The first time I saw Dr. Fitzgerald she spent a lot of time with me and I felt pretty good about the experience, although I felt like I was with a skilled sales person instead of a dermatologist. She said she used 45 units of Botox on my forehead, 11s, and around my eyes. The next time I came back she said she used 55 units, but didn't do my forehead, just around my eyes and 11s.

When I asked about it, she brushed me off and said she didn't do my forehead the first time, although she did. I called and emailed her office asking about the discrepancy and no one ever returned my messages. I feel taken advantage of and know I was scammed. Very disappointing.

Dr. Fitzgerald is fantastic. She takes time with you as a patient & is so thoughtful about your treatment. I also appreciate that she doesn't try to force any product on you, but talks you through options and is very candid & transparent all around. The entire office is very friendly & the staff for facials, etc are great!

Showed up today for my appt. that I booked weeks ago. They "accidentally" canceled it. No doctor in the office. They offered to rebook but after driving 45 minutes, I declined. I won't risk it. This was my first visit to this practice and it will be my last. A terrible first impression.

Kind, compassionate and incredibly talented. I have never met anyone like her in this industry and rave about her nonstop. Dr. Fitzgerald is all about service and enhancing what you already area born with. The office is clean and the staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. I had an issue on my face with a filler-gone-wrong from another injector. it took just 1 visit for Dr. Fitzgerald to not only correct it but make me feel at ease. I also normally bruise with any type of injection but idk what she does or how she does it.i dont bruise! She is a true professional, and I love love love her!

I was transformed in the most subtle and natural looking way. I see Dr. Fitzgerald for Botox and fillers. I think she's an exceptional doctor. She is exceedingly careful, thoughtful, and detail oriented in her approach. I always feel as though I am getting her full consideration, and her treatments have made a difference that I'm very happy with.

Since July 2021 I have visited the office on 5 occasions for treatments. Each time, the staff have been very courteous and kind. The office is comfortable and offers a beautiful view. Angie is really wonderful! Gentle and patient with all of my questions, and offers great suggestions on suitable treatment options for my concerns. Highly recommend.

Dr. Ray Jalian is a truly exceptional physician. He presents with total presence, focus, awareness, humility, command, legitimate authority and knowledge. He was responsive and direct regarding his evaluation of my concerns and subsequent treatment plan. The first treatments (Genius RF and Fraxel) with him were truly impeccable, precise, and thorough, as well as generous.

I saw immediate results which promise a fulfilling ultimate outcome upon completion of treatments. I have recommended him to others already, and am confident recommending him here. I can't wait until my next treatment.

Been seeing Dr. Fitzgerald for several years now. She's worth the price and the time (although, must say, post-pandemic wait times have greatly improved! Wohooooo!) She's an expert injector and really an artist. She will tell it like it is which I appreciate. You also won't leave there looking fish-lipped and overdone. Her work is natural and subtle. Dr Jalian is also a laser pro--laid back, friendly and knows his shit.

I don't know why I am just now writing a review. I've been seeing Dr Fitzgerald for over 10 years. When I first walked into her office at age 30, I had overly tanned, inflamed, acne ridden skin. The first visit I was given a skincare regimen. Eventually I got into anti aging. Her main goal is to delay aging. My sister calls me Benjamin Button because I've reversed so much.

Good product, a little botox and some lasers under Dr Fitzgerald's direction goes a long way. She's a magician. Yes you may wait awhile but honestly that's every office I've ever been to for aesthetics. You need time for numbing. And also sometimes you might need a little something extra and Dr F will be there to give it to you which means sometimes she's doing that for others and it's your turn to be patient. She's worth the wait.

Bring your phone and charger to pass the time. The prices are competitive. And it's a seasoned pro doing your work. I highly recommend! I added my first photo at age 30 and one from a couple of weeks ago at age 41 so you can see for yourself how much more radiant and clear my skin is as well as how little I've aged in a decade.

Dr. Ray Jalian is a caring, very experienced and personable dermatologist who is helping to revitalize the appearance of my skin. Dr. Jalian listened to my skincare-related goals, what I was comfortable with, and provided viable options. The procedures we have done so far have definitely met my expectations, one example being the Genius Laser RF microneedling.

I feel that I am in good hands with the highly skilled Dr. Jalian as he is very knowledgeable and is on target with the latest advances in aesthetic skincare. I am enjoying seeing the results of the work! I also want to commend the team of attentive and kind technical staff who support Dr. Jalian.

There is actually no one better. I'm not kidding. She is worth the money, she is worth the wait. Her expertise is unparalleled. She gives conferences on anti aging techniques for a reason. She never upsells. I have gone in and she sends me home with a cream. The upkeep is undetectable and extraordinary. Ok, that's all.

One thing I've learned about fillers is that getting it safely injected is only 50% of the job. The real skill of the person administering it comes with placing and shaping it to match the contours of your face. It really takes a keen eye and an understanding of what makes a face look "beautiful" to pull it off. I used to go medi-spas to get fillers done and it was always a hit-or-miss experience, which made going in really nerve-wracking. Dr. Fitzgerald was recommended to me one day by a medi-spa clinician of all people because the specific issue on my face that I wanted resolved was too intricate for the staff there.

So I went in to see Dr Fitzgerald and the rest is history. I haven't looked back since. I've been going in to see her for about 6 yeas now. Every time I go in to see her, the job she does looks better and better. She spends so much time making sure she places the filler at juuuuust the right place. It's masterful to be honest. I've told her this plenty of times. If u go see her once, you'll see what I'm talking about. It's worth it!

If you have any skin, face, or body questions/concerns this is the office for you. Best Dermatologist and this is coming from someone who's not easily pleased. Dr Fitzgarld uses incredible precision and it's evident in her work. Her attention to detail sets her apart. Dr Ray Jalian practices here as well and his work is impeccable. Pretty office views and the Covid protocols here are on point. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. This office does not disappoint. If you want to look like the best version of yourself- Dr Fitzgerald and Dr Jalian.

I called and asked if Dr. Fitzgerald was accepting new patients, the receptionist said she was and asked if I had been recommended by anyone, I said yes someone in the medical field, she then took down my name, birthdate and insurance info. She then asked what I wanted to come in for and when I specified one of the medical dermatology issues (that was listed as one of the things they service on their website) the receptionist said they have no available appointments, which made no sense.

She refused to let me see the doctor / make an appointment and I have no idea why. The whole encounter was extremely strange and off putting, which judging from the other comments about her here is apparently standard. Potential new patients I highly suggest you don't waste your time calling this office.

I saw Dr Jalian.very rude and really does not know what he's talking about.will not be going back

Doctor Fitzgerald is a wizard. I mean, my results feel like magic. She has taken years off my face, and at 38 I now don't wear makeup for the first time in my life. And here's the thing: absolutely nobody in my life suspects i got work done. However, suddenly I get compliments all the time on how great my skin looks and how overall good I look. "I really like your new hair cut!" (haven't changed my hair in 3 years!) I found her because she lectures to other medical professionals on how to use dermafillers.

It may be hard to get in initially, and a touch more expensive than the groupon place, but IT IS WORTH IT. I call her my angel of beauty. Free the afternoon of your appointment if you can, as you may be left waiting longer than you want. This is a trifling concern given the magnitude of what dr Fitzgerald delivers. Welcome to smart, graceful aging.

Dr. Fitzgerald is a wonderful dermatologist. She is great with fillers and botox. She provides very natural looking results. You leave her office looking like your best self. Her prices are quite reasonable and her staff are lovely. Highly recommend!

I visited Dr. Fitzgerald 11 years ago to diagnose a dermatological issue on my hand. Within a few minutes, Dr. Fitzgerald figured out the problem spot on. But most importantly, she spent the time carefully explaining the cause of my atopic dermatitis, which she attributed to an allergic reaction to the particulate matter in the Los Angeles basin air.

It never crossed my mind that I may have had allergies, and my visit to Dr. Fitzgerald was the first time that I opened that line of inquiry. Years later after I moved from Los Angeles, I visited an allergist and discovered that I had major food allergies as well, something that would have never happened if not for Dr. Fitzgerald. As it turned out, getting my allergies under control (using natural methods) has relieved dermatological and other problems that I suffered with for 10, 20 and even 30 years. Dr. Fitzgerald is one doctor who has changed my life for the better.

Dr. Fitzgerald artfully balanced my face with botox and fillers while ensuring that I still had natural movement and expressions. I found her straight-forward and scientific approach very reassuring - the complete opposite of the "salesman" type of bedside manner that I would get at other offices. Dr. Fitzgerald has a deep understanding of the different facial structures and muscle behaviors of different ethnicities, providing a personalized approach to my care - I loved it, and loved my results!

I have been coming to Dr. Fitzgerald since 2009. She is amazing! She is not only a great doctor but also an incredible artist when it comes to injectable fillers. She always makes the fillers look natural and youthful. I recently had Ultherapy done and my results are sensational. I highly recommend Dr. Fitzgerald and her wonderful team of professionals.

While my experience with Valerie and Dr. Fincher was satisfactory, i can't say the same for the office staff. They don't return my calls, never answer the phones and I've been waiting days for them to submit a prior authorization to my insurance. It was denied and they did nothing to request a peer to peer with my insurance to repeal the decision.

The office claims they did but when I spoke with my insurance they said they never received a peer to peer. It's one thing after another. Misinformation, not getting back to me, not expediting this request. It's extremely disappointing. How does a medical practice show such negligence? They gave me samples of my medication in the mean time but they were all expired so i threw them away.

I pay out of pocket for all my services and am on medication prescribed by Dr. Fincher that needs to be taken daily. I ran out and without insurance will have to pay around $800 which is why they should have been more helpful and thorough. From a business perspective you would think that they would try to make people who pay out of pocket happy but i guess not. I really hate to have to leave this review but i think it's necessary for the office to take accountability and for others to know my experience.

Been to see Dr Fitzgerald while in Southern California. Her mastery of fillers, to give "natural appearing" rejuvenation and balance to the face, according to a well respected Dermatologist. my husband. is essentially unmatched. She is THE worlds expert in Sculptra use. I trust her completely.
