Women choose breast augmentation for a variety of reasons - to boost their self-confidence, restore their figures after pregnancy or breastfeeding, or fit into more flattering clothes. The scars tend to fade quickly, becoming very faint a year after surgery. Breast Augmentation is one of Dr. Berman's signature surgeries and among his top three most popular major procedures.
The procedure is performed in a small friendly surgicenter in McLean under general anesthesia. A breast lift is almost always performed at the same time as the Breast Reduction. It should be noted that the nipple is never detached from the breast, and there are no drains or external sutures involved.
A patient can elect to have either the lower lids or upper eyes done, or both at once, depending on their situation. This procedure is usually performed in the office. For the upper eyelids, Dr. Berman carries out a traditional Blepharoplasty, removing skin and sometimes fat. For the lower lids, Dr. Berman does something different than most surgeons: He makes an incision on the inside of the eyelids, (so there is no scar) to remove the fat.
Kybella is the only FDA-approved injectable treatment that destroys fat cells under the chin to improve your profile. The main ingredient in Kybella is synthetic deoxycholic acid. It destroys fat cells when injected into the chin resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin after at least 2 treatments.

Dr. Berman and his staff are wonderful! I am less than a week out from a Breast Implant Revision (22 year old implants that had capsular contraction). Dr. Berman replaced the saline implants with silicone. The experience was so good from start to finish. He is honest, straight forward, kind and extremely skilled! He just knows exactly what you need and is such a talent.
The surgery was almost pain free (just a bit the first day). I will definitely see only Dr. Berman for any future cosmetic procedures. Maria needs a shout out also -- she is his Office Manager or works in the office, not sure. My experience with her on the phone when I was looking for a surgeon is the reason I came to Dr. Berman!

Please go somewhere else this physician is awful my experience was damage to my face with no offer of repair. It is hit or miss, and should never be if he is so highly rated. No reputable surgeon makes you pay or ignores his patient when created the damage. Think about it folks. You can also buy a pristine perhaps fabricated online presence. Totally money driven.
Call the Department of Health Professionals in Virginia for his worthiness to work on your body. You will find interesting public information in reference to this physician, available to all, and not private. His practices are dirty as well. He injected me around my eyes without gloves, then informed me he had gone to bathroom, ( hands washed?) Seemed like a creepy thing to say to a female patient. I subsequently got a skin infection around my eyes and got very sick. He did nothing to help.

I saw Dr. Berman and his staff early this year and recently had a Breast Reduction and Upper Lid Blepharoplasty. From the beginning of the journey through post-op, Dr. Berman and his staff have been wonderful. I had both surgeries at the same time and that evening I was already up and walking. It's been about 2 weeks post-op and my eyes have pretty much healed with no swelling. Meanwhile, my breasts are coming along with some soreness (as expected) but feel so much better with the reduction. Dr. Berman texted me several times a day for a week, checking in on me and always stating that I could text or call him anytime with any questions. I would highly recommend him for any procedure you are interested in and his staff also gets props as well!

Dr. Berman and the rest of his team have been nothing but perfect throughout the entire process, from the consultation to the post-ops. I could not be happier choosing Dr. Berman as the results were way above anything I could expect, even comparing to other surgeons through RealSelf. Dr. Berman is a top notch surgeon and it's evident in the results of his work.

Dr. Berman and his staff are utterly amazing. From initial consults to one day post operative (today), I couldn't be more pleased. I had a tummy tuck with flank lipo and bruising and swelling are minimal. I am already thrilled with the results. And I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Berman and his team. He is very attentive and really shows compassion and skilled knowledge.
He personally took the time to go over the procedure and manage my expectations. He has reached out personally several times since I got home to check on me. I have been dreaming of getting liposuction since I was 15 years old. I carry my weight in an "apple shape" - lean legs while all my weight goes straight to my upper body (specifically my arms and stomach), making me appear disproportional even during the healthiest times of my life. When I got engaged, I decided to finally take the plunge for smart lipo.

I have been seeing Jackie for my tattoo removal and she is amazing! I've been trying to get my tattoo removed for years and always used those "Groupons" places and they have never worked. I am seeing amazing progress with just 3 sessions! Today my friend and I treated ourselves to facials and loved it! Will be coming to this center for all my needs. Dr. Berman is a wonderful surgeon and has top notch staff and customer service to teach you what is expected in an easy to grasp and accommodating way. He's a great person as well and treats all with respect and takes the patient safety very seriously. He would not operate on me until I had quit smoking for several months and that was then verified by a nicotine test to ensure I wasn't putting myself at risk and was healthy enough for my procedure. He's not only a great surgeon, but also a great man.

Currently two weeks recovering from Breast Augmentation and Tummy Tuck that was done by Dr. Berman and feeling awesome. Dr. Berman and his staff was wonderful and always so helpful. He is a very attentive doctor and was always there to answer any of my questions or concerns. After my surgery he contact me Several times to check on me and my recovery even during the holiday weekend.
