I was VERY pleased with the services that I received from Dr. Pollard. She was thorough, gentle and friendly. I highly recommend her to anyone! And let's not forget the receptionist, Tina! She's so efficient and exhibited excellent customer care! If I could have rated 6 stars, I would have without hesitation!

Great Experience! I've seen various medical professionals for Botox and filler over the years, but I had strong reactions that would cause me to stay home. A friend (who is stunning) recommended Dr. Pollard. Her touch is so light I never bruise or swell. When the time comes I will definitely be using her for more invasive procedures.

Dr. Pollard is a competent surgeon with a professional bedside manner. She did a a nice job on my earlobe repair - no scaring. Unfortunately, my suture removal process was not seamless. I had to return to the office for an additional two visits to ensure proper removal. During the second follow-up visit I mentioned that my son commented on the visible sutures and the staffer said "Why didn't you just let you son take them out?".

Obviously an inappropriate comment. The staffer appeared be rushing - so I asked her to make sure the sutures were indeed removed. When I returned home I was disappointed to see once again that sutures remained. Fortunately for the 3rd visit Dr. Pollard was called in and the procedure was finally complete. Lesson learned to advocate while still in the office if you not satisfied with your service.

I had an earlobe repair. Tina the receptionist greeted me with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Pollard was terrific. She was personable, friendly, efficient and fast. I strongly recommend using this office for any of your plastic surgery needs.

I was very pleased with my earlobe repair done by Dr. Pollard, but when I went back for the repiercing I was told I had to pay an Xtra $100 to repierce my 2nd hole that was repaired. Ms. Cox was very nice but she missed the mark we agreed on to put the 2nd hole so it looks very lopsided on one ear now. Needless to say I'm not very pleased with the outcome of my repiercing.

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Pollard's office. I have committed to moving forward and I am looking forward. Good customer service and bedside manner can definitely put your mind to ease.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Pollard. I came in for earlobe reconstruction as my earlobe had split. The surgery was financially reasonable, and could not believe that the follow up appt included me getting my ear re-pierced. As many places want to charge for the reconstruction and pay separately for re-piercing your ear.

She is Bala Cynwyd's best kept secret. I informed my sister about her services. I am also a jewelry consultant and followed up with my fellow jewelry consultants to make sure they are aware of Dr. Pollard as well. If you are thinking about any of her services she provides please make a consultation as soon as possible. She is the real deal!

The staff and Doctor was very helpful and polite. I had very good visit. I'm very satisfied with my visit and all the information that was given to me.

Love the staff and Dr. Pollard. Definitely want the procedure that I was consulted on. Met with the finance person and the cost was in the range that I was prepared to pay. I signed paperwork and scheduled procedure date. Then right before completion and paying my down payment -the price changed. It changed a significant amount so sadly I won't be getting the procedure. I will shop around but I really wanted Dr. Pollard to do the procedure - she made me feel comfortable during the consultation.

I was very nervous walking in because this surgery is something I've been thinking about for years. Everyone made me feel right at home. I can't wait to update again with my results!

I only left a few hours ago, but I already need to share my experience! I am ecstatic with the results of my fillers, and I know I still might have a few days of swelling ahead of me, but I am so happy with how I look. It's as subtle as I wanted, my friend didn't even notice until I told her, then she commented on how my under eye fillers added definition to my cheeks, bonus!

Of course, I need to mention how incredibly genuine and personable the staff (Tina and Gabrielle) and Dr. Pollard all were. They made me feel comfortable and like I wasn't even meeting them for the first time. This is something I NEVER feel at a doctor's office. And, right after my injections I was a little nervous with the initial swelling, Dr. Pollard didn't make me feel silly about my questions. Gabrielle was amazing with getting me signed up to get some money off.

I thought it was great as I was checking out, Tina said she always calls a week after to follow-up. So welcoming. I expect to be back, and the money off was appreciated, but I'd pay full price for the whole experience! I will absolutely refer any interested friends! Thank you!

I just finished my last appointment with Dr. Pollard and I can honestly say this was one of the best investments in myself I've ever made. From the initial intake meeting to the surgery to the extensive follow up (for me it was over a year!) the services were top notch. Dr. Pollard explained my procedure clearly, and really listened to the results.

I wanted to achieve. A true professional, she didn't sugarcoat anything and was very straightforward about what the procedure could and could not achieve, which I really appreciated. And her extensive pre-operation/post-op instructions gave me a great sense of security that she cared about my overall health. I had a wonderful experience with Dr Pollard and her staff. I had been in pain for many years due to extremely large breast. After talking with a number of doctors, I went to see Dr. Pollard who was referred to me. It was the best decision I ever made. She is extremely competent and I feel better than I have in over 10 years. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions helping me to relax.

She performed a breast reduced/lift and I have not had any back or shoulder pain since. I have minimal to no scars. I would recommend anyone with large breast which are causing back, neck or shoulder pain to pay her a visit. She along with her staff are a great team!

I realized my original review was not on her claimed official yelp page. Dr. Pollard and her staff are professional and personable! They truly listen and make sure to give you the honest answers and help you achieve realistic results. The other reviews seem extreme and unlikely after my recent visits to her office. I can say that her bedside manner is exactly what you want--caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and precise. I have recommended multiple friends to her office and every single person has loved the service, treatment, and results they have achieved.

100% GO HERE. Every single time I walked in that office, I felt EXTREMELY comfortable. All the staff are friendly and personable. Dr. Pollard was very patient with all the questions I had about my breast mastopexy, and Tina (the medical care coordinator) went through a complete and very thoroughly prepared pre-and-post operative timeline in. order to ensure I had success and comfort every step of the way.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pollard to anyone who is considering having any type of plastic surgery completed - she tells you the truth and doesn't set any unrealistic expectations - so there is no room for disappointment at all before or after your procedure is complete. It was the best decision I've made in my entire life, and I am so thankful for her 27 years of experience. I can't say better words about her. Go go go go go!

Dr. Pollard performed my surgery almost 15 years ago and I remain extremely pleased with her work! I remember her being a very knowledgeable, caring, detail oriented, practitioner. She took time to explain everything involved in my surgery in language that I could understand. She even guided me with post-surgical "retail therapy" advice. I was impressed with her staff, a team of caring, professionals. If I ever want or need any other cosmetic surgery I would only consider Dr. Pollard.
