There are now thousands of surgeons who label themselves as practicing cosmetic plastic surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, ophthalmic plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery or only facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Kotler is a magician who helped restore my confidence thanks to his permanent non surgical nose filler. I traveled to BH from Minnesota for four sessions to camouflage the dorsal hump that I had been so insecure about since I was a teenager (I'm 38 now!) The results were subtle and built up over time, and my profile is much smoother now and more symmetrical.
It was extremely easy, and you can go about your normal day right after, I even had a stranger approach me when I left his office and tell me I looked pretty! I blurted back, "it's because I just got a new nose" ha! Also, the office staff is so kind, Mary helped accommodate my appointments around my travel availability, and every session was right on time. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

Dr. Kotler is the best! He is so kind, funny, and knowledgeable, and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable before and after my surgery. His staff is also amazing and so helpful. Dr. Kotler wants you to love your results and will do everything he can to make sure this is the case. I had my surgery back in July and the healing process was so easy and painless. The bruising was gone in a matter of days. I could not recommend Dr. Kotler enough!

I cannot express my gratitude for Doctor Kotler & what he has done for me. I came into his office feeling hopeless about fixing my previous botched nose job from another doctor, but he offered me a permanent solution without any surgery necessary. He gave me silicone injections that shaped my nose just how I wanted. He is truly so innovative & genius in regards to noses and what looks natural, he leads with kindness and honesty, while being beyond genuine and respecting his patients. I had broken my nose a long time prior and because it was never set, had a boney spot on the side of the bridge of my nose. I did not want to necessarily have surgery or completely change the look of my nose. Dr. Kotler did micro silicone injections. I have to say that he did a wonderful job. I am so happy with the results. He did touch ups until it was perfect. I am so glad that I found him. His staff is helpful and friendly. You will not regret going to him. He truly is the best.

I underwent primary rhinoplasty with Dr Kotler at the start of February and I couldn't be happier. The staff, Mary and Dr Kotler were so friendly and helpful, answered any questions I had, Dr Kotler himself spent more than an hour with me during the consult being really thorough (in comparison to another well known surgeon in BH who spent probably 15 min with me). Day of the surgery was smooth, the nasal airways were a game changer for the recovery. As expected I still have some swelling but I'm so happy with the results already.

Dr Kotler has superb eye for aesthetic. He looks at you and can see what symmetry is needed on your face. I went in for the permanent nonsurgical procedure on my nose. I had some unflattering mishaps on my nose and always felt self conscious from the staring of people who know or don't know me. Anyway, let's just say he is truly a gifted artist who takes his time and does great work versus any other doctors who say "let's do it already and be on your way." Dr. Kotler, I am so thankful to have found you as you made me feel confident again.for not only looking normal again but feel beautiful again. I am so incredibly happy with my experience at Dr. Kotler's office! He and his office staff were so, so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be referring my friends to him. Dr. Kotler is the best of the best, yet he is so humble, genuine and attentive to his patients' requests and needs. I visited Dr. Kotler for non-surgical rhinoplasty and could not be more satisfied with the results.
Upon completing the three sessions required for the procedure, Dr. Kotler let me know that I could come back to his office if I wanted to modify anything about my results--free of charge. Dr. Kotler is an absolute gem! I cannot even begin to express how grateful i am for him and his expertise! When i was younger i was in an abusive relationship which left me with a nose broken, i had a corrective rhinoplasty but it didn't leave me as satisfied as i thought it would. I consulted with Dr. Kotler for a non-surgical rhinoplasty and he corrected my deviations and profile over a couple of sessions and I could not be happier.
I never thought I would feel this good about myself again but thanks to him, I do! I also love the office staff! Everyone is so lovely and amazing. If you're thinking about getting a non-surgical rhinoplasty i highly recommended going for it; you wont regret it!

I deleted my previous review bc i feel awful leaving bad comments on people's businesses. After thinking about it a little more, I realize i have to put this out there because it's so awful. I had a rhino done by Dr. K, and the results were suboptimal from the outset. My nose was beak-ish and had pronounced irregularities/asymmetry. I went in more than once to discuss a revision and I never felt like i was being heard.
My concerns were dismissed and i was told injections would fix my issues. I should have never agreed to this, my nose has been irreversibly damaged. I was never told that silicone nose injections were risky and couldn't be reversed. If i had known it couldn't be dissolved, i would have NEVER agreed to do them. Ever. I've since had a revision from another doctor and opted not to have the silicon surgically removed because it's too risky a procedure.
My nose continues to swell after 6 years because of the foreign substance and I have a lump in my nose where the silicone was injected. Over $20k has been spent and I'm just left feeling depressed. This all could have been avoided, but Dr. Kotler in my estimation just saw dollar signs and didn't want to take the time on a revision he wouldn't get paid for.
I certainly don't have the means of a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, and I'm the one that now has to live with the expense and anxiety of having an artificial substance in my nose that will only get worse over time. I truly, truly regret ever stepping foot in his office.

Honestly I never write reviews but I had to because this is a big decision for anyone and I am soooo absolutely happy that I made this decision with Dr. Kotler! My biggest fear was it not looking natural and people being able to tell I got my nose done and he is so good that he made it look like how my nose such look! Natural to my face and not too shaped so when I saw my friends all they thought was that I looked prettier but didn't know why. I am so confident taking photos now and I love that both sides are my good side now! I refer all my friends and they love their noses also! Thank you so much Dr. Kolter!

I literally went back and forth about having a rhinoplasty for about 15+ years before coming across Dr. Kotler and his wonderful team. After a biking accident when I was little, I was left with a bump on the top of my nose as well as my nose being slightly crooked, which always bothered me. Surgeries in general give me anxiety and it's hard to know who to trust when it comes to altering a prominent facial feature.
I had researched dozens of doctors and ultimately decided on Dr. Kotler because of his more natural look with rhinoplasties. I also liked the fact that he is a super specialist and has many years of experience with using permanent fillers, in tandem with surgery, to achieve the end result if needed. Dr. Kotler's experience blew me away. He has performed well over 5,000 nasal procedures and was patient with my every question and concern. Annette's digital imaging was very helpful to capture what was realistically possible. Mary prepared every detail so that I knew exactly what to do for pre and post op care.
They give you everything you need (informationally and medically) so that when you leave surgery you can go home and rest and not worry about a single detail (it's all either in the bag or folder that they provide). The airway device that Dr. Kotler invented that is put in during surgery is a game changer! I couldn't believe how well I could breathe after (with packing in) and it was easy to irrigate. Also, when it came time for the packing and airway to come out, the technique they utilized made the pain pretty minimal.
There is slight discomfort, but nothing to worry about. I am on day three of my recovery with minimal bruising. I will update with pictures when available, but I couldn't wait to share my review in case someone else was on the fence and looking for a fantastic surgeon with an incredible staff. Thank you!
