A breast lift, or mastopexy, is performed to return youthful shape and lift to breasts that have sagged as a result of weight loss, pregnancy, loss of the skin's natural elasticity or simply the effects of aging and gravity. The procedure can also reduce areola size (the dark skin surrounding the nipple), and it can be combined with breast reduction or augmentation for added firmness or volume.
Breast reconstruction is a surgical procedure commonly performed after a mastectomy to offer patients psychological and aesthetic benefits when recovering from breast cancer. This procedure allows many women to fully return to the life they enjoyed before being diagnosed with breast cancer, with barely any signs of the cancer treatment remaining.
Blepharoplasty can rejuvenate puffy, sagging or tired-looking eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. It may be performed for cosmetic reasons or to improve sight by lifting droopy eyelids out of the patient's field of vision. The procedure is usually performed in an office with local anesthesia in as little as 45 minutes.

Dr. Downey is a amazing person, on April 1 1992, she do a cliff Lip surgery, To our baby boy, I remember the insurance doesn't cover everything, and we need $5,000, we don't have the money, at the time to pay, & Dr. Downey make the surgery, she didn't charge us, my son only need 1 surgery he is 30 years now, and like she said is was a perfect surgery, you can't even see the he has it. We couldn't rave more about Susan Downey! Her deep appreciation for her patients is evident in all aspects of her demeanor and protocols! My daughter's fear and anxiety was immediately addressed with Susan's in-take consultation and as a result her life is forever better. She no longer lives with constant neck, shoulder, back and chest pain. Her reduction looks natural and has healed under Dr. Downey's guidance quickly. Late last year I had a Breast reduction with Dr. Downey. My biggest takeaway was how comfortable she made me feel undergoing such a radical change to my body. What an enormous difference 2 1/4 lbs made to my shape! She has met me with positivity and reassurance every step of the way. I'd recommend her to anyone!

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Downey late last year. Went from an H cup to a D, 2 1/4 lbs off my chest! What a difference it made. Dr. Downey always made me feel at ease, answered all my questions. I had fluid build up for about a month post surgery and it eventually went away. I am so happy with the look of my re shaped chest and my back is finally feeling some relief! My posture has improved as well. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Downey as a surgeon.

I saw Dr. Downy in early October for breast reduction. I was having issue with my nick and shoulder and Orthopedic I was seen thought reducing my breast size from D to B would benefit me. Dr. Downy was very friendly, kind and give me all positive comment of how my breast would look great and I would be very happy with result.there would be minimal scarring.
How she will left my breast and it will be small but porky. I had my breast surgery done on November 7th 2019. After two weeks of surgery I told her how my breast are bulge on the side. It looks like two difference size. She told me it's normal, since when we sleep some fluids goes to the side, so I should wait and it heal more. By two months.
I had Ultrasound down and there was no present of any excesses fluids. Each breast had size B towards the center and size D toward the arm. It was like I had a very large lumps growing my breast on the side toward the arms. The other thing was wrong with my breast was that one of the nipple was inward, look like belly button. I Cried so many nights, I couldn't look at my breast.
Everyone thought I was crazy doing the surgery, I would get so much compliments about how it looked prior to the surgery and how people pays thousand of dollars to look like what I had. Dr. Downy start commenting that it was very hard surgery, took to long and I had dense breast. She said we need to do another surgery to correct the size issue and removing excess bulge on both breast.
When I asked who is going to pay for the cost. She said she would wives my insurance co-pay for her portion but I still have to pay for the cost of Anesthesiologist and the hospital which meant I had to pay over $3000.00 out of pocket I set up an appointment to get the second surgery done once it reached three months past first operation. I had to get another pre op exam done by my GP.
Once I visited my Dr. to get the pre- op done She got very upset. She said I shouldn't let this Dr. to touch me ever again. She said she never seen anything like it and how my breast look horrible. She told me to get second opinion before going under knife with the same Dr. who did such terrible job. I made an appointment for next day with another cosmetic surgeon, two days letter I had the surgery done with the new surgeon.
The surgery was done superb. My breast finally look normal and I am very glad that I listened to my GP and got the surgery done with another surgeon ( Dr. Loz Kryger). On top of that it cost me 2500.00 in total. I would strongly suggest don't go to this Dr. don't go through what I had gone through.
