Bad place wait is usually 1 hour to see doctor for 5 min or less, I've seen Jacqueline Levin and Dr biro for I think 5+ years and my skin was NEVER clear for psoriasis, always remaining patches, I've been with them for light box therapy, humira, stellara and they couldn't help me and had me waiting an hour in that waiting room to see nurse then doctor for 5 min or less visit.

For me and my experience there it's a solid 1 star. The receptionist ladies were always pleasant but the overall rating still 1 star. My current doctor is much better and my skin is clearing up wonderfully in less than a year visit, no long waits and way better experience still in bay ridge too. I'm not going to reveal on here. It's considered bad to promote another doctor while I'm bad mouthing previous doctor.

I've been coming here for years and although I'm not as consistent as I should be, this place remains great. I love and highly recommend asking for Dr. Jacqueline, she's the best in my opinion. She will give you all proper face meds needed for that skin glow! I feel safe in her hands and she really does give great and sound skin advice to her patients. Deff book an appointment with them. I started seeing them in the early 20s, I'm now 30 and I still love this place for all my acne needs.

This place is so amazing! The receptionist & Dr. Jacqueline Levine are just stunning. I was having a bad skin reaction and suddenly called them to see if I can be seen as a emergency and they were so understanding and accommodating. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. I love this place I been coming here since I was a young kid and still go there till this day. The stuff are amazing and Dr. biro too. Always helps me with my situations. Definitely recommend this place and recommend Dr. biro.

I was so pleased with the care and concern of Dr. Biro and his assistant, Kim. I had mohs surgery and had no pain or black and blues and it healed beautifully. I came to Brooklyn from Long Island for the surgery. They are Top Notch. I would do it again.

VERY professional, concerned about your medical treatment & related issues. I myself have agoraphobia from an assault at the time I had extremely poor memory from central brain concussion. I.was unable to Retrieve my current or past memories example mother Father plus siblings and special Loved ones Nine.year live in relationship, which was wonderful and a soulmate Very sweet Special Persom, results to a MANY memorial years of beautiful LIFE as of 16yrs until passing of CANCER 2012.

I THANK GOD for my ability healing process to retrieve my faculties even though I have to work at my remaining medical problems Blessings were received by GOD. I heard them pronounce dead they revived me several times I am now 60 yrs young fortunately I Defied the Neurologist surgeon. Despite the fact that I have seizures disorder and I frequently have been on the ground outside from seizing wound up in.emergency Hospital too often unconscious In the now for 3.years I am fortunate enough to to have a new Beginning A very Loving and accepting fiancee, he accepted and especially Loves me Despite being days can be trying Amd inconvenient often I want to Thank Doctor & staff, due to the fact that I have trouble leaving the house, and in business cancellations Can be disrespectful their could be a patient in need of that appointment.

The office dmv is comfortable even though I have flight reaction I don't think That I expressed how Professional and especially connecting with patience, very courteous toward me and kind, not knowing how difficult it is to must show up anywhere. Thank you, Connie Giacchino

If you need cosmetic procedures like Botox and fillers, this is not the place to go. They'll make you look worse than the way you walked in. That said, it doesn't end with him, his staff is rude and unprofessional.

Multiple visits that aren't really necessary. Very inconvenient. Poor communication, multiple complaints from local patients that have found better care. Should have asked around for referrals first, very disappointed.

I would not recommend this place it is very cold and unwelcoming as if it is too much trouble. The nurse was indifferent and totally uncaring. I saw a Jacqueline Levine I wonder why she is there I am an old woman and she had to examine me without clothes on, I felt embarrassed she certainly has no bedside manner. I think she told me I don't have skin cancer and I went for my milia which I still have plus a few scabs no advice on cream for the skin my feeling is they they just cannot be bothered. skip this place

This place does not even deserve a rating. I have been searching for a dermatologist in the area and so I called this place up. I spoke to a really nasty lady and she told me that they do not take my plan. She informed me that I could call up my provider and find out where I can find a doctor. I did exactly that and after putting in my information for my provider, they gave me a listing for a doctors office near me.

I call up and it's the same number from the last time. So the nasty lady gets on the phone and I started out saying I'm sorry if I called a second time, but i just got off the phone with my provider and this is what they gave me. This lady was sooooo nasty. She was getting an attitude and telling me that I was wrong that they do not take my plan.

And I'm telling her what I was informed and omg she was so rude. Yelling at me when I wasn't even raising my voice. News Flash: IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB, leave. You are suppose to be professional and you are in a place where you are suppose to have a calm demeanor. Glad my plan isn't accepted at this place, I could tell I would of had a massive attitude on my hands. Nasty nasty.

Several years ago I had a simply horrible experience with the younger of the two doctors. I had lesions in my mouth, and after a runaround with other physicians I was referred here. He prescribed a cream for me to apply in my mouth which said not to be taken internally. When I asked he told me I was not going to swallow so it was OK. It was not. I spent the next few days in horrid pain. He might be great on skin disease, but he did me no good.

My son was at Dr Biro's office, waited two hours and was quite surprised when instead of seeing a dermatologist he was seen by the PA. They also charged him the $40 copay when his insurance card said no copays for full time students. have been trying to get the money back but no response yet. Will not go back to this office
