Dr. O Brien is deficient in understanding patient's feelings regarding procedures which relate to life changes. He's arrogant and insensitive which is the reason I won't go forward with his practice. He should understand his words carry through the thin walls of this building and I cant choose a surgeon who I felt made an insulting comment. I'll be researching other doctors.
