I cant rave enough about Dr. Broadway and his staff. Deciding to get plastic surgery on an area of your body that has bothered you for years is an incredibly vulnerable, and scary feeling. At least it was for me. Dr. Broadway put me at ease from the moment I met him for my consultation. I knew right away he was the right Dr. for me. He performed a Tummy Tuck on me.

My recovery was so much easier than I thought it would be, almost pain free! The care I have received after my surgery has been spectacular. To finally look in the mirror and actually like the reflection I see has changed my life in more ways than I could have even imagined!

Biggest rip off. the device that removes hair folicles clogged in the first 3 minutes of the procedure. "Rowdy", the tech performing the procedure said the facility chose to buy a cheaper, less powerful device that clogs up too easily. He, "Rowdy", sighed and said something to the effect that this would be a tedious process since he'd have to perform the hair follicle removals manually by hand.

The tech was rushed, and did a poor job due to the tiring process of manual hair follicle removal. I asked about this poor service after the procedure and was ignored by Dr Navarro. Oh, also the tech casually informed me of the limits of neograft hair follicle placement during the procedure, limits that Dr. Navarro intentionally omitted during 2 pre procedure consultations. Misled is an understatement.

Nothing negative to say about this experience. I have beautiful results. Dr. Broadway and his staff took care in their work and the service. Each step of the process was well informed and Dr. Broadway and staff were always pleasant to work with! 10/10

I have been wanting Botox and fillers for a while but was to chicken. However I call Dr. Broadways office because everyone I know that has had plastic surgery has gone to his practice. When I called and went over what I wanted I was reassured Rachel was the one to go to that specializes in what I was looking for. I was soooo nervous not Knowing what to expect.

I am a high end Professional and so is Rachel! She gave me piece of mind, listens to what procedures I knew about and what ones I didn't. She is so personal and asked questions about me, my career, my family, and what I was looking for. She told me about all of the different types of injections and why each one is a benefit to enhance my lips, and reduce any lines.

We ended up doing Botox on my forehead and instead of a lip filler we did a lip flip. Can I just say not only do I look 15 years younger my confidence is way higher. Amazing staff and amazing Doctor. I was very pleased with my results. I had to reach out to Dr. Broadway on the weekend for questions and he was very understanding and helpful. The ladies in the office were so nice and encouraging. Healing took a little longer than we had expected for my surgery but everything is perfect now and I couldn't be happier!
