Dr. Sterry and his team are absolutely amazing. From start to finish, I had the most amazing experience. His team is very kind, caring, and professional and Dr. Sterry answered all my questions during the consultation as well as during my post-op. Dr. Sterry is not only extremely warm and honest but he is also highly skilled at his craft. I can't express how happy I am to have met him and his entire team. I came in for a micro-cannula of cheeks about 3 months ago. I can't stress how wonderful this whole experience has been. Dr. Sterry and his staff are so welcoming and friendly and always there for you if you have any concerns. I came in for my 3 month post-op photos yesterday and the results look so incredible. Photos are one thing but what this procedure has done for my confidence is unmeasurable. Could not thank Dr. Sterry and his staff enough! Truly a team you can trust for any concerns.

I've been debating for like 2 years to get chin/neck lipo. Reading, comparing prices and seeing what works best. I came across Dr. Sterrys website and after a a few months of going back and forth I decided to move forward with it. I am so happy that I waited, that I didn't rush into just any doctor. Dr. Sterry, Alex, and Dominique are amazing. I felt so comfortable with how everything was handled.
He answered all my questions and his staff is so nice, professional and patient. He prepared me for everything that would be expected, even the cons. Dr. Sterry and his team are the absolute best. Friendly, attentive, and will be there for you from consult day to surgery and throughout the entire recovery process. Many patients leave surgeons offices feeling like they need more work done. Dr. Sterry is the exact opposite. He'll listen to and address your concerns, but also will help you to see the beauty you already have, even if you don't see it yourself. He is so so honest and just a stand up guy. Dr Sterry is incredible! He removed a childhood facial scar that I've spent countless amounts of money on over the years with other doctors to fix. The scar went from haunting me every time in the mirror to no longer noticeable! I also did cheek and neck liposuction with the Dr that came out amazing. No more moon face! He does an amazing job. His staff is great too!

I only have great things to say about Dr. Sterry and his skills. I had chin lipo performed about 6 weeks ago and from day 3 after the procedure, I was already so much happier and confident. He is an honest and relatable professional, and did not pressure me in any of my consultations with him. During the procedure, he was communicative and reassuring, easing any anxiety I had at the time. Recovery was a breeze for me. Also huge shoutout to his staff as they are lovely! I don't trust many doctors, but I would definitely go back to Dr. Sterry.

Dr. Sterry and his staff are extremely kind and professional. He's an amazing plastic surgeon. I have never felt uncomfortable during my visits and consultations. I started coming to Dr. Sterry about 10 years ago for botox and fillers. Let me just start with his bedside manner. One should never confuse good bedside manner with competency. However, it is just cake if you can get both. That is precisely what you get with Dr Sterry. He is kind, patient, professional, warm and ethical. I can assure you that if Dr Sterry doesn't believe that you will benefit from any procedure, he wont do it for the sake of making money.
I also want to add that his staff, Alex, Stephanie, and Michelle are superb! This year I decided to have my upper eyelids done. Of course the only plastic surgeon i trust is Dr.sterry! Needless to say, everything went smoothly and i am ecstatic to look ten years younger! My sister also did her upper eyelids and a tummy tuck and we are beyond happy. Thank you Dr Sterry!

Horrible experience with this office. I had an appointment scheduled for surgery. they apparently decided he didn not want to work on me. they stopped returning my calls. one time even told me to hold on and never picked up again. when i called back they hung up. Heed the advice of the other reviews speaking about their rudeness. It all worked out I went to someone else and am very happy with my results.

Dr. Sterry and his staff are amazing. They are all so caring and patient. They answered all of my questions and literally held my hands when I was nervous. I had a very extensive hernia repair and tummy tuck and a year later I can't believe my results and how much this experience changed my life. You can't go wrong here!

This is absolutely the best plastic surgeon I've ever had. I had a hypertrophic scar from a previous surgery that bothered me and went to Dr. Sterry to fix it. I went to a couple consultations for this procedure and ended up choosing Dr. Sterry because he seemed the most knowledgable about the procedure and also offered the least invasive surgery to repair it.
The office staff is wonderful and always very friendly, and I've never had to wait to be seen for my appointments, Dr. Sterry is always on time. After my procedure Dr. Sterry saw me almost every month to check on my progress and take a photo of the scar to document how it was healing. My body seems to make excess collagen in the scar area, and after six months Dr. Sterry wasn't happy with how my body was forming a new scar and he decided to repeat the procedure.
He is a perfectionist and really cares about how his work looks, and I think this is one of the best qualities you can find in a plastic surgeon. He's very nice and funny and always makes me feel comfortable, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon.

Dr. Sterry is the absolute best. I only see him for Botox right now but I'm sure I will be adding other services to the list as I inevitably age. I am VERY particular and I can't believe I actually used to bounce around on Botox LifeBooker deals. So scary! No one else will touch my face ever, he is always spot on with my Botox, never does too much, always just the perfect amount.
It seems to last a while too, I usually go two to three times a year. Dr. Sterry is super patient, attentive, and has a great bedside manner. He always makes sure he is on the same page as you before injecting to make sure you get the exact results you want. It's always a pleasure to see him and his staff. They keep great hours so I can usually swing by either before or after work.

I agree with the other reviewer. He has a very good, un-rushed manner. Consultations are one full hour. The staff are also very relaxed and calm. I'm extremely nervous about my procedure, but I feel as though I will be in good hands. His fee was almost double the fee quote I received from another surgeon in the same general location (UES) but I feel much more secure with Dr. Sterry--he provided good explanations for certain aspects of the surgery--so I feel very confident.
