Dr. Truswell is a board certified facial plastic surgeon. He has been practicing facial plastic surgery for over 30 years in the same location and has performed over 30,000 surgical procedures on the face, head and neck. Dr. Truswell performs all procedures in a private, in-office, nationally accredited operating room with confidential, individualized, and careful attention by our nursing staff. All procedures are done in our private surgical suite. At the initial consultation we will explain all the options available to you in a friendly and private atmosphere.

Dr. William H. Truswell opened his practice in 1976 in Northampton, Massachusetts. University trained in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, Dr. Truswell limits his practice to Facial Plastic Surgery. This dedication ensures that your aesthetic and functional concerns will receive undivided attention in his practice.
It is important that you get to know who I am and what kind of work I do. I come from a family of artistically talented people. My mother, aunt and grandfather all painted, drew and sculpted. My son is a glass artist. I have been fortunate to have been able to combine my natural artistic nature with my love for medicine in my practice of Facial Plastic Surgery.
We have selected our staff with particular concern for ability, intelligence and a warm, dedicated attitude. Please feel free to approach anyone on our staff if you have questions or concerns. Lynn Truswell, J.D. is the practice manager. She works with staff and patients overseeing and ensuring that the office experience is smooth, comfortable and enjoyable.
