and teaches technique to other plastic surgeons all over the world.

I have been practicing in an elite tier of medicine in Beverly Hills for over 20 years. I am asked daily to make referrals for patients. There are few surgeons that I can recommend with confidence, Dr. Binder is one of those surgeons. His office staff is professional and I have no doubt that you will be treated with care and concern. Stop searching, you have found the very best in Dr. Binder.

I had a minor procedure done by Dr. Binder and his wonderful staff. I'm extremely nervous about any type of doctor visit, but Dr. Binder, his nurse staff, and support staff made me feel completely at ease. The facilities are impressive and I felt like I was well taken care of at all times. Everything was explained to me and I never felt pressured or uninformed. I recently went in for a consultation and was very happy about my visit. I went in kind of nervous, and left feeling great. First, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Most of my nerves left when talking with everyone. When I met with Dr. Binder, I was instantly put at ease. He knows what he is talking about, and is extremely clear about everything. Another well-known plastic surgeon recommended Dr. Binder as the best surgeon to address my problem. For comparison, I saw two other well-known surgeons for evaluations before seeing Dr. Binder. Dr. Binder was the only one who suggested the correct treatment solution, whereas the others suggested treatments that would not have worked properly. Dr. Binder's qualifications are stellar, his analysis and explanations are thorough, and his work is excellent.

I was greated by Nancy who was so nice as soon as I walked in. Ii then saw Dr. Binder who explained my revision chin surgery in such great detail, I immediately felt comfortable and knew I found my surgeon. I then met with his surgical coordinator Bridget and she explained everything what to do prior to surgery, and gave me the price quite. His fees are very reasonable considering he is the one who started customi implants in the first place.

The entire office runs like a true team. I had my surgery 1 month after my consultation and i am ore then happy with my results. I've already referred two of my friends to him

I had a cheek implant procedure done 12 months ago and I can honestly I've never come across such an incompetent surgeon as William Binder. The implants had to be removed as they were off 7-9mm from the position they were supposed to be. Dr. Binder ofcourse blamed me for implant location suggesting I might have bumped or fallen somewhere but I can confidently say I remained put and never touched the cheek area.

I cost me extra few grand to have them removed from another surgeon because Dr. Binder believed they were perfect the way they were. Don't go with this surgeon you will regret it.

My daughter had broken her nose 3 times playing soccer so there was a lot of damage. Dr. Binder repaired her nose and she looks not only absolutely beautiful but very natural and very much like herself. The staff is amazing and so kind and the anesthesiologist was awesome. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Binder and his staff!

I truly cannot say enough about Dr. Binder and his staff. I broke my nose pretty badly playing soccer and he did a wonderful job fixing it! He fixed the crookedness and took the bump out while still making it look like me. He also improved my breathing. His staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful during my pre-op appointments, the day of surgery, and all of my post-op appointments. They answered any questions I had and made me feel so comfortable the day of surgery! I would recommend Dr. Binder to anyone who needs any type of rhinoplasty.

My cheeks are totally crooked. My ct scan shows the right implant is off more than 15 mm. Dr Binder tried to tell me it was in the perfect position. He refuses to show me the ct scan of the left side which shows the implants in color. He will not admit my implants are crooked, even when confronted with an X-ray! My chin implant is so hideous! My smile is crooked now and my face looks square and when I age my jowls will show up even worse now!

The ct scan shows that it is crooked too, and of couse Dr. Binder will not admit it. How can he fix it if he won't even admit it? Needless to say, I am now looking to find an attorney to recover the $22,000 I paid for "custom cheek implants" and $5,000 for the chin implant that needs to come out and be revised. Total of 3 Implants, all need to be redone. Look at my picture. Do they look even to you?

Dr. Binder and his staff are wonderful. I went to Dr. Binder for a revision after having my nose operated on by another surgeon and not being satisfied with the results. I would recommend Dr. Binder without hesitation for primary or corrective procedures. Thank you Dr. Binder for fixing my nose!

My experience with Dr. binder has been absolutely wonderful. He is the best at what he does. I would recommend him to everyone. I could not be any happier with the results. On top of using one of the best plastic surgeons in the world, his staff, nurses, the facilities, quality of care, and services are the best you can find. Truly cannot say enough good things about Doctor Binder.

It is almost 11pm and my surgery is in 7am, I am anxious but extremely confident I am in an expert hand, I have seen a doctor 15 years ago that told me my nose is hard to work with since I have no cartridge in the tip of my nose, which I appriciare his honestly, I also suffer from chronic allergy that has affected the quality of my breathing along with polyps in my nose and sinuses, dr. Binder picked on all my medical condition as soon as he walked in the room and before looking inside my nose just by hearing my voice, he walked me through my condition, educated me patiently and reviewed my cat-scan in my presence, he made every choice to the best of my interest and as anxious as I am, I am looking forward to a whole new world by breathing freely His office personnel, have treated me like they have known me forever and made me feel important, I feel they are there for me if I need them This is my experience before I walk to OT, I will post a review after the surgery;

Having just moved into town and needing a new doctor to provide Restylane for my under eye area, I took a friends recommendation and went to see Dr. Binder. Not only did I find his demeanor to be arrogant and dismissive, but I received the WORST Restylane treatment to date. Instead of taking my bags away, HE GAVE ME BIGGER ONES! Injecting the treatment much to close to the eye, rather than injecting near the bone to create contour to the face (which is the whole point).

After he was done, I was concerned about the big bump under my eye, at which time he told me it was normal and that the treatment looked great. A month after the treatment I was still bruised, due to trying to fix the gel daily. Finally, I have given up. I now have one big bag under my eye. Rather than go to this man again, I'd rather pay the extra money to hop on a flight to get it done right.

I had a great experience with Dr. Binder, I had surgery and I continue to see him for Botox injections. I had heard about him from a few different people so I went in for a consultation and the staff was so nice and Dr. Binder took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I had a brow lift and the bags taken out from under my eyes.

Even my closest friends couldn't tell that I had surgery, they thought that I looked more rested and asked if I had lost weight! I had such great results that I have referred my friends to him and I continue to get Botox injections because I want to keep the beautiful face that he has given me! This was the first surgery that I have ever had and I was very nervous, but the anesthesiologist, the nice staff and Dr. Binder all made me feel very safe and I'm so glad that I did it!

I had lower blepharoplasty by Dr. Binder. I couldn't be happier with the results. I honestly feel like a new person. I thought I was treated amazingly by his staff. The anesthesiologist called me twice before my surgery day just to check in and see if I had any questions. He was also amazing on the morning of the surgery when I was very nervous.

My outcome is sooooo fantastic. I absolutely love the way my eyes look. I will say it took longer for the peel to heal than I expected, so be prepared to wear sunglasses for a month. I can't express how happy I am. I thought I wanted to have my nose done too, but I feel like taking the bags out from under my eyes has made my nose less problematic so I don't really need that anymore.

I have recommended Dr. Binder to everyone, I will say, if I do decide to do my nose he is the only doctor I would let touch it. When I went to talk to him originally about my nose I saw 4 other docs. Dr. Binder was the only one who sat me in front of a mirror and let me talk about what I saw. He also was the only one who actually looked inside my nose after numbing it to see the cartilage etc. I highly highly recommend Dr. Binder.

I read the other reviews and I think I must be lucky because I had a very successful surgery with Dr. Binder. I had my nose done last year, and my experience was very good all the way through it excluding one very rude nurse who took care of me just after the surgery. Her attitude was so bad. But Dr. Binder has a very nice and knowledgeable Anesthesiologist who even called me before and after the surgery.

The other nurses and stuff in his office are extremely nice and helpful. I had no major bruising/swelling, and my healing was fast. Overall, I had a very good experience with Dr. Binder, he is experienced and knowledgeable, I just think at times he might be a little bit stubborn.

After meeting Dr. Binder 10 years ago through a referral, I have had several proceedures that have given me a natural youthful appearance. I am so lucky to have an EXPERIENCED doctor working with me in my best interest. That Dr. Binder has so many patents shows that he is continually up to date on the latest in the industry. I have referred several friends and will continue to do so.

I recently returned to Dr. Binder to ask about his famous cheek implants. I don't think that I really need bigger cheek bones, but I had done some research that indicated that the implants could serve to add fullness where fat was lost and could function as a sort of mini facelift. Well, Dr. Binder told me that they would not suit me. I really appreciate that he was honest and not just trying to get more business.
