Dr. Oleh Slupchynskyj sucks! I have had two horrible experiences with him and his staff. The first time I visited him I was kept waiting for 40 minutes while the doctor and his staff had their take-out lunch. The labyrinth which they occupy smelled like an Eastern European restaurant, and when the doctor finally arrived his hands reeked of the food he had just eaten, as did his breathe.

He gave me a perfunctory explanation of a procedure I wanted, then left me in the hands of his staff who extracted a 10% deposit before I was even sure I wanted the operation. When I cancelled they told me the money was not refundable but I could have a credit. I scheduled a second appointment to discuss this and sadly arrived just as their lunch was again delivered (this was four months later!).

Again I was kept waiting, but after half an hour I left and told the abashed receptionist (who was still gorging herself) that I was going to share this experience with the internet.

Dr. Slupchynskyj is an exceptional facial surgeon, if not the best! For years I hesitated to move forward with a rhinoplasty in light of the potential risks associated with altering ones facial appearance. Thankfully I found Dr. S. - with his extensive training and innate talent, he created a nose more perfect than I imagined. Extraordinarily, he was able to refine the cartilage while maintaining its original structure and overall look. Further, the entire experience was ideal.from the pre and post-operative appointments in his UES office, to his pleasant and capable staff.

The procedure itself was also a relative breeze, with minimal bruising and swelling. I was able to attend an event the following Friday (8 days later). I not only commend Dr. Slupchynskyj on his talent but his willingness to take on the tremendous responsibility (and assumed stress) entailed with working on individuals 'faces'. You can place your trust in his confident hands as he is not only very serious about his work, but a genuine artist. I am reminded daily how much I love my new nose. Thanks again Dr. S!

I have only had positive results from Dr. S. I went to have Botox injections for the line between my eyes and the outcome was better than I expected. I have tried going elsewhere in response to an offer for a better price and at a closer location but the results where not as good. Dr. S does a much better job and now having gone elsewhere I can appreciate his expertise. I am staying with Dr. S.

I used a Groupon here last week for Botox. what a mistake! Just after buying the Groupon I read an article about many cosmetic places that offer Groupons for Botox services skimp on the actual dose to help make up for the discount. I believe that was the case here. in addition, the bedside manner was terrible. I thought the whole point of offering a Groupon was to attract new customers and build a repeat client base.

This doctor clearly had no interest in repeat business. He spent no time understanding what I wanted and acted like he needed to be somewhere else. I had to ask for ice afterwards. What a waste of time and money. Don't bother going here.
