Dr. Chow is a fantastic plastic surgeon with a great bedside manner. He listens so carefully and he really cares that his patients achieve the look they are going for. He is amazing, after a thorough review, he correctly diagnosed my problem as a nasal cartilage collapse. He took cartilage from my ear and rebuild my nose. After only one month I can breath extremely well. He is professional, patient and courteous and answers all questions. His staff is also courteous. I saw him at his office at Sutter Davis Hospital and would recommend him in a heartbeat.
