Thrilled with my results! I am in my early 40s 5'9 and was a B cup but wanted to fill in the skin only, that ended up being 310cc and is not big on my frame because I'm already tall but could be huge on a smaller lady. I'm now 3 months post Op and a beautiful natural perky C cup. My husband is so impressed. Implant technology has come a LONG way in recent years and if you haven't felt an Inspira Soft Touch, you'd never know it wasn't what she was born with.

After saying all that, I now need to clarify I only had this wonderful experience and outcome because of Dr Fiala and the entire Team at Fiala Aesthetics! You should never have surgery with anyone less than a perfectionist! Dr Fiala is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The process start to finish was smooth and easy. I had zero complications and literally NO pain, I stayed in bed the first 24 hours or so, then went really slow for a few days.

By the 5th day I was at an outdoor event walking around for 5 hours. Don't plan to use your arms much for a week or two, but its co.pletely worth it and make sure you consult with Dr Fiala before settling on your final surgeon, he IS the BEST!

Dr Fiala and his staff were absolutely wonderful to work with from the beginning to end of my time with them. During the initial consultations, Dr Fiala was very professional and courteous. He answered my questions regarding BA procedures and helped me select the best fit for my body type. He cares genuinely about achieving the best natural looking results, and isn't afraid to steer patients away from sizes that would end in clownish looking results. I can't speak highly enough of the experience.

I absolutely love Dr. Fiala and his staff! I had two surgeries back to back. Dr. Fiala and his staff always made sure I was comfortable and pain free if possible (I haven't experienced pain from the surgery). Dr. Fiala has amazing "bedside manners" and very in-tune with what we want our bodies to look like! During the consultation, we discussed the procedure in detail and what to expect.

The information booklet also provided me with what to expect. Everything I experienced was exactly like it said in the book! Throughout the healing process, the staff were extremely helpful and ALWAYS pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Fiala and his staff for any procedure. He has changed my life! I feel amazing and I'm not hesitant to have pictures taken nor do I avoid mirrors! I will be scheduling my 3rd surgery later today!

My experience with Dr. Fiala and his Staff exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. Everyone on the team was very conscientious and most professional, and the facility is impressive. Dr. Fiala is a remarkably talented surgeon and cares about every step of your experience to gain the best of results. I highly recommend Fiala Aesthetics to anyone with their plastic surgery needs.

My situation involved a separation of the stomach muscles as well as a hernia. My initial consult was approximately 2-3 months before the procedure. During that time I was instructed to lose about 10 pounds. I was given various instructions which involved ensuring I was physically healthy as well as instructions on which daily meds to stop, and things to take for the week or so before surgery to build my body up for the event.

The surgery was more involved than anticipated, lasting about 4.5 hours. I spent the night at the surgery center with a nurse dedicated to me. The pictures posted are both before and after, showing the incision which is hip to hip as well as a dramatic trimming because I had a tummy tuck to remove excess skin. I had my 3rd post op visit today, almost 2 months since the surgery.

I am not certain what I expected however the results most certainly exceeded anything I hoped for. I experienced very little pain throughout this period however I am told my pain tolerance is comparably high. I had medication available if needed. Dr. Fiala and his team have been amazing, there for me every step of the way. The hardest part has been keeping my activities limited as instructed, I am not one to sit around.

I am still about a month from resuming normal activity, while not normal for me it is worth it not to endanger the wonderful work Dr Fiala has performed. I could go on and on but suffice it to say the Doctor and his team have my full endorsement.

Dr. Fiala is the absolute best! He is very good at helping you obtain your goals. He is someone I can count on to give reasonable recommendations and listens to input. His entire team is amazing and they make you feel so very comfortable!

My name is Laura Kelley and I went to Dr. Fiala because of a ruptured implant in my left breast He removed both implants as well as scar tissue and replaced the implants with new ones. He also did a CO2 laser around my eyes and chemical peel around my mouth. I couldn't be happier! Dr. Fiala and his staff answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after my procedure. Dr. Fiala had come highly recommended to me from multiple of my clients and now I am happy to recommend him!

Was very disappointed in the service here. Unfortunately I did not choose to complete surgery here due to the fact I felt rushed, unwelcome and not even greeted by the front desk. She has the audacity to pick and choose who she feels like being polite to and that is NOT how you treat your clients. Everyone should be treated equal and nicely no matter what you LOOK like. Unfortunately, Denise and Dr. Fiala were both nice but I can not say the same for his front desk. Please be aware of your staff customer service skills, they seem a little discriminating!

I had 3 procedures here in their office and med spa across the hall, and the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They always answer any questions I have. The doctor goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy as a patient. Dr. Fiala is very talented, professional, and informative. He takes his time with his patients, he explains the good and the bad in plain English so you can understand before he performs any type of surgery.

He answers any and all questions you might have. Be prepared, do your research for any procedure, and he will answer all your questions. They even give you a booklet with great details and explains the entire process before any procedure which is very important to me as I like to know everything, and what i'm getting myself into. I would recommend Dr. Fiala to my family and friends. He upfront and honest which is rare these days.

High cost Their way or the highway First let me say that I work in the medical field and understand the inter workings of an office very well. My experience with this office was good and then very bad. The office itself is beautiful and the staff is well trained to keep the flow of the appts quick. They seem very knowledgeable and I have no doubt the team is skilled.

However the general attitude of the doctor (and this may be do to the staff who is relating messages to the doctor) was very demeaning. I am a petite woman, 5 ft and 100lbs. Most of my friends and family think I'm crazy for wanting surgery to begin with as I am already very shapely. I had my consult and scheduled, paid and then called the next day to move my appt date up and ask if we could forgo the side tummy tuck as I feel there is very little side skin on my body (I'm a size 2) and I don't want the scar, I also questioned the cost of the procedure since it is almost twice the national average.

I received a voice mail about thirty mins after my call telling me that the doctor would not do any treatment for me because I did not agree with his opinion. I am shocked that a doctor would feel the right to force a patient into treatment in this manner when I do not agree that it is needed. The cost I was given for a breast and tummy tuck was 22,000$, and I am in relatively good physical shape and excellent health.

The doctor may be good at what he does but if they are not putting the patients wishes first and being financially abusive it's not worth it. I will be happily going to another doctor.

I had my BA done in December 2017 with Dr. Fiala & I am so in love! My experiences with him & his team have been great throughout this journey. I did research for over a year & I'm glad I did. I am now 6 weeks PO & couldn't be happier. I had the final say on my size choice & he listened to what I wanted/expected. Driving an hour to his office for surgery/PO appointments has been worth it to me. Many people have asked me who did my BA after they see my results & I'm always excited to show off his work! Great doctor.
