I had breast explant surgery 4 weeks ago by Dr Bayati. She was compassionate, thorough, professional and efficient. She made me feel comfortable and confident without pressuring me. I am so pleased with my results and recovery. The staff is amazing and equally sympathetic with their patients. The office is clean and beautiful and they have their own surgical center next door.

She gave me different options for pain management which made my recovery easy. I'm so grateful I found her and highly recommend Dr Bayati and her team because I know they will go above and beyond anyones expectations.

Fantastic experience and terrific results! Dr. Bayati is certainly an "Artist in Scrubs". The procedure was lengthy but done with precision. The office staff and her medical assistant were most professional and friendly! Lindsey was especially responsive to any questions or concerns I had, answering my questions thoroughly and quickly even over the weekend. Dr. Bayati is a Great Professional & Responsive Physician, and highly recommended!

She left me in excruciating pain after my surgery! I had major surgery from her and she prescribed basic vicodin. I had broken bones, hardware installed and the swelling and pain was intense. The 1st night was so bad, (really throbbing), it was keeping me awake, crying in UNBEARABLE PAIN! I almost went to the ER, but instead, called her in the middle of the night begging for something so I could tolerate the pain (even just to sleep).

She told me she couldn't'? ( WTF?). Only years later, did I realize she SHOULD have prescribed me percocet (my mother's a pharmaceutical rep and she informed me that it would have been far better at releaving my pain). Even a few pills would have gotten me through the first few days - especially at night - so I didn't haver to suffer and cry in pain.

But she didn't care about me, as a patient, or my pain and suffering. She has TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER. Plus it's a doctor's basic job to actually treat a post MAJOR SURGERY patient with something to avoid pain and suffering. I had newly broken bones, freshly cut deep wounds and tremendous swelling. I also found out she did unnecessary surgery after going to another surgeon and showing him my x-rays.

She also tried to talk me into getting liposuction (I only weighed 110 lbs at the time) - so, of course, I didn't. Best to avoid this doctor! She doesn't care about you and will leave you in pain and suffering. EDIT - She DID NOT give me any type of "medical" cocktail. She only prescribed basic vicodin. So that is a COMPLETE LIE!

I had a procedure a little over one month ago. I am very happy with the results thus far. Dr. Bayati and her entire office, surgical and recovery staff were extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail what I should expect before, during and after my procedure. I look forward to my recovery journey with Dr. Bayati and her staff. Recommended highly.

Dr. Bayati and her team have exceeded all of my expectations during this process for myself, and truly made me feel so comfortable. They were all friendly, professional, and open to hearing all of your thoughts, questions, and concerns. I left my first consultation feeling like I had a whole team of professionals who truly cared, and would be there for me throughout this entire process, every step of the way.

Lovely, supportive staff of women who thoroughly understand women! No matter the reason for walking through the doors of Dr Bayati's office you will immediately feel safe. FYI I came because one of my dearest girlfriends had the most amazing facelift results I have ever seen.and she is 13 years older. Her skin at 73 looks like mine did as a teenager. I had the worst experience of my life, seeing Dr. Bayati. Not only did she keep my $10,560.00 when I cancelled 8 days before surgery, but got very defensive, said I'd read/understood her policy - then hung up on me! That sounds more like an adolescent - not a so-called professional. I would highly recommend reading all of the small print on her so-called contract and ensure that you know what you're getting into. Any PROFESSIONAL would try to work out a resolution, rather than keep the money for her next car or house payment. So disappointing.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bayati Since 2007. In 2015 we made the decision to change my saline implants to silicone. I had amazing results and my husband and I were very happy and I looked great in my bikini and that gave me a lot of confidence. Fast forward to August 2020, I started having a-lot of symptoms that were persistent and not getting better.

I had to undergo foot surgery and I just couldn't seem to recover. My symptoms were very severe, fatigue, neck and back pain, muscle spasm, severe twitching on the right side of my body. I had migraines, insomnia, vertigo, hair loss, dry eyes, I could not work any more with my husband. After several Dr appointments with my primary doctors, Neurosurgeon, Pain management, Phsycial Therpy, one of the specialists even told me I had MND - ALS and that It needed to be ruled it out. PLEASE KNOW I ASKED EACH DOCTOR for 14 months could this be BREAST IMPLANT ILLNESSES.

Long story short I set out to prove him wrong 8 weeks ago and I went directly to Dr Bayati and told her what I had been going though. Dr Bayati listened to me, and told me my symptoms could be related to my implants. she could tell just by looking at me. my eyes were yellow. Dr Bayati did my explant on October 15, 2021 and what she found was a ruptured right implant that had exploded with trauma.

This trauma caused the silicon to leak into the right side of chest and right shoulder. I believe I was injured due to a routine mammogram done august 2020 when my symptoms started. My rupture did not show up on my mammogram august 2021. I am 16 days post op and my symptoms have been resolved. I can now walk without pain, move my neck from left to right, I have my energy back and my eyes and white and clear.

If you are suffering and think you may have BIl get your life back. Dr Bayati is truly a life saver. Best Doctor in Orange County Hands Down! The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, kind. and makes you feel like family. I survived my BII so can you! Love Gini

The best doctor and staff. Everyone was patient and caring. The best bedside manner. My questions were answered and I was assured my nausea - do to anesthesia sensitivity- would be managed. After waking up from my procedure I did not feel sick and was given anti-nausea medication when asked. If I want any other procedures done in the future I will definitely go back to Dr. Bayati office.

I wish i could say that i love my results from Dr. Bayati. I saw zero results from my surgery. This doctor does not listen to her patients and she has zero empathy. I would not go to Dr. Bayati unless you have thousands of dollars to literally throw out the window. I'm already looking for another doctor to fix what Dr. Bayati failed to do. I made this impulsive decision to see Dr. Bayati because the receptionist kept calling me while i was at work. Very unprofessional. THERE ARE SO MANY DOCTORS GO ELSEWHERE. Save yourself the heartbreak of wasting your money and not getting results.

I spent months visiting and speaking with different surgeons about a breast reduction and when I met Dr. Bayati I knew she was the perfect surgeon for me. It was a relief to get a surgeon to understand how my extremely large breasts were affecting my day to day life and although I wanted them reduced I did not want them completely gone. She spoke with me not only as a surgeon but as a women and explained to me how she would do the surgery, how the scars will be, and how she would try her best to minimize the visibility of the scars from the sides and cleavage.

Once I booked my surgery date, I became a regular at the office and every appointment I have been greeted by the wonderful staff and professional PAs. I am now 3 weeks post-op and loving my results so far.

My experience with Dr. Bayati and her staff exceeded all my expectations, from consultation to post surgery. I was really nervous at first, and Dr. Bayati took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Her staff, especially Nancy(PA), were also super kind, helpful and available to answer any question I had. This completely calmed my nerves and I knew that I was in good hands!

I am only six weeks post my abdominoplasty and breast lift surgeries, and I am so happy with the results! I can't wait to see the results get better over time! Dr. Bayati is truly an amazingly skilled plastic surgeon and she has the best staff ever!

I went in for an initial consultation with Dr Bayati for an implant removal. She was very concerned with how my previous surgeon from 13 years ago had made my breasts too big for my body. She could tell I was in pain and very uncomfortable. To my benefit she had a patient cancellation and was able to drain my saline implants in the office that day.

I was so happy. I scheduled my explant surgery for the middle of May and have never felt better. Thank you Dr Bayati for making me feel normal again. The reason I only gave her 4 stars instead of 5 is because every time I go back for a follow up she says that I should have gotten a lift as well or that I will be back for a lift. She doesn't realize how happy she made me just by taking those implants out. I feel like I hade implant illness and she has helped me feel better physically as well as emotionally. She also has very caring and wonderful staff! Thank you again!

Dr. Bayati is a very caring and proficient plastic surgeon. That's coming from someone who is a physician herself. She performed an abdominoplasty and liposuction for me in 10/2017 and gave me my body back after a period of weight gain. I was very pleased with the overall results. Better yet my husband LOVED the outcome too. Please be aware this procedure is a relatively high-risk and painful plastic surgery procedure. Dr. Bayati used a high level surgical center, excellent Hoag anesthesiologist and made sure I had full post-operative nursing care for two days after the procedure even though I wanted to opt out.

She insisted that I have that for my safety and it was the best decision I ever made. The recovery was longer and more difficult than I thought, but Dr. Bayati and her staff were with me every step of the way. I felt cared for and supported throughout the post-operative period and my results have been excellent. She is an excellent surgeon! You will be in great hands.

Today I would like to give a Five star rating to Nancy! Physician Assistant. She is absolutely Amazing. I had a Hydro Facial done by her and it was just amazing! Nancy is extremely knowledgeable in many different types of facials and procedures! I trust her 100% but have received so may compliments on my skin Thanks to her. I have had several of my friends comment on the glow of my skin and how bright it looks. Thank you Nancy for your knowledge and helping me improve my skin one hydro at a time. Run don't walk to see Nancy you will not be disappointed.

I had a tummy tuck and I was really worried how it would turn out. I did my procedure 6 weeks ago and Dr. Bayati gave me my figure back! I am going on vacation and I ordered two piece bathing suits and I am 60! I was nervous and the staff in the office was so kind, available for all my concerns and questions and made me feel comfortable. Things have gone really well and I know I'm going to look better every week that goes by. Highly recommend Dr. B. from a girl who hasn't seen her waist in many years!

Dr Bayati and her staff are fantastic. I went to her due to a recall. She was understanding of my position to remove what was recalled. I really only had one concern which Dr Bayati understood clearly. I could tell she had a clear picture of what needed to be done and how my surgery would turn out which was to make me look much better than I could anticipate.

She absolutely achieved her vision which ended up beyond my expectations. She is very detail oriented which I love. More like Dr. Botch. She destroyed my chest. Not only has her botch job caused years of pain but I am humiliated and depressed by the way my chest looks. My nipples were beautiful before I went and saw her. And now they look like something out of a Freddy Krueger film. She took my money and completely ruined my chest. Please for your own sake go somewhere else.

I had my breast implants replaced and a full breast lift with Dr. Bayati. This was an extremely personal and emotional journey and I feel she listened to all of my concerns and addressed my needs in every way. After surgery Dr. Bayati and the entire staff were very supportive. At this office you can plan on detailed aftercare. This was also important to me.

It has been exactly six months and my results are BEAUTIFUL! I am beyond happy! I also need to mention that it is a big relief to have the old implants out. I went "a little over the 10 year" replacement recommendation which is not a good idea. I feel healthier for sure. I am now adding Hydrafacials to my self care at their office. I have definitely found my forever doctor in Dr. Bayati as I go through this inevitable aging process.

Dr. Bayati did an amazing job correcting a failed procedure originally done in my early 20s by my insurance provider on my left pec. She was able to release scar tissue that a surgeon was unable to correct about 10 years ago. I had given up until this year where I wanted to see what had changed in the last ten years. I met with four surgeons to get their take.

I received different opinions/strategies from each. Dr. Bayati's solution was brilliant. To place a dermacell barrier between muscle and skin tissue where there was no fat tissue between the skin and muscle. The end result was great. Dr. Bayati is a Super star! This is my second time seeing her, after many years, and I wouldn't have considered anyone else. She goes above and beyond in everything she does, from the care and attention during the consultation, to what matters the most: results! Everything turned out perfectly. Everything was well organised, the office staff are kind and thorough. Dr. Bayati is an extremely talented and meticulous surgeon. If there were a six star rating, that's what I'd give her!

Came here to get a Hydra Facial by Johanna and I LOVED it! It was my first time ever getting a hydra facial so Johanna made sure that I felt comfortable and relaxed she explained everything that she was doing to me and constantly asked if I was doing ok. Once she was done she showed me all the hunk that got sucked out of my skin! Who would of thought all of that was on my face! At the end I looked at my face and it was so GLOWY especially since my skin type is more on the dry side! Defiantly will be coming back once a month thank you Johanna!
