Dr. Andrew Coundouriotis specializes in the art and science of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head, and neck. He is one of only a few surgeons in the Southeastern United States who is both board-certified and fellowship-trained in facial cosmetic surgery. A facelift, or Rhytidectomy, addresses sagging tissue, deep lines and wrinkling in your mid-face, jowl and neck area. The facelift has become one of the most popular cosmetic operations performed for the head and neck. The goal of a facelift is to reposition the support structures and muscles that the skin rests upon, as well as to take up excess skin while re-suspending the nasolabial folds (the lines that run from your nose to the corners of your mouth), jowls and lax neck tissues.
The Mini Lift. is a Minimally Invasive Facelift which can erase five to ten years from your face in just a few hours. Dr. C did an amazing job! I am a 55 year old male who simply got tired of looking at bags under my eyes and a double chin. I am 9 months post procedures. I have no scars. I look at least 15 years younger, no kidding. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Dr. C and company. They are truly AWESOME!

I came to Dr. Coundouriotis's office for a consultation because I could see that my face was looking older. I am an avid runner and tend to lean myself out, especially in my face. Although I knew I had some volume loss, it wasn't until I saw a recent picture of myself with my granddaughter and her other grandmother when I realized how hollowed out my face looked.
There was an indent the size of a golf ball in my cheeks! Both of us grandparents are the exact same age (in our 40's) but I looked about 10 years older because of the hollowness. Dr C. told me that I was the perfect candidate for a procedure called Sculptra. He was very thorough in explaining to me how the process worked and helping me understand what to expect.
Although I was very nervous about doing the treatment and I am not good with needles, I am so happy I followed Dr. C's recommendation. I am about to start my third treatment, and already I am beyond pleased with the results. Photos no longer bother me because I look more youthful and my face and skin look healthy. Fillers were not a good solution for those areas, so I felt that I was stuck with the old hollowed look forever.
Thank you to Dr C. for restoring my youthful look and my spirit. Because of his patience, his unhurried time with me, his sincerity, calm nature, and his friendly approachable manner, I am forever loyal to him.

I'm honored to write this review for Dr. Coundouriotis. For many years I have gone to "Dr. C" for botox, fillers, pearl fractional laser treatments and have ALWAYS been THRILLED with the outcome. Dr. C is extremely gifted in his techniques and takes just the right amount of time to perform his God given skills. From the time you enter his pristine facility you are greeted by the loveliest and kindest staff of ten that treat you like family.
They work as a team to provide the most cheerful and professional atmosphere. I recently had a facelift done and would have never considered anyone but Dr. C. During my in-depth consultation, Dr. C's honestly was displayed as we discussed the realistic results after surgery. Timelines and cost were discussed in detail. This is the BEST facial plastic surgeon in the entire Bay Area! He's the Dr. 90210 of face! I've had fillers and Botox from him several times over the past 11 years and have been satisfied each time. He doesn't over correct like some doctors.. he keeps things natural. I'm almost 40 now and most people think I'm in my 20's!! I have a 23 year old daughter and most people think we are sisters!! I will use this plastic surgeon for life! His staff are all amazing and his office is beautiful. I have an appt this Friday and can't wait!

I love everything about this place. I have had cosmetic procedures and facials. All with perfect outcomes. I have been having Botox and fillers for at least 15 years. When I moved from NYC to St. Pete I worried about finding a doctor who would be as skillful, personable and professional as my previous doctors. Bottom line: I certainly didn't need to worry. Dr. C. Is a genius.
The best Botox I ever received. He also resolved my overfilled lips. I originally "found" Dr. C when I learned that one of my acquaintances had a facelift performed by him. Perfect. I came to Dr C because he's one of the few providers in the area that has the infini radio frequency device to treat acne scars. You can tell he does his research to provide the best and most up-to-date equipment for his patients. I have done three treatments and I am quite pleased with the results so far and I'm not even done healing yet. He is very thorough and takes his time with you which is the most a patient could ask for. Thank you Dr C! You're the best!

I really can't say enough nice things about this place!! The staff is so welcoming, makes you feel like family! I've had many oxygen facials there with Ursula, she's absolutely amazing. You'll come out of her facial ..glowing!!! Dr. C is great also, never pushy, gives great suggestions but never making you feel obligated!! He suggested getting Botox for my TMJ, I had been having so much pain, so I had him do it, and I finally got relief, worked exactly as he said !!!! He is definitely one of the good guys, completely trustworthy and I highly recommend them!!

My wife had some surgery done by Dr. C and has made a number of follow-on visits over the past 1+years for general follow-ups. After seeing the results of his work, how much of a professional he is, and how much he demonstrates that he actually cares about all his patients by the way he treats them.there is no surgeon in the area that compares! He does, sometimes, have to reschedule when he has patients in for surgery, but that is not an issue.as the staff always calls well in advance. My wife is very pleased with his work and with his care.and I agree with her!
