Everyone very nice. Clean and great facilities. Love Karli. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing laser treatment.

It's been 2+ weeks since my Blepharoplasty, I am so thrilled that I had this procedure done with Dr. Mark Petroff. I live in FL and Nantucket, did my research and when I toured the Petroff Center, I booked my appointment immediately! From my initial contact with Brianne, to my final ultrasound procedure with Whitney, I cannot give enough kudos to the team there.

Everyone is so professional, the center is very modern, contemporary and extremely neat and clean. Dr. Petroff's nurse Christy, called me two weeks prior to the procedure to go over all pre-op/post-op and answer all of my questions. Tiffany, the Nurse Anesthetist, called me the night before my procedure (after putting down her kids!) as well as the night of my procedure to see how I was doing. Unbelievable?

When I left the OR, Deanna (Dr. Petroff's OR RN) got me a cup of good hot coffee and some vaseline for my lips. I even went home with a dozen yellow roses and the monogrammed coffee cup! A month before the procedure, I had a printed spiral notebook of all my upcoming appointments and what to expect before, during and after the procedure. I also received Vitamins and a regimen to follow before and after.

Since this was my very first cosmetic procedure, it was incredibly helpful information and very thorough. I also want to mention Carly, Dr. Petroff's MA, as she is just as professional at her job as the rest. If you are reading this and contemplating where to have any cosmetic improvements, I can first-hand strongly recommend the Petroff Center. I understand that Dr. Petroff's wife, Karen, is a big part of their growing and very successful business and I'm just very grateful and thankful to everyone there who looked after me including the gals at the reception desk. Thank you!

Very pleasant experience Greeted immediately upon arrival, offered cold bottled water while reading through financial requirements. Dr. Petroff, was professional and thorough with his questions and explanations of procedures and what to expect pre and post surgically and was happy to answer and explain his answers to my questions. Brianna, his assistant, was very kind, easy to talk with and made scheduling easy. Was looking for a May or June appointment but no appointments we're available until November. Brianna, called me later in the day letting me know of a cancellation so I was able to get a May appointment. Looking forward to my surgery and recovery so I am ready for our son's wedding in October!

Dr. Petroff and his staff are careful listeners. Their caring treatment of everyone in the office was evident. I'm looking forward to my visits with them.

The Petroff Center did an amazing job. I went In for a rhinoplasty and a otoplasty the same time. I was fairly nervous and excited to get the procedure 8 was having done since it was my very first surgery I've ever had. Everyone was so wonderful and comforting. They told me exactly what to expect before hand and reminded me multiple times before the surgery of the dos and dont's to ensure best results.

I especially had a great experience with Heidi, Christie and Tiffany the anesthesiologist. Of course Dr. Mark Petroff works wonders and listens to exactly what you'd like as an outcome and performs exquisitely to those standards. I highly recommend anyone who would like to get a procedure done to consider him.

I highly recommend the Petroff Center and any services they offer. The staff is incredible and within just a few hours will make you feel (and look) like a queen! The center is easy to get to, staff work with you to scheduled appointments that fit your schedule and needs, and the results exceed expectations.

I have had fantastic experiences at the Petroff Center Medi-Spa! Deanna and Christy do an incredible job with injections and fillers. They are thorough and meticulous, taking their time to make sure I get the result I am after. I couldn't be more pleased with my results! I also see Melissa for facials. She takes special care with my sensitive skin and that is much appreciated. I highly recommend Petroff Center!

As a retired health care provider, I see things a lay person may not. I must say this facility surpasses expectations on every level. First of all, from Dr. Petroff on down, all the staff are superlative, treating their clients with compassion and respect. Every need is recognized and met. The book I received in the mail was so detailed in explaining every aspect of my care.

Very reassuring! No issue with confusion over directions or expectations. I could go on, but suffice it to say, I could not be more pleased with my treatment at the Petroff Center, and I would not hesitate to recommend this extraordinary clinic to anyone wanting the best care available.

I've had several things done at the Petroff Center. Everything they do here is top notch. Dr Petroff is amazing, he listens to what you want and gives great input to help you get the best results. All of the ladies in this office are amazing at the facials, eyebrows etc. Just love the Petroff Center. I would never go anywhere else.
