I have been researching medical spas in Naples who remove broken blood vessels from cheeks for quite a while. I only made an appointment for a $50 consultation at La Piel Spa because when I asked extensive questions about the cost I was told that on top of the $50 consultation fee it would be $50 per area being treated. Since I only needed two areas of my face, each cheek, I paid the consultation fee in anticipation of an affordable treatment. However, when I had my appointment I was told that my entire face would have to be done, not specific areas, and that it would be either $250 per treatment with 3 to 5 treatments with a less effective laser or it would be $440 per treatment with 3 to 4 treatments. I felt it was truly a "bait and switch" situation since no one else with whom I have spoken charges for a consultation. I wouldn't go there because of the deception!

I had a great experience with Dr Pena and his practice. He is very knowledgable and extremely talented. The staff is very professional and kind. Great facility and such a welcoming environment including the gracious receptionist who is so helpful. The experience at Dr Pena's facility exceeded my expectations. Five stars and highly recommend!

Dr Pena is fabulous. One year post surgery and I have no regrets. He's truly an artist. And a very caring, kind human being. His staff is wonderful. They all make you feel like part of their family and They aim to fulfill your hopes and dreams. I can't recommend Dr Pena highly enough. He's the best!

Dr. Pena is the BEST! Takes his time with you in explaining everything. Dr. Pena cares about his patients and does an excellent job; he is extremely knowledgeable. Rosa, his RN is so very kind and compassionate, she makes sure you feel comfortable in every way. I recommend Dr. Pena, you will not be sorry, you will be so very happy with his work.

Dr. Pena and his entire staff are amazing and very professional! I had a Breast Augmentation done and I'm extremely happy with my new twins! Lol they look Great! I would highly recommend Dr. Pena for any plastic surgery needs!

Dr. Pena and his staff are professional and very nice. I had all of my questions answered and had some injections done the same day which really turned out great. They didn't recommend things I didn't need and they didn't pressure me to have anything done after the consult. The prices are a little higher than some places but not by much and imo it's worth it to have a doctor doing the work. Both of my parents go to him and really trust him. I'm so happy they told me about him. I'll definitely be going back.

Doctor Pena is great. He will give you an honest opinion about any procedure you are considering. I had a very good experience when I had surgery almost 3 years ago. The staff is wonderful and friendly. They really take care of you. Also, he has a great sense of humor and is always in a great mood. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I had my surgery done in 2009, what a disappointment. I will need a second surgery because my nose is crooked and the bridge collapsed. I had so many hopes and took me a year to save for the surgery. The office is nice and clean and dr Pena is kind but do not get nose surgery with him unless you want to take the chance to need a second one
