Spider veins on legs - Great experience! I was very intimidated when I called to make an appointment. When I arrived at the office I was instantly put at ease. Everyone was super friendly. The consultation was straight forward. The cost was less than I expected. The procedure was quick, easy & relatively pain free. I had been thinking about getting this done since my early 20s, but figured I would not have the means to go for it, and, frankly, figured I'd show up & they'd tell me I couldn't afford it! But that was not the case at all. To finally have this done feels amazing. Wish I would have done it 10 years ago!

Quoted me $700 per IPL treatment for my rosacea/facial flushing. Thought that price was outrageous since I would need multiple treatments. Called Advanced Skin Therapy of Smokey Point & they quoted me $275 per treatment. I guess this place only caters to upper-class people. I give 2 stars for cleanliness of establishment & the nice ladies at the front desk.

Robert and Kaitlin were absolutely superb. Friendly and professional. Listened to what we wanted and made many useful suggestions. We will definitely go back.

They helped me remove a tattoo that I had on my lower back. I hated my tattoo and was so self conscious that I would never wear anything that would show my lower back. Now I can wear whatever I want with out having to worry about it showing. I have little white spots but you can barely see it. I highly recommend Mill Creek Skin and Laser. They are very professional and I couldn't be happier with my results. Thank you so much!

I absolutely LOVE the team at Mill Creek Skin and Laser Center! So much that I brought them flowers and a homemade thank you card! I always feel so welcome, everyone is so friendly, and I can tell they actually really care about you. Dr. Lin is amazing! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, and the best at what he does! I love being educated when I get my procedures done. (I get botox for Migraine prevention and Sleep Bruxism) I have also received KTP laser sessions to get rid of a broken blood vessel under my eye.

The location of the broken blood vessel was very very tricky. In the past I have gone to different clinics in hope to get rid of it but no one could do it! So I have spent a lot of money in the past with no good outcome. Until I went to Mill Creek Skin and Laser Center! Dr. Lin was the only one who could get the results that I had hoped for! To me, that says a lot!

I would highly reccomend anyone and everyone to come here. Especially if it's a first time with any procedure. A relaxing, welcoming, comfortable and wonderful experiences! Thank You Mill Creek Skin and Laser Center!

Natasha and Megan have been the nicest people I've encountered ever. So understanding, caring, very flexible and have made the treatment a breeze with excellent communication. I highly recommend coming here for tattoo removal, it's painful but having Natasha coash me through it all has made the experience 100000% better. 2nd update I had my emsculpt session yesterday, the staff was very professional and friendly. The emsculpt is truly amazing. I definitely recommend to anyone that wants their muscle to Java a good workout. This place is always spotless clean Update After I posted this review the manager Ivonne contact me personally by phone and texted, apologize for employee behavior and return my pre-paid sessions to my account and gifted me 2 more sessions for my troubles.

She also agree to retrain her employees so this never happens again and if any issues rises in the future to contact her directly. I will say I really like the emsculpt and I have been very happy with their hydro facials. I really appreciated Ivonne's professionalism and her customer service skills. Thank you Ivonne. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Unethical employees DEFRAUDED me 2 prepaid emsculpt sessions.

I came in in July 2021during their grand opening for Emsculpt FDA approved for muscle growth. I bought the largest bundle sessions 2 digits on that day. I had 3 areas I wanted to be treated arms thighs and stomach. Of course receptionist insisted a pre- book my weekly sessions because the schedule is almost booked solid and it's recommended weekly sessions for best results.

On my first session the receptionist pushed me to get before pictures with Robert and consultation to confirm emsculpt will give the results I want. He informs that the infrared piece for the emsculpt is on back order until September and he recommends for me to wait. Do I told the receptionist please cancel 2 pre-booked sessions. She a said no problem.

Every week I ask about the 2 sessions. that were suppos to be return as unused to my pre- paid account. Every week the receptionist keep saying the "manager" is the only person who has the authority to correct computer error but not to worry because every time a client comes in for a session, employees has to Han write sessions and it was clear that I never received sessions.

It's September now and I explain to receptionist that I would come back for my 6 sessions in 3-4 months. Again she assures me my sessions would waiting for me because they don't expired. I call to schedule 2 session for 1/15/22 and the receptionist informs me I only have 4 sessions according to the computer. I explain my situation she again says to not to worry "MY Manager" will take care of it.

I check in with the same receptionist from July August and September she informs me that she was confused and that a employee just forgot to document those 2 session but sha has now corrected that and falsely hand write on the login note that I indeed received those sessions as indicated in the computer. This person has committed fraud false documentation and latterly robbed me of 2 paid emsculpt sessions. Do Not purchase any pre paid packages because you may never received paid treatment s I'm also reporting this business to BBB

The front desk staff and aestheticians are always pleasant and professional. Dr. Lin is always fascinating to talk to. I alway know I'll get great service and results.

Everything went super smooth! From the consultation to the scheduling to the treatment, now I know why people love Mill Creek Skin and Laser! I went in for them to treat some redness on my face, and doctor was very friendly and conscious of my comfortability while performing the service. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

The front desk girls seemed overwhelmed and lacked basic customer service skills, and this was the best part of my experience. The doctor and staff were all about the "upsell" until I made it very clear that I've had this procedure done and I knew what I was looking for. The manager was absolutely the rudest woman that I've ever dealt with. Never ever going back.

I have been a patient for laser hair removal for the past 4 months. Mill Creek Skin and Laser is a great choice for helping removing your hair. First off they are transgender friendly and inclusive. They ask for your pronouns on the intake form and it made me feel safe and comfortable as well as confident in my choice of my laser spa. Very reasonable prices and the gals at the front desk are always super kind and have a welcoming aesthetic and a great atmosphere. Yvonne is also very nice and explains the process of treatment well and extremely detailed.

I 100% recommend Mill Creek Skin and Laser if you are looking for a great place to help your body become more beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. 5 stars for great employees, LGBTQIA+ inclusitivity and of course, above and beyond service and results.

I gave a 3 stars and this is because I've had mixed experiences at Mill creek skin and laser! I stopped my year long membership since one of the receptionist was rude to me saying something regarding a statement I said about the diamond glow I wanted and then changing my mind and she made a big deal of me changing my mind? I think I have the right to change my mind and I do not need someone my daughters age belittling my 51 year old self!

I probably would return only because this is the only skin place with products I love in my area! Another area of concern is their high pressure sales! I don't look my age and therefore I probably don't need high cost facial treatments? Just a thought?!?! Also, I think it's unfair that after the year membership you can't go month to month?

I would have preferred that and that option wasn't given to me! Most of the receptionist are young and snotty! Just my opinion! Lastly, Michelle was my aestheticians and she left for Cali and I saw a different women for services? There was a night and day difference in services? Just saying the new gale was phenomenal and I would return to see her! Maria Rubi

I absolutely love coming to Mill Creek Skin and Laser. Yvonne, Dr. Lin and all of the staff are very professional, sweet and they know what they're talking about. My skin has been the best it's been since I started coming here. I definitely didn't see what all of the negative reviews are saying, which is unfortunate because they're truly great.

I came here for the sebacia treatment. It is not my first time getting the sebacia treatment done (a laser is used for this treatment). I saw a fantastic dermatologist in my hometown (her name is Dr. Herrmann). When I used to see Dr. Herrmann, I also got laser hair removal done, and I had no issues. Dr. Herrmann has a lot of high-profile clients, and she went to Harvard and Princeton.

She knows what she is doing. I came to Mill Creek Skin & Laser with my husband, and a lovely girl took a few pictures of my face. She was nice. After taking my pictures, she told my husband and me that a skin specialist named Yvonne would go over everything with me. When Yvonne walked in, she was nice and friendly. However, she spoke to my husband and me in a condescending manner, and she refused to listen to us.

I have olive skin, and my husband has light olive skin. If you have olive skin like me, you have to be careful when a laser is being used on your face (especially if you tan and burn at the same time like me). However, there are lasers out there that are safe for everyone. Yvonne reviewed my medical records, and she noticed that I got laser hair removal done in the past.

She abruptly asked, "Did they make you use hydroquinone before they used the laser on your face?" I said no, and she was extremely shocked. She pulled up a picture of a beautiful woman with some hyperpigmentation, and she rudely said, "If you're not careful, this will happen to you." I thought that was extremely disrespectful, and she was putting the other patient down for having some pigmentation on her face. Dealing with both hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation is not fun, and it could affect a person's self-esteem. Yvonne was very insensitive when she made that comment. Then, Yvonne kept saying that I was "very lucky" that my skin was not burned, and she kept talking about how someone accidentally burned her skin when she was getting laser hair removal done.

I wasn't "lucky, " I just saw a highly skilled dermatologist in the past who had a lot of experience with olive skin. Yvonne isn't even a dermatologist/medical professional. My husband and I looked her up on the internet, and she has an accounting/finance background. Then, Yvonne made a comment about my husband's skin tone, and she pointed out that he was "red, " which was also really rude.

I told Yvonne that I did not feel comfortable putting hydroquinone on my face since it's banned in Europe, and she wanted me to do things her way. She wasn't listening to anything I was saying. My husband and I also had a difficult time understanding her sometimes. Then, Yvonne gave me some hydroquinone, and she told me to put it on half of my face.

I asked if I should do a patch test before I put it on my face, and she said, "No, it doesn't work that way" in a condescending way. What's ironic is Yvonne mentioned that she is allergic to hydroquinone. Why would I put something on my face when I have not used it before, and I don't know how my skin is going to react to it? This doesn't make any sense. Yvonne also kept talking about hyperpigmentation. well guess what, if you put something on your face and it irritates your skin, that can also cause hyperpigmentation.

I was so frustrated that I reached out to my former dermatologist and told her about what happened. Here's what she said: "Honestly, the laser to be used should be gentle and safe enough not to have to use hydroquinone pre-treatment. I used the 1064 laser on you, which is safe for skin that's a lot darker than yours. Although it is less powerful than other lasers and often takes more treatments, it is much safer and doesn't risk pigmentation! I hope this helps." If you have olive/golden skin like me, I hope my review will help you make an educated decision.

I was finally able to COMPLETELY remove my tattoos here! I had gone through almost 10 tattoo removal sessions at another place, but they were using a q-switch laser and my removal process was going at a snail's pace. I decided to get a consultation with Mill Creek Skin & Laser, and after only a few sessions here with their picosure laser my tattoos were finally GONE! I am SO grateful for this place! The technician who saw me each time was really friendly, helpful, and reassuring.

I was suuuuuuper nervous about laser tattoo removal. From the beginning, all of the staff were friendly, informative, nurturing, and helpful. I've only had one session so far, but the process was quick and mostly painless. I am excited to see the results of my first session (gradually over the next 6 weeks), and for my next session.

The experience begins with a warm and welcoming staff. I have become a regular and look forward to seeing their smiling faces. Dr. Lin is the perfect mix of an artist and a facial engineer. He is extremely deliberate in his work and is sure to see the bigger picture, i.e. the entire face from all angles and not just one area. His use of technology is so high tech, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw his 3D images of the before and after. Thanks for making me feel beautiful!

This is the first time I've been to Mill Creek Skin and Laser and I've had nothing but an amazing experience. To start off, I was planning on getting lip filler and Botox I called to make my apt and was so excited about it. They checked in with me via email and phone call a few times to confirm my apt. On the day before I received a call just making sure I was still coming, they said they had me booked for only botox.

It was a miscommunication on my part but they fixed it right away and got me in on the day I had planned for. When I got there all the staff was friendly and so informative. I got the lip filler and Botox and the even offer free laser treatment after to help with bruising. Today I have a bump on my lip looking like a bruise but since this is my first time I was nervous.

So I called again and Yvonne reassured me that it was normal but scheduled me to come in again today to get laser on my lips to help even more with the bruising. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone. The only con I have about this place is it's sometimes hard to understand Dr. Lin, not in a drastic way to where you would feel uncomfortable not knowing what he's doing or saying but you definitely have to focus on him to get the whole picture. Overall great experience!

Awful experience here. I booked a new client consultation and treatment for Botox. I aM not new to Botox, just new to this place. When booking, I left a note asking what the price per unit/minimum units are. No one got back to me. I waited 45 minutes before anyone brought me back. The consultation wasn't even with the provider. They just showed me pictures. I'm an RN with Botox experience.

I definitely didn't need this. Then they said there was no time to actually do the Botox today and they have a minimum of 25 UNITS! That is so much. Last time I got 15 and it was WAYYY too much for me. So basically they wasted my time as well as their own. Will definitely not be back. EDIT: the staff reached out and made a very nice apology. I really appreciate that they took ownership of this situation and said they'd use it as a teaching opportunity. That said, with a minimum of 25 units, my 28 year old face probably won't come here.

I didn't actually use their services but I went in for a consultation for botox and laser hair removal. The lady whom I met with was VERY pushy and wanted to get me to do ANYTHING the same day. She said I can get the botox bit done On. The. Spot and quoted me what turned to be a HUGE dose for my face because I got it done later somewhere else with 60% of the dose she recommended!

She also suggested additional stuff to be done that I didn't need or ask for. When I left I felt like I escaped. I scheduled an appointment to start laser sessions just to get her off my back. May be they are good, but I would say they need A LOT of work on communication skills.

I have been to this place several times for a variety of different treatments! I have nothing but good things to say. Amanda at the front desk is super friendly and attentive. Yvonne is extremely knowledgeable and asked lots of questions so she could help me find the best and most cost effective solution. Dr. Lin is fantastic. I don't think most places like this have an actual doctor administering all the treatments.

Apparently he has been specializing in doing these types of procedures for over 15 years. I have had nothing but good results from this place and highly recommend it to anyone.

Very professional, started with the phone call and I got hooked me in. Very very sweet receptionists over phone & in person. The staff is the friendliness I've ever met. The doctor is very professional too. Doesn't rush me, answer all me questions and my concerns. I live in Kirkland and drive here for my appointments. I sky want to go anywhere else!

I have been coming here for awhile now and I absolutely love this place! All the staff are amazing, kind, caring and funny. They are always very helpful and go the extra mile to make you happy. They always make sure you are happy with your services and results. They helped clear up my skin so much and I can finally say I am feeling confident again.

My face looks flawless with no makeup. I also tried the Coolsculpting procedure by Robert and I had an amazing experience with them. I felt welcomed and taken care of, and made me feel safe. The outcome of the procedure was noticeable! I would definitely recommend this place highly.

Dr. Lin, Robert and staff are top notch. I've had my botox done here for years and Dr. Lin is a perfectionist. Cool Sculpting worked very well for me and Robert is like an artist when it comes to figuring out what will work best. I already have recommended to several people. I will only go here.
