Leonard Gray

8 years ago or so, Dr Gray did a redo Breast Augmentation that went real bad and to this day I am still dealing with the correction from his work! The first issue was, they were way too big for my body and I stressed to him that I did not want to look like a stipper, I did say that and they do! DDD for a 5'6 120 lbs lady in her 50s. After that was completed there was nothing I could do but to go under the knife once again which I did not want to do!

I am now going to go into more detail because I think it is important. I am one of those clients that has had issue with capsulation so therefore I paid extra $$$ for the pig skin which was apparently suppose to help subside this issue, however, it did not! I then had to pay another $$$ to correct another capusulation probem and that left with my right breast much lower than the left and this is when I said to myself, enough is enough!

I then went to another DR and he said what I already knew, and that was, the implants were too big for my body and that may have been a large part of the issue as well, no pun intended. After my last surgery with Dr Gray I had written a complaint to him and shortly there after he sent me a legal letter firing me as a client! This is unheard of, when a DR does poor work they should be correcting it for free, or with a major discount, not sending letters to the clients firing them as a client! CRAZY!

This is so wrong and these DRs need to take more responsibility for their practise and make it right for the client when it goes wrong from their doing. I wish I took him to court, although, I know is takes time and money to do this as well and as a single mother I was not in the position to do so. I ended up going to another DR after spending $5,000 + to repair his poor quality of work.

I would stay clear from this DR unless you are prepared to pay more for his work if done incorrectly. I also wish I wrote this letter a long time ago, I may have saved someone else from going through this frustration and long term costs etc. I wish DR Gray would have handeled this in a better fashion like making a phone call to the client and not a legal letter excusing them as a patient. Poor manners and practise ethics.

I got breast enlargement's from Dr. Grey back in 2002. He done the best job ever I am very happy with what I received a full double D. And I actually need to get them redone I am 59 years old now and I plan to do this for my 60th birthday this year. That's my plan

If you have a complication Dr. Gray will not care. I had many issues following my breast augmentation in October of 2021. From his anesthesiologist accusing me of stealing his identity (I asked for his EIN number for insurance reimbursement) to his constantly trying to sell me expensive creams to deal with the massive stretch marks I developed as a result of his overly aggressive surgery while taking no responsibility for the result.

I had many surgeons suggest CC ranges far below Dr. Gray's due to the inability of skin to stretch, and I should have listened. Now 5 months later I am left with permanent stretch marks over the entirety of both breasts that I will have to live with for the rest of my life. Regretting life altering surgery is a horrible position to be in, consider your options carefully and find providers who will help when things go wrong.

Terrible experience. I schedule a call with them months in advance and was in the zoom waiting room for over an hour before I heard anything from them. When I did, they told me it was going to be another 10 mins and so I waited. I ended up waiting another 30 mins before I told them I was no longer going to wait. The next day, they emailed me to reschedule and I told them about the poor experience. Never heard back from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now, but I think that perhaps for services like Dr. Gray's it is more meaningful to hear the opinion of somebody who has been a patient for a couple of years now. Both my wife and I have had several procedures with Dr. Gray so it has become a family affair. I will only speak to the specifics of myself but I have had very detailed liposuction and skin tightening that gave me exactly the results I was looking for.

I followed it up with EMSculpt and was also happy with the final outcome. In 2022 I intend to return for some additional EMSculpt sessions, and after that.we shall see. We have felt well cared for in Dr. Gray's office. Even when something wasn't quite perfect, they have worked with us to ensure that we both achieved the desired results in the end.

We have learned that deciding to go down the path of cosmetic procedures is a journey and the relationship with your doctor should be approached as a mutual commitment, not an a-la-carte experience. Dr. Gray's office has nurtured that relationship with us and we recognize and appreciate that investment. Thank you to the entire staff.

I was referred to Dr. Gray by a friend. I found him to be a very thoughtful and careful surgeon. I trusted him. I had some facial work done that I had been wanting for many years. He did a fantastic job on me. It has been 3 months and the results are looking fabulous. I am very happy and would recommend Dr. Gray. I think it's nearly impossible to articulate the way that Dr. Gray has impacted my life. Dr. Gray is a professional artist. I traveled from Las Vegas to San Francisco for a revision. The surgery took six hours. Dr. Gray is a true perfectionist and took his time with me. I am extremely happy with the my results!
