You want natural and perfection?! Lesley's your gal! I've been seeing her for several years now and appreciate she's as thorough today as she was on day one. She listens to my concerns and wants and then explains, in depth, why something works or doesn't. Best compliment I often get is you are NOT xyz old, you can't be! Ha!

The nurses and estheticians are always pleasant, but the woman who collects your payment is consistently rude and condescending. I have been there three times and it's always the same. I would look for another place to go, but have had inexperienced injections performed at 3 other locations in the Portland area so bring your thick skin and just appreciate how kind everyone else is there! They will do a good job!

My experience has been very positive when coming here. Very pristine environment and the staff members were very friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with my choice of coming here. Thank you for changing my life. To add, I really liked my doctor, she was so kind!

I have been so happy with the Waldorf! I've had the opportunity to try many of their services, of which I have been so pleased with. I have my go to girl Leslie, who is so skilled, talented & informative & she feels like family to me!

I have had a wonderful experience here. The office is lovely and my provider, Christina, is incredible. She really listens and creates a treatment plan accordingly. She is also just a really nice person who is fun to work with. Recommend highly.

Rude receptionist, spoke to my mother waiting in the lobby with me as if she were a child, telling her she had to go wait in the car. Then she opened a bag of caramel corn and was passing it around to the other receptionists, talking loudly about how delicious it was. Just simply in bad taste at a doctors office for plastic surgery. The little consultant I met with was speedy, no small talk and uninformative.

She had to be called out to the receptionist desk twice to answer basic questions and explain things she did not touch on earlier and absolutely should have done so. Overall it was a rude, abrupt experience with no warmth or compassion from anyone I met with. Not a great first impression at all. So disappointed after the good things I heard about Dr. Waldorf.

I had my augmentation here per Dr. Waldorf herself, in addition to both Botox and subtle lip fillers. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The clinic is incredibly professional and they are all about subtle, natural changes. My initial consults were always informative, realistic, and there was a lack of pressure to make changes about my body in any way. Dr. Waldorf and her colleagues are incredibly responsive, available, and respectful of your personal wishes. I have only positive things to say about my experience here. I will definitely continue to come back!

Was able to get in quickly. Saw the PA, Erin, who was knowledgeable and compassionate towards my condition. I was able to get booked for an in-office procedure within 2 weeks. The office staff was very inviting and pre-visit paperwork was a breeze. This was a very satisfying experience.

I had my first appointment with the Waldorf Center. I was so impressed with how informative, friendly and comfortable they made me feel. They took time to answer all my questions, and were very thorough with the possible procedures that they recommended, but did not push- leaving the decision up to me. They were also excellent with several reminders before my appointment, as well as zero wait time in the lobby. I highly recommend the Waldorf Center.

There is no better plastic surgeon than Dr. Waldorf, top of the line. I have had two different plastic surgeries with her, the first was a tummy tuck vertically and horizontally and a breast lift (so 3 surgeries in one) and the second surgery was gummy bear breast implants and an upper body lift and arm excess skin removal. I have referred two other women to her, who have both gotten plastic surgery with her and loved her too. She's the best at what she does!

I was here in 2016 for surgery and they did amazing job and they was nice.

From the moment you are greeted by the wonderful Marjorie, this is a pleasant place to be seen. Erin is professional and talented, and is always honest with me about what will work and what won't.

I had an accident in February that caused damage to my nose and my forehead. Seeing the scars every day in the mirror bothered me so I decided to explore what I could do about it. Erin and the team at Waldorf took great care of me and I loved that they noted on their website having experience in dealing with male plastic surgery. I'm getting married in a few weeks and I'm so excited to feel good about how I will look in those photos that will last a lifetime. I'll be forever grateful to Erin and the Waldorf team. Highly recommend them.

I really like this office. It's clean and modern. The staff has always been courteous and on time. The doctor I had my initial consultation with was very pleasant and honest about the fact that I wasn't a good candidate for Lipo. I've had Cool Sculpting twice and Botox once. Each time, the staff has been willing to answer any questions I've had. Honestly speaking, though, I'm disappointed in my Cool Sculpting results.

I eat healthy and have been working out for years, but still have pesky problem areas that won't go away. Cool Sculpting sounded like it may be the perfect solution. Sadly, my before and after pictures are basically identical. In fairness, I wouldn't say that's a reflection of the office itself - more so a reflection of Cool Sculpting's technology. Fortunately, Waldorf's prices are more reasonable than the other two offices I had consultations at, so I didn't waste quite so much money. I would recommend this office overall, but would not personally recommend Cool Sculpting.

If I could give zero stars, I would. So disappointed! This is going to be a very negative review. I went to Waldorf to celebrate my bday facial. A gift for myself. Something I rarely do because I'm a busy mom. The receptionist, Marjorie, is rude rude rude. I had to cancel my appointment because I just found out that I'm Covid positive. I woke up super sick and knew I had to do the right thing and let the center know ASAP.

Instead of using positive customer service skills, She let me know that I would need to pay a cancellation fee and spoke over me the entire time. I felt totally disrespected. She wasn't kind and was incredibly smug. I run my own business and when a client calls me to let me know they need to cancel because they are sick or COVID positive, I'm so appreciative that they let me know, so my staff and I don't get sick.

I guess when it's not your business, you really don't care what you say or how you treat people, Marjorie. Having systems in place due to COVID requires flexibility, compassion and understanding. Be human! I've been going to the medi spa there for over 10 years now, and I will not return. Marjorie needs to go back to some sort of customer service training. She isn't good at answering the phones.

A very friendly and welcoming experience for me. The professional staff of experts answered my questions with no high pressure sales tactics. I was given options to consider and booked my appointment for a facial. Wow, my skin looks FANTASTIC! I've been back three more times with facial expert, Rebecca. Also see Leslie to erase those "11's" between your brows. I promise, you're going to love this place.

Just paid $14/unit for botox after explaining multiple times including when making the appointment and to the woman administering the injections that I was doing a touch up to use points that we're about to expire. When I went to pay I was told that I was not allowed to use points for only 10 units. The surgeons are quite good but I certainly will not return for other services now that they have caused me to waste $70 in points. ETA: The business called and offered a refund for the $70 in points I was not able to use. I am very happy with the way they handled it.

Dr. Waldorf did a scar revision for me in June 2019. She's a miracle worker with outstanding skills. She gives detailed explanations and listens to your concerns. Although the location is a bit of a drive for me, I'm so glad I trusted Dr. Waldorf. I had cancelled a lower bleph for financial reasons and her staff was incredibly kind and understanding. No pressure. No shaming. Now I'm ready to schedule it and can't imagine going to anyone but Dr. Waldorf!

I've been coming to Waldorf, specifically for Lesley for over 2 years now. She is friendly, honest and makes me feel so comfortable each time. She makes sure i don't have any pain during procedures and explains them fully. I will continue to come back because of her great service!

Rosa, who answered my call when I called to schedule a couple appointments. She was super professional, explained the process of registering online, explained what the email would look like (in case it went to spam) so I would be able to use the online registration. She even offered to walk me through the registration, should I want her too. I then scheduled a consultation, and Rosa was so helpful in guiding me in the right direction for my thoughts/needs.

I then scheduled a couple services with Tracy Cinnera, one of them being the hydro-facial. I was not disappointed! She was incredibly professional as well, explained to me in detail everything she was doing, and why. She made me feel so at ease. We talked about how we should move forward, in order to receive the best results for my needs. I look forward to going back in for my consult as well as seeing Tracy on a regular basis!

I have been to the Waldorf Center twice now for separate procedures. The facility is warm and inviting and makes you feel more comfortable. I really appreciated how clean it was! Kristina Jacobson who has assisted me with my lip fillers (Juvederm) made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire process and kept my happiness and my results as the top priority.

This is rare to find and because it is a more expensive procedure having this type of customer service only adds to the experience. I will definitely be repeating my appointments and spreading the word!

I have to say I was nervous about getting filler and botox until I started seeing Erin M! She listens to my concerns regarding the areas I want to improve and I always leave very happy and continue to enjoy the results.

Erin was dishonest about the procedure and its pricing. She is rude and off putting. Her work is subpar and she doesn't care at all about her patients. This place gets an F from me. She is unpleasant to deal with, doesn't listen to her patients and she only cares about her own agenda. I don't like what she did. I am unhappy and it is frustrating because we specifically had this conversation about what I wanted before the procedure. I will never be back, she has completely ruined my experience here. The front desk staff is nice but thats all that is good about this place.

Dr. Rachel Streu is not only is an amazing person but she was a godsend to me. I had multiple lipoma's (fatty lumps) all over my body but they were especially large in my thighs. It looked like I had gravel under my skin and it affected my ability to wear light colored slacks and skirts. One lipoma on my hip was the size and thickness of a flip phone.

Every doctor I called, including Kaiser, gave me ridiculous prices for removing these fatty lumps and warned me that removal would leave dimples. I felt hopeless because I had so many and I didn't care if they left dimples. I was desperate to have them gone but at the point of giving up when I made one last call to The Waldorf Center. I had a consultation with Dr. Streu and she worked out a, "volume discount, " for me.

You can't imagine my gratitude and it almost makes me cry to think about it now because this will be a lifelong issue for me as new lumps continue to grow. I should have written this review much sooner (my bad) but it's now over a year later and I don't have dimples at all and the scars are barely noticeable. Even the location where the large lipoma was removed from my hip is barely visible. Dr. Streu and her assistant Erin were both amazing and made me feel so comfortable.

It was clear that they clearly care about their patients and I would put complete trust in Dr. Streu for any future cosmetic procedures. I cannot recommend her and The Waldorf Center highly enough!

The care I received by Dr. Streu and all of her staff was TOP NOTCH. Every question I asked, or any request I had has always been answered or followed up with me in an efficient and complete manner. The staff in the office are super sweet and helpful ALWAYS. I am THRILLED with my results and will absolutely recommend Dr. Streu.

I cannot express the service and trust I have for the team at Waldorf. Dr. Streu has changed my confidence and poise in every way possible. I was always nervous to trust anyone to change the things I wasn't pleased with appearance wise. After my mother passed, I decided to change the idea of fear and go for it. I found Waldorf to be welcoming, and unbiased for my young age when getting filler, Kybella.

I wanted to feel beautiful again after such a loss in my life. Dr. Streu did just that, she accentuated my appearance, focusing on keeping it natural. She sewed up my gauged ears and they have never felt better. She got rid of the fat under my chin with kybella and I've never looked back. And now she helps with my stress lines on my forehead and lips to define my smile.

I am one happy, strong young woman. I recommend her to anyone I meet, along with the reception team and nurses who are always on their A game. I've attached pictures of back when to where I am now. Transformation takes no fear and a team to trust when doing so.

The Waldorf is my #1 choice for all things beauty! I've had many treatments done their and am always impressed with my results. Everyone is formally medically trained. Even their injectors are all physicians assistants, nurse practitioners or RNs with decades of experience! The entire staff is warm & welcoming. I also appreciate the convenient location, spacious parking, and private setting.

I honestly cannot rave about The Waldorf Center For Plastic Surgery enough. I highly recommend them and trust them for each and every need I currently have and will encounter as I age. They're making my aging process as graceful as possible and I've never felt more beautiful in my own skin.

This was my first time at The Waldorf Center for a consultation I had. I've previously had a consultation for the same surgery at a different place and walked out in tears with how they treated me because I look very young(they assumed I can't afford the surgery so wouldn't give me the time of day) after that experience I was extremely nervous to go to another consultation at a new place.

From the moment I walked in to the Waldorf center, to the moment I walked out I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness. Everyone I talked to was super professional, informative and made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely be sticking with them from now on!

Our whole experience with the Waldorf Center has been wonderful. Every person here seems to really care about you. Marjorie at the front desk begins your visit with a positive and welcoming smile. Dr. Streu and PA-C Weggenman have guided us thoroughly throughout our journey here. Informing and assuring us of what to expect at each phase. A real glass act and exceptional lobby. Very great experience with Dr Waldorf and the Wilshire surgery center. Had a tummy tuck breast lift and breast augmentation may 2019 and all went well I'm 2 weeks out and very happy with results even with all my swelling still. Great Surgeon great staff.

This is long over due. My experience with Dr. Waldorf was amazing. I felt supported by her right upon meeting her for my consult 2 years ago. She's friendly, but felt more like a mother that wanted to help guide me and inform me. Each day I wake up I am genuinely so thankful for my own body, and that Waldorf Center even exists; I finally feel like I live in a skin that is my own. I never thought that dream would come true for me after 21 years of obesity.

My family and I owe a lot to Dr. Kathleen Waldorf. Because I was born with a cleft palette, my mouth region required a lot of corrective surgery to even out my nostrils and reconstruct my Cupid's bow. The whole process took over ten years, and I can honestly say that I could not be happier with my smile. Dr. Waldorf took great care to ensure that the scarring is barely visible.

Melissa dermaplaned my face and made it feel like a baby's. I'm telling you it feels and looks better than it has in my whole life! She's amazing go see her.

The staff, doctors, and office is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly and very well educated. I always look forward to going here.

I have called repeatedly and have had no resolution or amicable response so please do not post that you indeed care. if satisfaction requires me dumping $1200 for a facility fee to fix this horrible surgical outcome I would have to conclude you really don't care. I'll post more pictures of my failed abdominal surgery & horrific results there
