I had a great experience with this practice in NYC. They were honest and up front. The surgeon did not try to "sell me" and tell me what i wanted to hear. He was VERY real with me about the result i could expect and I got exactly what he promised, maybe even better! Very happy with my results. The staff is wonderful. They never made me feel like i was annoying no matter how many questions i had, and i had ALOT! I would recommend them 100%

I had 2 difference procedures done with doctor senderoff. I had my breast augmentation in 2010 which came out nice then in 2022 I had my Neck fat liposuctioned (chin lipo). Immediately after surgery I knew something was wrong. For starters he didn't even wrap my head into a faja he jus taped a Gauze under my chin, my face looked exactly the same I wondered if it was because I was swollen.
A week after surgery I realized one side of my mouth wasn't moving. I couldn't smile, and I was barely moving one side of my mouth. I went to my primary doctor and he told me I had a small facial paralysis! I went back to senderoff and explained this to him n he said that will go away. He charged me $4200 for this procedure and I look exactly the same or worse becuz now my smile is different.
I regret having this procedure done with him. And this is the last time I will ever pay him to touch me. They are all sweet when they are getting paid, but after when something goes wrong they try to brush u off or rush u out without trying to talk to the patient on how they can help fix the problem! I basically feel robbed out of my $. I asked him I wanted to see my jaw line, I wanted to get the 3 holes the 2 by the ears and 1 under the chin.
Well he decided to do what he wanted and only did the hole under my chin. I still have no jawline! Ridiculous! Currently speaking w my lawyer to see what I can do about this.

Had surgery about 2 years ago and the actual procedure and results are excellent. Dr. Senderoff doesn't have the best bed side manner, but I don't think he's rude just not super personable. One woman who was in the operating room made a very rude comment towards me right before I went under. If it wasn't for that one woman I would give them a 5 star, but how rude and unprofessional she was wasn't acceptable.
I remember laying there about to go under and just wanting to cry. It's a lovey thing to being going for a cosmetic procedure to fix one part of your body and then have someone make a comment to make you feel even more insecure and worse about yourself. All the other people that were there were very kind and bubbly

I went to Dr. Senderoff in 2009 to change my breast implant, from a previous surgery. I wanted to go bigger, after surgery the minute I awoke I already knew he never changed my old implants. I had no pain and my breast felt the same, I started crying Dr. Senderoff and JoMarie stated I was reacting to the anesthesia. I went back to follow up after 2 weeks and I was very disappointed, he wanted to charge me 2500 for the anesthesiologists to do surgery again. Beware of this thief aagain

Kind of like a dry cleaner with something expensive.drop it off take your chances. For those who were so satisfied most likely they didn't have much done or just got lucky. I went there in spite of all the reviews on Yelp that said how rude he was.and he is.or maybe it's just that he has no personality.blank. I had a procedure done involving an implant.the results came out looking deformed and then I needed an additional procedure to correct the problem which involved scars.
Still bad. If someone is not a candidate for a procedure, the doctor should say so. Another issue.since they state in writing that laser scar removal is included with the procedure, you think this would be okay.it's not. Not only do they try to blow you off when this is requested but it doesn't work and you can be left with serious burns. black, purple, and blistering as I was.
I honestly regret choosing this doctor and wish I never did anything here. They're very happy to take your your money, then when the results don't come out like the pictures you were shown then they tell you everyone is different. No result is perfect but taking so much money and doing a botched job shows this guy is clearly not a talented doctor.
Once someone cuts you and the result is bad, you have to live with it unless you have unlimited resources. The staff is nice until there's a problem and there's a lot of chatter in the office near the waiting room where are you finalize the payment procedure. Very unprofessional.maybe they should make use of the door. Seriously, think twice before you let this guy operate on you.

Dr. Senderoff is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what size would look perfect for my frame. He's very conservative when it comes to his work and makes it look like you've actually put in the work. The doctors staff was really helpful during the entire process. Hands down the best Buttock Augmentation Doctor in NYC.

All of my friends and family have been going to Dr. Senderoff for many years. He is affordable and nothing but professional. The staff are warm, comforting and supportive when going in for a surgical procedure! He has an eye for what he does and you can see this is his passion! Dr. S has my highest recommendation!

I've had cosmetic surgery with Dr. Douglas Senderoff about 10 years ago and was extremely happy with the outcome. I've also had other small cosmetic items done in the office and they were successful as well. After making the decision to have another cosmetic procedure done, I naturally chose to go back to Dr. Senderoff as we have built a rapport over the course of time.
We consulted and discussed what was going to be done and I happily agreed. The day of the surgery I was told something else was going to take place and expressed my concern. I was reassured that the doctor knows what he's talking about and I would be extremely satisfied. Despite my hesitation and display of being reluctant I was again told this will be great for me and provide exactly the outcome of my expectations. Trusting the expertise of the doctor and my experience in the past we proceeded.
Immediately after the surgery (next day) upon the doctors follow up call I immediately expressed my dismay with the outcome and again was told that I didn't give it enough time to see the end result. 2 weeks later I went to the office for the follow up visit and discussed this with the doctor. He told me it would not be a problem to make an exchange and he agreed that what we discussed initially was not what the outcome was.
He then told me to come back in 2 more weeks. So. I did. Upon this visits discussion, the doctor was visibly annoyed and I was told By the office manager that they'll figure out a way to cover one portion but I would be responsible to pay additional anesthesiologist fees. The level of unprofessionalism and undelivered promises was a tremendous disappointment and broke every level of confidence that was once established with the doctor.
