Today, I visited Blackhawk Plastic Surgery for the first time. It's a very nice facility with a friendly and helpful staff. I had HydraFacial treatment done, which is something I'd wanted to experience for a while now. Lia did a terrific job! My skin feels very smooth. I feel as if a layer of my old, dull skin was removed and a new rejuvenated skin was revealed. Lia guided me through every step of the treatment and answered every question I had.
She's a pretty knowledgeable esthetician and a pleasure to talk to. She also educated me about various products that would work for my skin. I left Blackhawk Plastic Surgery in a great mood feeling beautiful and pampered and would like to return for another HydraFacial in a month or two. I highly recommend this treatment at Blackhawk Plastic Surgery!

I usually have a good outcome with Dr. Ronan, even if his staff have not been the friendliest. This time, I am left with a dent in my cheek from fillers gone wrong. I even returned twice and the doctor dismissed my concerns. I am going to another provider to get it fixed. I will be paying for a second filler.

Overall good but wasn't prepped enough for the outcome. It would have been better if the doc had prepared me more for the post op and for what I might look like. It always felt like he was in a hurry. The nurses were great prior to the surgery but afterwards were a bit impatient with my concerns. I am not usually needy but it was my face after all. The surgery was painless and recovery okay but much longer than they said it would be. The results were good.

Professional, highly qualified staff. Every service I have had done by the team has been excellent. Over the last 2 plus year I would even fly into town from my east coast home to have Dr. Ronan and the team provide my treatments. One word on results. Amazing! I am back to California full time for the time being and have enrolled in the monthly plan, very convenient and keeps you maintained.

I've only been to one consult for a breast augmentation so far and that has been at BPS, and that is not for lack of trying. BPS was the first to respond to me and get me in for an appointment. I'm still weeks away from my next consult. They were so nice once there. Theresa the patient coordinator made me feel so comfortable, and Dr Rankin was knowledgeable and listened to me.
The visual software blew my mind. I'm still in the decision making process, but they've really impressed me this far. They've even welcomed me back to ask more questions in person at another consult.
