I can't thank Dr. Romo enough. I wished I had come to him sooner after suffering through many failed surgeries at the hands of an incompetent doctor. I wasn't expecting a miracle because of the poor state my nose was in, but Dr. Romo did his best, and my nose is in a significantly better shape than it was. Dr. Romo is an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable surgeon who understands his craft bar none. He's honest and sets clear expectations. Without pause or hesitation, I highly recommend this extremely talented doctor.

Had rhinoplasty and otoplasty performed by Dr. Romo at the same time. Both were subpar. He's not a skilled surgeon. On top of wasting energy, time and money, I allowed him to be verbally abusive. Take care of yourself and don't use Dr. Romo.

Dr. Romo and the entire team went above and beyond from the very beginning. At the initial consult Dr. Romo spent a long time with me to learn about my desired results and then made recommendations based upon what I told him. He thoroughly explained the procedure and gave me information to take home to read if I desired to learn more. On the day of the procedure Dr. Romo and his team made sure I was very comfortable and Dr. Romo went over exactly what the procedure would entail.

The results of the procedure are absolutely incredible; they are exactly what I hoped they would be. Dr. Romo truly is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. You will not be disappointed if you go to him.

Dr Romo is a brilliant surgeon. He performed my daughter's rhinoplasty a year and a half ago. Her nose is stunning. It looks natural, elegant, refined and fits her face perfectly. Dr. Romo and his team were amazing. From the consult to the day of surgery to post op their care was personal, compassionate and professional. The expertise of Romo himself was apparent during each encounter and left me with nothing but trust and confidence in his hands. My nose is freshly un-splinted and swollen, but I'm already in love with the results. I came all the way from St. Louis for this experience and it was well worth the troubles of travels. Dr. Romo is amazing! The 4.7 ratings should be a 5! Dr. Romo and his staff are incredible. I had a revision rhinoplasty after 10 yrs. I was always afraid to go back under the knife because I didn't want to make things worse. I couldn't be happier! The only thing that upsets me is having waited so long and dealing with my insecurities! Dr. Romo is a master at his craft and he truly listens to what you want.

No one knows your face better than you do because you look at yourself everyday! He did exactly what I wanted and as a result, I am so happy! I looked at some of the negative reviews (very few) -- and it's just people being super sensitive about nonsense. Dr. Romo is real. I don't need anyone wasting my time telling me what I want to hear (& trust me lots of doctors will do that - it's why I did a revision!).

I want to hear what I need to hear and Dr. Romo and I immediately clicked because of that. If you want someone with experience and abilities like very few if no other, you go to Dr. Romo!

What a great experience. Office was well run with such pleasant staff and Dr. Romo is easy to talk to and quite entertaining with his quick wit and knowledge. Everything was explained before the treatment was done and the results are fabulous. Will certainly be going back in the future.

I am so happy that I had my surgery done with Dr. Romo. I researched very thoroughly and even spoke to a few other surgeons before seeing him. I felt that the other doctors I spoke to didn't take me seriously because of my younger age. In my consultation with Dr. Romo, he acknowledged my concerns, and offered his honest and detailed feedback without suggesting improvements to anything that I wasn't already concerned about.

Every procedure he recommended were ones that I had already thoroughly researched and wanted for myself, without telling him that I was interested in those. The surgery went smoothly, the whole team was very attentive and made me feel so safe. The recovery was not terrible and was well worth it.
