I went in for a breast lift in 2001. Dr Nikolav convinced me that breast augmentation was the best way to go. It was something I had not considered so of course I trusted this high profile plastic surgeon to give me the best advice. He told me how safe saline implants are and they would last a lifetime. Very long story short, I spent over a decade of my life going from one dr to another.
I was sick all the ti.e and none of these drs could figure out why. By the time I got to year 8 with them, I thought I would die any day. I happened to see a news story with a woman who described the long list of symptoms I had and the light went off. it was the breast implants. Even saline have silicone shells that are toxic and can make you very sick after years of slowly bleeding silicone in your body.
I got them removed and my health dramatically changed. I got my life back. I reached out for Dr. Nikolav on Instagram to tell him what happened. I wrote a nice letter because I wanted him to know what I learned. He read it and blocked me instantly. Blew me away. I thought he would care and want to hear my story. That spoke volumes and made me realize he didn't care. Wow. Thats not what I expected at all. Actions say a lot. My life was ruined. I lost so much to being very sick. The medical bills could have bought 3 houses. And he doesn't even care enough to learn about breast implant illness.

I could not have been more pleased with the results of my surgery! Dr. Nikolov is a very talented doctor who takes him time to establish rapport and makes the best ethical & professional decisions for his patients. In addition, every person in that office is so welcoming, pleasant, professional & friendly in answering any questions. I have always had such a positive experience with each visit. I had a consultation with Dr. Nikolov and he was the most caring and understanding doctor. It felt like he knew me already because he described exactly what I am hoping for. He listened to my concerns in regards to my medical history, reassured me and gained my trust immediately. Apart from Dr. Nikolov, my entire experience at his office was amazing. The receptionist was kind and offered us coffee/water. The office and exam room were also very clean. Overall, I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Nikolov and his staff are fantastic. I always felt comfortable with them. Dr. Nikolov is straightforward and honest and never tried to push me or upsell me. In fact, he encouraged a lesser intervention to reach my goals, he tempered my expectations and gave me a clear picture of what the experience would be like. I love the results I got with Dr. Nikolov! He did a little work on my neck bands along with NeckTite and Fractora and I just couldn't be any happier. Dr. Nikolov was very patient in listening to me explain my concerns and took a lot of time carefully explaining every option available along with the pros and cons of each. It was really reassuring that I was with the right surgeon as he was teaching two other Plastic Surgeons the NeckTite and Fractora techniques that day.

I went to Dr Nikolov for a consultation on my breasts along with filler and botox. I've been to many Doctors in the area for consultations and Dr Nikolov made me feel the most comfortable. He is not like most the physicians who try to do more then what you need. He's very ethical and describes everything in detail. His office staff is amazing and answers all my crazy questions. I highly recommend Dr Nikolov to anyone and have sent many of my friends/family to him.
