After Medical school, Dr. Clark felt a commitment to serve as a medical missionary. He became certified by the American Board of Family Practice and worked among the Navajo people in New Mexico and Arizona. Returning to academia, Dr. Clark added five years of specialized surgical training and achieved his second Board Certification in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. After which he completed two years of Residency training at the University of Utah which is well recognized for excellence in Plastic Surgery.
Taking a healthy approach to the treatment of our body's largest organ, our skin, will result in a smoother, finer and more subtle skin. By drinking 8 glasses of water a day, exercising and cleansing our skins and applying a rich moisturizer, we can attempt to retard the aging process. But sometimes we need to take a more assertive action.
Patients would not think about adding a room on their house without an architectural plan. Dr. Clark uses a profile drawing that is accurate to a tenth of a millimeter. This helps the patient know what Dr. Clark plans to do and Dr. Clark know what the patient desires. This is not an exact science because of the vagaries of the healing process, but it is the closest we can get to consistently desirable results in the operating room.
