So thankful for Hillcrest. My skin has been getting progressively worse recently, with regular redness and inflammation. I have an autoimmune disease, and past skin problems that makes me very nervous about any new treatment but the team here is so kind and patient. I feel comfortable that they understand my concerns, and goals, and have the expertise to address both. I've seen incredible results with both IPL and products and am continuing to trust them to help me regain and maintain healthy, beautiful skin.

Hands down the best plastic surgeon in Florida! His work, bed side manners and staff surpass all expectations, and mine are always high. He's not cheap, but then again, cheap isn't what you should want, when having plastic surgery. You truly get everything you pay for!

They have changed my life! I was hesitant at first because getting a breast reduction surgery was the first time I ever had surgery. But they made the process super smooth. Everyone is nice and they communicate everything in detail. I had my surgery I January of 2022 and I'm healing wonderfully. I went to a 38 DD to a perfect C cup. The back and neck pain are gone!

This was my first time having surgery and being under general anesthesia so I was nervous but the team are all caring and made me feel comfortable and aware all at the same time. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Dr. Spence's office. He has an absolutely amazing staff, whom are very kind, pleasant, and fun. I had a keloid on my left ear that made me incredibly self conscious about having my hair up. After the excision and going through the healing process my self confidence came back. I would definitely recommend his office to everyone I know. He's definitely on my list for any procedures that I would want in the future.

I live in Houston and I was looking for a plastic surgeon in Orlando as that is where my support and help was post-surgery. I narrowed down my search to 3 doctors (I read reviews, there results, pictures, social media, etc.) and called Dr. Spence office first. Right after my first phone conversation with his staff, I knew this was the surgeon I wanted to have perform my surgery.

His front staff, especially Natalie is very professional and kind. She was very flexible and understanding and helped me get scheduled for my surgery as I was experiencing unforeseen circumstances and had to push back my originally scheduled date of my surgery. I had my initial consultation before my surgery in person with Dr. Spence and it was totally amazing!

We had an in-depth and delightful consultation; he was very patient, kind, thorough and detail oriented. After our conversation, I knew I was going to be in great hands. I am now 6 weeks post surgery and I am very happy and pleased with my results and I'm only halfway in my healing process. When I started on this journey I had an idea of what I wanted as an outcome but Dr Spence has far exceeded my expectations. He was thorough in explaining the what, why and how. He has extensive experience working on different faces and nationalities - this is important for a good outcome. I was very nervous on day of surgery but he has such a calm demeanor and he has a fabulous staff that make you feel like you are part of the family.

It says a lot when your staff genuinely sings your praises. The only slight disappointment I have is that I wished my lips were a bit fuller but that has more to do with how much of the transfered fat stays and everyone is different. I was hesitant to see a plastic surgeon because I never wanted to be a shallow or vain person. After consulting with Dr Spence, I could immediately tell that he was a humble and down to earth doctor. Honestly when I first went I loved the staff, but I wanted to do a full mommy make over and my doctor refused to do it. He said it was dangerous and since I hadn't done plastic surgery before I was scared and trust him. Well he botched me. I not have a butt that looks like a peach. or even a heart if you will. Big and round up too and coming flat to a pint at the bottom.

I had a flat butt when I came to see him. He said all I needed was a little up top to even me out well now I look awful. I get called names and made fun of. I'm embarrassed to go out in public with my butt. I paid for a BBL. there should have been no reason for me not to have came out of there looking like what I paid. It's very sad that I now have to live my life this way.

Dr. Spence is excellent at what he does. He is honest in his assessments and will encourage his patients to make the best choices with their best interest in mind. He has an excellent, skilled staff that are very knowledgeable and supportive. He is expert in what he does. As a Plastic Surgeon, he continues to give his highly trained and personal attention each and every visit to his patients. As a clinician myself, I recommend him highly.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Hillcrest Dermatology & Plastic Surgery. My experience began with Jackee, who was incredible, thorough and walked me through the initial booking, payments, etc. She was easy to reach and communicated with me the entire way. I went to see Dr. Michael McClure to inquire about a breast reduction. I also had one breast that was an entire cup size larger than the other.

He was patient, went over the good, the bad and was truthful when it came to discussing the things he could not predict. I was appreciative of this because I was able to make a decision with all of the facts. Dr. McClure was patient, he did not rush me, it felt like a consult from a man who truly cared about my procedure. I could not find a lot of reviews and info about him but I would like to change this because he has exceeded my expectations.

My surgery was on December 28th and I had a bilateral breast reduction. He told me he was not certain he could get the breasts to be the same size but he would try. Six weeks later, my breasts are healing perfectly and to my surprise, they are pretty close in size. It is quite an amazing feeling. I have no neck pain, they look beautiful and I could not be more pleased.

Throughout the process I also worked with Beverly. She was my life line. Before the surgery, she gave me checklists of what to buy, what to eat prior to surgery, etc. I felt very prepared due to this information she provided me with. After surgery, I called her at least once a week to "make sure this was normal". She was a phone call away and was like a mama bear letting me know "it was normal" and little things I could do to help with the after effects of surgery.

I am now six weeks in after my surgery and I feel a little emotional writing this. This surgery was something I have wanted, I have needed for over a decade and this team has been amazing throughout the process. I would recommend Dr. McClure & his team to anyone looking for a recommendation. I could not be more satisfied with the results and more thankful for this experience.

There's something off about this place. Very disingenuous staff with their noses in the air and condescending to their patients as they speak (not just me, I could hear the conversations going on around me). I was a patient here for over a year and when I recently called for a follow up, I was told I would be called back. After three attempts the receptionist finally transferred me to someone to make an appointment only to be told by this person (in an all too patronizing tone) that the practice "is going in a different direction" and they would no longer see me.

Not that my insurance was no longer taken, not that my doctor was no longer there, but that they would no longer see me, ending the conversation with the oh-so fake "have a blessed day" phrase used by too many of the insincere today. So odd. This town is lousy with dermatologists, so it's not a big deal, but I should have known from my first visit that they were too snooty and I shouldn't have returned, my mistake; but once a doctor begins treating you it just seems easier to continue treatment with them. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
