First time customer. Very impressed. Our senior draft horse isn't able to shed his thick winter coat so we shear him each spring. Had to order an Oster Clipmaster drive yoke assembly as ours broke half way through his shearing. HM Nabavian was the only one who had the part in stock. Every other supplier I called was back ordered months. I was able to speak with a live person at HM Nabavian who new the products, was very pleasant to work with and I had the part three days later. That's the way to run a business and do good customer service.
